I have paid my bill and they I'd mobile has not reconnected my phone, how do I contact them to recconect my phone ??

i need it to create an account and its not in any emails and i havent gotten a receipt for my purchase

Although i have been with iD for years this week i have been receiving frequent messages from Vodafone.  They are coming in a form that looks like an app not as SMS or email.Does anyone know why and how to stop them?

Why have I been charged £5 for roaming in Ireland in my most recent bill? I have a 25 GB allowance and definitely did not go over it. I live in Belfast. 

Hi, I've been contacted by LCS on behalf of ID.The information they provided regarding the alleged missed payments are wrong.Can someone contact me please.On a side note, ID is making it almost impossible to get actual support.Live chat closes if you accidentally press back and no history is kept.Phone line is unaccessible.Emails are not answered.And here are customers whose credit score is being affected because someone at ID isn't doing they're job properly.

I'm going to Canada in July and have seen some Q&A on here re roaming charges and calls etc but can anybody tell me - can you purchase additional data before you leave the UK and can non-wifi Internet use come out of that or does the data within your plan/purchased in advance not count in Canada? Thanks

I was on my ID account webpage and was looking to see if there was a cheaper plan to transfer too. I came across a curious plan that consisted of unlimited calls, texts & data with a monthly cost of £0.00 a month (Zero monthly cost) My phone, a Samsung Galaxy A53, on a two year contract as of February 2022 currently paying just over £21 a month. Is this £0.00 a month a misprint, seems like something for nothing ?

Trying to make a payment on my card and it's keeps failing on payment line can't get into my online account as it says records don't macth our system and can't speak to anyone to set up a direct debit can someone please help me 

I’ve got a pay monthly sim with IDMobile which I have in a second iPhone. I’ve just ordered an ipad with cellular coverage - can I use this SIM card in my iPad instead? I know I can’t make voice calls etc but just for internet connectivity.Many thanks 

HELP.  Anyone else having problems????Friday 31/5/24.  Between 5 a.m. and now 6.45 a.m, can’t get into website to check Data via any method.If go directly to this https://my.idmobile.co.uk/login - it goes NOWHERE. I am currently the account holder and bill payer (SIM only) for my daughter’s phone as she was a minor when this was set up. Now she is adult and can take on the account holder and billing responsibility in her own name. How can we get this changed over without losing her number?

Recently went to Montenegro and although I had my billing cap set to £5 my iPhone would not use data. I know it’s not included in free to roam but thought it should work up to £5 limit. 

I have had no success in calling anybody on my phone since joining id mobile. Data and texts are working. Help! 

Anyone know why my phone has no calling network? I joined this week and data works fine but I cant receive or make calls.

My iphone is on roaming, I have enough credit, and ive toggled on roaming on the ID app, but I cannot receive or make calls. Texting is fine. I cannot use the call fowarding option (the wheel just spins)!!!, I cannot use chat function as that IP is blocked here. ID lacks other contact point…  called them to complain but the lady just said increase my cap limit. Call forwarding still not an option. Any advice. Cancelling contract when home as this is so antiquated. 

I am trying to activate a new SIM. In order to do this I am being asked for my ID mobile number / name /D of B. The number accepted here is the new ID mobile number and a code is being sent to that. However, I am not looking to use this new number as I am doing a SIM only transfer and keeping my old number.Therefore I cannot access the code and cannot seemingly make progress with the process.Please advise. 

I am not able to make or receive calls from my phone. I can receive texts, I can use my data but not able to make or receive calls. I switched recently but my phone was working properly yesterday. I removed and readded my sim as suggested by others but didn’t work.

Hi - I have moved my son’s mobile to ID and the mobile number on the Welcome email is incorrect. It is correct on the invoice PDF but I can’t register his mobile number as I get the error message that details don’t match when i try to register using his actual mobile number (the one on the invoice and the number used to purchased the monthly plan) Can you help me register his number?

The title says it all, really - my Moto G5 works fine but is probably too old a model for any monetary value.I don’t mind but I was wondering if I would still get the £150 cashback.Anyone any ideas, or have been in the same position?Thanks,John Latter

Could anyone kindly inform me if it is possible to view what data has been used over a one month period.I currently have a SIM card in a router which provides my TV, PC & Tablets and phone Wi-Fi signal. The SIM deal is for unlimited data. I suspect with only two of us in the house unlimited data could be trimmed down to a cheaper option but without knowing what data we use per month its difficult to choose another cheaper deal.Any advice where I could view our data usage would be appreciated.
