Account has “Roaming” services on. Number seems to receive messages okay but mobile data does not seem to be working. Keep getting the “E” on my Iphone. Can anyone help please ?

Anyone else with this issue  or has a solution... going around in circles 

I've been with ID mobile since 2019 but have never been able to manage my account as I can't login to the app as it doesn't recognise my ID mobile number on their records. It is the correct number, my last 4 digits of this number appear on my bill I get emailed and I have been using it for years. I still have my 1st email from ID and it has my phone number and all my plan details on that email.

When I log onto my dashboard, my name shows as my old name.  That’s different to the name I use on this community.  How do I change it please?  

I am on a pay as you go Sim which costs me £10 per month why is my bill £22.90?

We currently have 2 iD contracts with my wife's phone set up under my name (currently my payment account) using her email address.Her plan is viewable on my phone but unable to view it on hers - throws an error saying details don't match.It is now time to upgrade and although I'm able to view what's available, when we look at her plan we're unable to view the options. It just keeps saying "oops, something went wrong". It's like there is some sort of mismatch going on with accounts/phone numbers/email addresses but not sure how to fix it.Can someone assist please? 

After having no service on my phone with my current Id sim for more than 24 hrs, I have decided to leave Id. But I can’t get PAC code because I can’t text from my phone and my number (because there is no service)what should I do? How can I get my PAC code? 

Hi, Newbie here. Does anyone else have issues making calls but using data is fine? I was with Three previously and worked fine when I was in the office at work. But since I am with ID for the past 2 months I cannot make or receive calls but data is fine. is there an issue with my SIM?

Hi - we are in Turkey and I am not receiving OTP from my bank (I do receive SMS from various sources NHS, Retailers, Friends etc) - any ideas how to fix this?Even more strange my wife is on the same PAYG contract with ID that we've had for 10 years and she's just received her OTP from our bank for the same procedure. We also both have Motorola phones although hers is a slightly different model and our settings are the same roaming off, SIM card on, both contacted to our Turkish internet.Therefore I am thinking is it possibly something on the ID app that I need to change (can't get on due to maintenance) at the moment - but driving me mad 🤔Thank you 👍

My son uses a iPhone 13 we got a SIM only deal with ID only a cheap one. He gets 25gb of data but has never been able to use it as as soon as he leaves WiFi there's nothing he can still call and text. I have took him to replace SIM still the same. We have been all through the phones settings and nothing stands out can anyone help

Hi all. I can’t setup my direct debit. It just says “oops something went wrong”. I’m all up to date with payments and have tried over several days. Any ideas?thankswayne

Has this happened to anyone? I switched to ID Mobile from Giffgaff two weeks ago and cannot receive any calls. I tried settings and everything but still not resolved.

I use an iPhone 12 with iOS 17.4.1 and have been unable to make or receive calls for 5 days.  Txt is OK.  I have logged on to chat 3 times and have been told the issue will be fixed within 48 hours (it wasn’t) then that it was escalated to technical - still unable to use phone after 5 days.  Have logged this with the mobile phone ombudsman.  Short of dumping ID and going to another supplier I am at a loss as to what to do.  Anyone else having similar problems?

How do I go about cancelling my contract without the SIM?

I have just switched to Id mobile and I have just set up my voicemail when prompted. The icon will not delete from my notifications bar at top of screen. This messgae was how to set up settings for voicemail. I have done all that but there is  no way I can get rid of the notification on my phone.

In emails from iD, my data plan is 20Gb.  I have just logged in to the new website system and see that my plan is shown as only 8Gb. Why/

I’ve recently moved to ID mobile, and since the switch I’ve been having trouble with my signal. it’s showing good strong signal with 4/5G, however when making calls or trying to load social media, it does work. When I call someone they say it either sounds robotic or they cannot hear me at all… this happens on most of the calls I make. I’ve tried turning the phone on/off, on airplane mode, I went into phone settings and fully reset the network settings, I’ve turned the provider off automatic, selected a random one, then gone back to automatic (to ID) and still, nothing works.Does anyone know how to fix this? I could deal with the data not being the best, but I really need my phone calls up and running.

In France with roaming enabled. Contract is unlimited data and minutes. Have 4G signal but unable to access apps or send texts unless connected to a WiFi network. Any ideas?

Hi. I have just joined ID mobile and have a new phone. Have downloaded the App but it won’t let me open. Face ID works but says unable to connect, try again. When I try again the same message come up. Any ideas?  Should I uninstall and start again?  Thanks

Hi there,I currently have a plan which I began before June 2023. This means I'm not subject to the fair use policy restrictions on roaming. If I upgrade or change my plan, do I lose this benefit? Thanks

Hi iv signed up for a monthly plan and I have been sent emails about everything but I haven’t got a sim and I haven’t had an email to tell me when I’m getting one.  So I’m paying for something I can’t use atm!

Went to check my allowances on the app last night and had to go through the 3G/4G switchover. Online help no use whatsoever and now the app no longer works, it says unable to connect to iD Mobile. My main concern is that I received an email to say my new deal had been added to my account. I’ve not asked for a new deal or for anything to be added to my account and will not be paying for anything different to the contract I’ve had for over 5 years, without issue. I see, online, this has been a problem for over a year, please advise on a course of action to remedy it.

I bought a new phone on the ID mobile network which is the same network as my old phone. I've had my old phone for ages so its off contract now. How do I transfer my old number to my new phone? Do I just take the SIM out of my old phone and use it in my new one? The direct debit for the new phone is also set up against the new number so not sure what to do about this seeing as I can't contact anyone at ID mobile by phone to actually talk to?

I am in the USA and need to access my airbnb account to make a payment. To make the payment I need to verify using an OTP but my phone isn’t receiving the texts with the OTPs or calls. I have logged into my ID account and it says I am allowed to do this, but it just isn’t working?

I have tried my SIM in another phone and it is working but when I put it back in this phone it's not working
