I have an unlimited data, calls and Text package - what does this mean for travelling abroad to EU and non EU countries?? Are their additional roaming costs for calls and/or data and if so what to they look like??thanks 😃

I ran out of my fair usage allowance 14 hours ago, and just before the allowance ran out, I bought a 6 gb data add on. It’s still not working. I thought there might be an activation delay, but it’s been around 15 hours now - any advice would be much appreciated!

Hello - I was wondering if anyone can help?I’ve recently bought a contract with ID mobile & I’ve arranged to move from EE towards the end of the month. When purchasing the ID contract; I said I would like to stay on my EE number & that was confirmed.However; I’ve been sent a new ID mobile sim - does anyone know why this is?Also - I cannot log in to ID mobile app using my EE number. will this work when the date comes that I’ve agreed to move over? thanks

Hi, just got a new phone deal with an ID sim but I already have a monthly pay only SIM. I would like to keep my number but cancel the SIM only monthly payment please. How can I do this? Thanks 

Coverege network very poor 

I can't receive calls, the phone app does not come up, and if I try the notifications then "answer" doesn't respond.If I make a call, I can't hang up other than rebooting. The phone app just goes black.Has been happening for a few weeks now.Any suggestions, other than factory reset? I've tried a couple of alternative dialler apps.Huawei P20 Lite.

Is there even a website anymore. Just tried to log on to top up my card and there appears to be no site. Ive got a sim in a router down our community centre. Any help would be appreciated as this is doing my head in now!!!

How long does payment take to process 

I'm on holiday in Italy. When I arrived roaming was switched off so I couldn't use the internet until I got to my Airbnb and had WiFi. Then it was all good. Today is stopped. I have no internet and I've tried everything suggested.I have data, I've turned my phone on and off several times. I've checked roaming is allowed on my phone as well as my iD mobile account. I've tried manually connecting to a network, I've checked the ATP is set to iD mobile. I've done everything on the suggested list and I still have no roaming. My partner has ID mobile and his is fine.Help! Please!

I've just received an iPhone 14 Pro Max from work that supports dual SIMs. I'm currently out of contract on an Android and have had my phone number for many years. I'm looking at a SIM only deal through mobiles.co.uk and would want to swap it to eSIM so I don't have to have two phones. I'm not in any rush, so was wondering, once I've received the physical iD mobile SIM card, could I swap it to eSIM? Sorry if this has already been answered in another thread, I could only see going from eSIM to eSIM. Thanks in advance 😀

How many accounts do I need to access the web, the app and the community forums?

I have just had a text from iD mobile advising my phone will stop working by the end of April 24 as it using the 3G Network. As far as I am aware the phone is 4G compatible but does not appear on the list of accepted phones. My phone is a unihertz Jelly 2E which is a VoLTE over 4G. Any advice would be most appreciated.

Hello all, I need to text someone in France and I’m reading that it’s not possible with id mobile, really??Have I found my first problem with id mobile?Hasn’t this issue been resolved yet??

ID Mobile have switched me from Vodafone so the old Sim doesn’t work, but haven’t sent the new one out, so no phone. I can’t register as I can’t receive a text off them. This isn’t going well

How do I cancel a sim only contract I've never used? I've never even put the sim in my phone. They keep sending a cancellation code to the number connected to my sim not my email address but as the sim isn't in a phone I can't see the text. 

Id like to see my call log for aug 2022 incoming and outgoing. Is there away for me to see it thanks 

Hi,I've been with ID for 3 yrs and for the last few months I can't get onto the app. tried deleting it and re downloading. but when I login with mine or my sons account, with username and password it always says the details (surname, number & dob) don't match and then offers me no additional help.  checked threads in help area and it says register for app - but that is exactly what I'm triying to do and the step by step guide its shows doesn't match what happens when i log in.  so frustrating. makes me want to move away from ID! pleas help.

since you relaunched the app cannot log in had to change password many times when it goes to add phone number date of birth and last names it says details do not match our records had tec surpot on phone and no joy going to move to tescos if not sorted been with id for over 10 years and no one cares 

Need help from an ID member of staff because I’m stuck in an endless loop. I have received a replacement SIM at the same time as needing to re-register for my ID Mobile Account. I cannot re-register online or via mobile because I can’t receive the verification text (SIM inactive).I cannot activate the SIM because I cannot access my online account.

immobile recommended I use my PAC when I get my ID sim. OK the ID sim is in the phone where to I put the PAC? I have the app working but no mention of PAC
