Hi, I’ve been trying to login into my account for Weeks now and every time I try, it says that the information I have put in doesn’t match the record or that is something is wrong when it is not what do I do?

OK, an oldie here so be kind and simple in any explanation i.e. no acronyms 😁I was thinking about how WiFi Calling actually works 🤔 With iD call plans certain numbers are ‘charged’ (084, 087, 09, 118 etc) and I was thinking that if a ‘charged’ call was connected through WiFi Calling only then surely it should be ‘free’ as you are not using iD mobile network for that call?!?!? Or are you not able to use one without the other?For example. I am with iD Mobile with regards to unlimited calls and texts with 5GB data/mth plan BUT if I used WiFi Calling to phone a ‘paid for’ number would it be free as my broadband supplier is BT and the call would be placed over their internet connection (at home).I kind of understand that iD would be involved at some point, initially, but if I turned off my data and VoLTE,  WIFi Calling would connect the call via my BT broadband and so how could iD be able to charge for the call when it doesn’t use their network??Just a thought and any help is appreciated!

Hello, I am trying to set up my accounts on your new system but I use a SIM for data only on my laptop and I can't see messages when you text the code?? How can I add this Sim to my main mobile account?

My direct debit has been set up with the sim number but I am porting my number on the 4th of this month. Does this automatically change?

Hi For the last three days or so I am having a nightmare with my Internet. Logging in really slow & sometimes just trying to log into a page takes forever & I get the circle going round. I don't know why? Is this a signal issue or has a mast gone down

So I had an outstanding balance of £24 I have paid in halves £12 first then another £12 mon top of that I had topped up another £12 as it did not process. Upon looking at my statements it’s showing all 3 payments were successful, but I am still unable to make calls or use data 

My daughter is in Denmark right now, but I forgot to turn on roaming service for her before she left. I was trying to do it online but the new app needs to re-register and need the code to be able to do it, but she is in Denmark and can’t receive the code. Any other ways to be able to turn on roaming service or be able to register without the code?  Many thanks!

Just bought an additional phone and want a PAYG SIM deal but trying to sign up it assumes I want to switch my current phone.  I cannot see an option just to buy a new deal.  Frustrated as deal ends today

Does anyone know if you can use a different carrier for the Apple Watch cellular but still connect your phone with ID for when on wifi or near the phone. Thanks

Any time I call a number it give automated message from ID “ you have dialled our customer payment helpline but our records show you are up to date with you payment” and hangs up?!

There have been 3 payments from id mobile going out of my bank account, I don’t have a id mobile account nor sim or anything  I haven’t signed up for anything I need to get this sorted as soon as possible 

I have a ton of data available, but AT&T says that I have exceeded my limit  this is very frustrating and never happened on EE!What do I need to do to get this fixed.

Previously with Vodafone (daylight robbery) and moved to Smarty. Saw that iDMobile provided e-sim so decided to go with them seeing as the three signal was good around here. Got the 48Gb plan and setup esim. Seemed all ok. Left the house today and podcast stopped playing. Full bars on the phone and 5g then looked at the iD app and saw zero data left of 36GbCalls and texts working. thankfully I could stop the porting of my number from Smarty but still waiting for the data to be updated on my account. CS have been helpful but no resolution to date. Glad I am still within the 14 day as after reading some of these posts I am not going to waste my money purely for an e-sim

Hi How can I set up direct debit to pay for a recurring bundle . I can’t do it on the app there is option Top up only which can’t be used. After selecting the only one option to pay by card It says ‘OPs something went Wrong ‘

When does my plan become activated (ie I start paying)?Is it:The day I completed my application (or day after, when emails are sent) The day I put the Sim in my phone (whether physical or eSim) The day I requested number to be ported by PAC? or when?
