Until last week, I was able to browse the full range of upgrade options online or in app. Or, all I see is a VERY limited range. Eg the only iPhone option is the SE. when I called up, the full range IS available.why can’t I see these online anymore?  I want to browse the full range and choose , not go through it on the phone.

Hi, my phone number has transferred for incoming calls but not outgoing calls or messages. Also I can’t save when I change the number in settings. Please help!

Hi I'm struggling with my bill my mum has stage 4 small cell lung cancer and has been in hospital for a while now so I have been going back and forth to hospital which had been quite costly is ther any way I cud pay double next month pls and will I be restricted?? 

Hijust got a samsungs24 ultra ,I don't have 5g in my area but it sometimes shows that I'm on 5g ,anyone have an explanation ,I'm.not getting 5g speeds

Just got a new phone today. For some reason it can't make calls or send texts. Keep getting error messages when I text. When I make calls, goes straight to id. Anyone else having issues like that.Not sim card related.  That's working fine. 

Dear TeamI recently updated my Direct Debit details on my online account but the payment bounced as it was taken before my salary (both were scheduled on the same day - 26 April). Lesson learnt.I only realised my error a few weeks later when my online account said to pay £41. So I promptly did on Thursday 16th and tried to reset the DD but it kept saying the account was in arrears. I assumed it had not updated so I left it. Logged in a few days later to an arrears message for £47 (Saturday 18th). Again I promptly paid. I received a final demand a few days later for the same amount. My credit score system has now advised that ID mobile have reported late payment. If I had received an email or a letter before the final demand, I would have cleared it with no issues. I just got my daughter a new phone and contract. She had a Samsung Galaxy A12 atm on id mobile. Do I just put her old sim in to the new phone? 

3 days now I’ve been trying to create an account. First the app wouldn't work. Next the website wouldn't work and this morning, I have tried again. All was going well until the final part of my registration (where I add my number) and I got the “OOPS SOMETHING HAS GONE WRONG” message again. Whoever is in charge of the IT at this place needs a boot up the a@@e! Beginning to wonder if I’ve made a mistake coming over to them? 

Is it possible to upgrade my phone without changing the T&C’s of my existing sim only plan? I’v had it for years and new plans don’t offer the same roaming benefits.

Hi, I just upgraded to a 70gb 1 month from a 12gb 1 month and within 2 hours (not used) it says the following on my account… 31.6gb used of 44.3gb. What does this mean? I just paid for 70gb. Any help would be much appreciatedThanksSarah

Hi, I’ve just ordered a new phone and plan as I had an email saying I was due an upgrade. I am assuming because the phone number and account is the same that this plan will automatically replace my old one, and i won’t be paying for both?Thanks! 

Hey, transferred my number over got a text from ID to say it is now transferred. whent into iPhone-phone settings and try to change it there and it keeps going back to the number I got at the start of the contract  any help?  iPhone 14three to ID

I recently joined iDMobile and transferred my number from 3 using the PAC obtained. My number has transferred and shows on the iDMapp and when making calls, but when I send SMS texts my messages appear from an unknown number, not my transferred number. Any suggestions? Thanks

Hello, I understand it can be expensive making or receiving calls from the US on ID mobile? I have a couple of questions,If I connect to Wi-Fi in a hotel does it still cost me anything or is it free across the internet? can I buy a package for just a month while I am visiting that is cheaper than paying for each message. It is likely that I will be using Wattsapp and messaging rather than calling?thank you

Hi why do differant products have the same prices ?For example 12 GB, 20GB  and 25GB sim plans are all £7 .They are all 1 month contract plans ?
