HiMy contract for ended and I used the website to upgrade to a SIM only contract for £12. Now I am charged both amounts.I can’t activate the SIM for some reason either. If I cancel the SIM I will receive a penalty.How do I put this right? I need help from a company representative. 

Ive managed to delete my sim in a foreign country and cant back as cant receive texts. please help!!

When I try to buy a new plan on either the mobile app or the website, there is an error, the payment is not taken and I get sent back to the Choose a Plan Confirm page.I have tried with several cards and the same thing happens, so I am not able to buy any plans at the moment.Please can someone at ID mobile check my account and let me know why it is not working?

Hello, my new SIM card is meant to work without needing to activate it, however,  it doesn't work. My phone cannot pick up that the SIM is there, the network says no service, I've tried flight mode, restarting, putting it in another device, checked the network coverage and phone compatibility... I've done it all. Still no luck. Please help. 

How do I submitt a pac code

i have recently upgraded to a sim only deal and since i have done this i have no network. ive been told to change the sim but don't wnt to have to do this. 

I need my transaction number but don’t have the welcome email, is there any other way I can get it? Thanks

I've just joined id. My number is ported from previous provider. Stupidly, I set up id app with my new number when I received the new phone. Now I have my old number ported I can't access id app - it sends a code to the 'new' number I registered with (which I now can't access). Anyone know a fix? Cheers.

My new phone is saying no sim when I look in settings and I’ve done a transfer of my old number and my old phone is now dead and my new one doesn’t work!?

IF I'M NOT ALLOWED TO UPGRADE TO AN S24 ULTRA DONT SAY I CAN ON THE UPGRADE PAGE! I wanted the S24 Ultra but apparently I'm not allowed/it won't go through. I'm currently on a sim only plan. Why am I not allowed a high end phone? This doesn't make sense. Can someone actually give me a real answer? Because I can't find a reason apart from them not wanting any more money from me.??? I don't get it. I need a new phone. My current phone isn't going to last for much longer and they're not even allowing me to upgrade FOR NO REASON.  Oh apparently their sales team is "training" so I can't call 🤷🏻‍♀️ Please someone give me an answer.

I have just processed a return within the returns window and requested a PAC during the online chat with Customer Services. The agent said they had requested the PAC and I would receive it within 30 minutes. It’s been over 90 minutes since then and the PAC has not come through. I’m quite concerned. I thought a PAC code should be received almost immediately. 

Hello, I need the transaction number for my daughters phone to add the PAC code but we never received a welcome to ID mobile email. How can I get this please. 

As it says in the title, is it possible to use both at the same time? One for calls and texts, the other for data.

I have had payments for the last 2 months leave my account for ID Mobile and i do not have a sim or account. Please can someone contact me regarding this as the live chat function also does not work.thanks

Hi, my phone bills are up to date I paid 2 bills in one today using the app, yet when I try and call an automated message states I've "reached customer helpline all your bills are paid" and then it hangs up.What is going on?

HiI travel to Mexico last day of august 2024. I was wondering what would be best to do? The hotel has WiFi which is fine but if we were to go out of accommodation I don't want to left with a huge bill for roaming charges etc. Any advice would be appreciated

New sim today and can’t activate it

I literally literally cannot believe I have to ask on here because I literally can't get help from an employee. No contact number. Chat not working absolutely SHOCKING network. Not only did my phone arrive late my SIM card doesn't work. When I check it's activated. I've done the steps asked. I've put it on airplane mode. Restarted the phone. Switched off and cleaned the SIM. Put it in another phone.Checked the network*  All don't work. I'm on the way to the airport and wanted to use my new SIM abroad. I've no choice now but to spend MORE money and buy an esim all because ID has NO customer service. I have NEVER had this problem before in my entire life! What am I to do now?
