I have purchased a new SIM and will be handing my old SIM over to someone else as it was part of a business contract..I have seen mixed answers online so wanted to ask here - will any data be stored on that SIM or can I just hand it straight over?

Hi, I'm wondering if anyone knows why all my messages on Whatsapp have not transferred over to my new phone? I was on Tesco and moved over to id and most of my WhatsApp messages are missing? Thanks in advance. 

Hi does anyone know where the services are in id app? I need to checking roaming is on and help forum says go to services in the app but I've looked everywhere but can not find it. Any help would be appreciated Many thanks

My PAC code was provided when I order my new sim which was supposed to arrive pre set. I can make calls but can’t be called on my id mobile number or my old number. It was supposed to be ported over yesterday on the 4th June 

I've had my mobile for over a year now and can only use it for WhatsApp when connected to WiFi. If I make a call it cuts out within a minute or two. I've tried multiple times to get help to no avail. Even to ring my GP they cant hear me and I have to get my husband to ring back on my behalf. My phone bill shows I make zero phone calls and approx 98% of my data is rolled over every month cos I can't get internet to use it. Every time I get in touch with ID mobile they try to ask for more evidence etc but surely my bills showing zero use of internet and calls should be enough. I'm at the point of getting a second contract with Vodafone but can't afford it and shouldn't have to. Please help

I’ve paid my bill but still won’t let me message and phone people 

Is it possible to pay a unlimited data free so I can use my 4g in Cape Verde, as a one time purchase every day 

I supplied my PAC code and chose today to transfer over as it was the earliest available date, but nothing has happened? Old SIM with old provider still working, no texts or any updates on what’s actually happening. Can’t register for an account with ID mobile app as I can’t use my old number so I feel like I’m at a loss already and I haven’t even started using ID mobile. I paid to leave my old provider early to make sure there were zero problems in keeping my old number and now I’m worried. What are my next steps now? 

Still waiting for my id number after opening account and when do I use my pac code to retain my old mobile number 

I have been charged twice each month, how do I request a refund? 

I get 150gb a month for £12 but noticed on their site this it is now 200gb - does this automatically go to 200gb or can you select to change to this plan after a month, I’ve been with iD less than a month so can’t change until next week - also if you spotted a deal on a comparison site that isn’t on their website can customer service change it to the comparison deal if you asked

I get really bad connection in central London locations, such as Oxford Street, Covent Garden, Liverpool Street, many City of London areas, Mayfair, Baker Street and many more. I have an iPhone 13. 5G auto is on. I have tried my friends EE sim in those same locations in my phone to test, and the EE works perfectly in every location. The ID consistently (over the past 2 months I’ve had it) absolutely never works in these areas. This is despite often having full bars of 4g or 5g in these areas, but get absolutely zero internet connection when trying to load a website. I have also tried my iD sim in my second phone (S22 5g) and get the exact same results.  

Billing not allowing me to change direct debit details - it says “oops sorry cannot change……...” - why is this?   Can not get human help to sort this problem - can anyone help??

I can make calls but data connection now almost none existent. I get a connection about 10% of times but mostly nothing despite having 4g and four bars for signal. It has gotten progressively worse over the past six months. I have tried all the usual fixes but none of them seem to be the problem. Has the signal been down graded recently?it’s infuriating!geoff

I switched providers and moved to ID partly because the deal offered Bluetooth headphones or a watch. I didn't get the option to purchase at the time of ordering and no one has been in touch since to ask my preference. WTFIUWT?. Thanks

How do I get ID mobile to beat (or at least match) a quote from another service provider?ideally I don’t want to leave but I have two contracts , one a 24 month deal, the other a SIM only coming to an end at the end of June.three are offering a great deal on IPhone 15’s.is there a department of contact to discuss this with ID?

Hi, I'm looking at buying an Apple Watch for our young son as a means of keeping in contact with him whilst he’s out of the house. I believe that you don't have to have the same carrier for your phone and the watch but wondered if the ID SIM in my phone was suitable for setting up the family sharing? I'll probably be using Better Roaming for the watch.Thanks. 

anyone know how to get wifi calling working on s24 ultra bought direct from currys ,wifi calling logo is lit up but nobody can here me and just keeps cutting out 

I've been with id mobile for 18 months with no problems, but just today I noticed that I can no longer receive calls. The caller (another idmobile customer) gets the message "the person you are trying to reach will not accept this call". Outgoing calls and incomming/outgoing text messages and mobile data are all fine. I'm on android. if I go to settings->connections-sim manager I see that sim1 shows the correct mobile number, but it is marked as dissabled, and it can't be enabled. I've tried the sim in another phone with similar results.
