Hello everyone,I purchased an eSIM from iD Mobile last month to evaluate their services in my area. After being satisfied with the internet speed and other services, I would like to transfer my old number to iD Mobile.Currently, I have a SIM-only contract that auto-renews each month. My primary number is from Asda Mobile, and I have a temporary (secondary) number with iD Mobile. I want to transfer my primary number to iD Mobile and close the temporary number, all while keeping the same contract and package.How can I do this?Thank you. 

Hello, I'm comparing sim only 1 month contract plans and I landed on idmobile because for my data needs it's one of the cheapest. My plan is to start on 40gb per month for £8 and then switch to 60/100gb if and when I need more. However, when I clicked on 40gb per month it said "Get an extra 60GB for only £2 more per month. Limited time offer." Does this mean any of the sim only plans prices can change at any moment without any warning? I was hoping to bring my number over to my new network and it would be difficult if I have to move my number to another sim again because idmobile is suddenly more expensive. 

Recently moved to ID, phone says 4G but can never get an internet connection. Any ideas? 

I have recently joined ID mobile. when I am on a call it sometimes says call failed if I am moving etc. I never had this issue before when I was with Vodafone.  help 

The app is showing my data allowance as 100GB but it should be unlimited. I have just joined iD mobile so this is a new plan.

Wifi calling not working on my S23 Ultra. All software up to date, wifi calling enabled on the device etc. Unlocked phone direct from Samsung. What else can be done as the standard cell signal is poor and calls are next to impossible?

I’ve got a voice mail but can’t get it because my voice mail pin is not set up. When I try to call +44 7782 333 123 from my phone, the system says “call us from your ID number” - but this is exactly what I do! Any other secret way of doing this? Or better do it online somehow? I’m in one of free roaming destinations. 

Hi. I've got a Samsung a34 5g with a Samsung galaxy watch 6. I know that both devices are esim compatible however the a34 doesn't show up on the compatibility list of Samsung devices on the id mobile website. All I want to do is use my watch independently of the phone, but on the same number and plan. I've looked online at Samsung forums etc and this should all be pretty straightforward but I can't find on the id mobile site how to get this up and running? Hourly someone will be able to help. Thanks.

Hello, Can someone advise on how I can edit my Direct Debit details on the ID app? I have had a very frustrating 24 hours attempting to change my DD on the app, and followed the instruction carefully, I have tried more than 20 times yesterday and today and all I keep getting is ‘oops there’s been a problem’. I am in the process of changing  bank accounts and need  to action this asap. Live chat has not been of much help, other than to say that there have been technical issues ?!  Shame I cannot speak to someone! I don’t want to have to cancel my DD as this will undoubtedly affect my plan and service provision and complicate matters further. Editing the details should have been really straight-forward. I am on a pay monthly plan. Please advise. 

i’m trying to keep my number. i didn’t give my pac at the point of transaction. now error message comes up. is there anyone to talk to?

I’ve just switched to ID mobile, and when I try to enter my PAC code to switch my old number onto my new SIM, it just keeps telling me somethings gone wrong, I’ve tried quite a few times now so I’m not sure what to do.

got the wife to sign up to ID … she set everything up yesturday ...and today shes got an email saying that she has reached her data limit! 250g in less than 24 hours! ?

Hi guys new to ID but have always been with three and therefore was happy to swap. My only issue is either the network connectivity is shocking or my brand new pixel 8 supplied by car phone warehouse is shocking Any ideas. Thanks

The app is giving me the same PAC code which does not work when I want to switch to Lebara. i requested a PAC from Lebara to transfer to ID for 24th May. I did not like the slow speed of iD so therefore I wanted to cancel the port in request and ID said they had cancelled it. Then I put back my old Lebara sim. I woke up today and my lebara sim does not work. I called lebara with another device and they said the number had transferred so I need to request a PAC from ID mobile. I got the id mobile pac code but it doesn’t work in the port in form of lebara. The iD team have kept saying that the number hasn’t fully transferred to iD and that they will do it by 6pm at the end of the day for the past 3 days.Can someone from the iD team just provide me a new PAC code so I can have my number back in my Lebara sim??? 

Hi there I’ve just joined ID and I put in my pac code and it said there is a problem check everything is right and it’s all correct, but then I got a text message saying ‘we have your request to switch’ is there any way of finding out if it as gone through or if it’s processing?thanks 

How do I get to the live chat please

Some people getting notice “line is busy” when they try to call me. But line isn't busy. It started around 4 days ago. I checked everything, they are not blocked. How to fix that?
