I would like to order proof of purchase for my contract please

I just received my Google 8 Pro and can't see how I redeem the offer for a free watch or pixel buds?Also I wanted to trade in my old phone and clicked to do this but have not received any information.

I received the congratulations email in February but have not received an other email and neither has my friend I referred. 

Hi,Ordered an esim, all setup OK. Trying to submit PAC code and it is asking for a transaction ID starting with 4. I don't have one. I don't have a 'welcome' email or any other email with it on.  I have checked junk/ spam.Clearly this is a problem as there are many questions on here asking the same thing, so not sure why it hasn't been sorted yet in order to stop wasting everyone's time

My wife purchased a new ID mobile contract and phone recently and then ported her pre-existing ID mobile ‘sim only’ number out and then back to the new plan which worked fine but the only plan she can see on the app is the original ‘sim only’ one and not her new 2 year plan.  It just keeps coming up with the ‘oops’ message if she tries to do anything on the app.  How can this be sorted?

Hello, so I'm new to id mobile, the signal checker says I get excellent 4g service inside and out but my signal is always non existent indoors, how do I get help regarding this issue

Hi, I got a new phone & downloaded the id mobile app again but I was requested to register again. I was able to add my number to the plan but wasn't able to add my 2 children's numbers which I was able to do on my last phone. It just keeps saying that my records don't match our records even though I'm definitely putting in the right details. Does anyone know why this is happening or how to fix it?

I am using playstore version of Hong Kong and cannot download ID Mobile app now. It said the app is not supported in my district.I need to use my ID Mobile card in Austria so need to get the app to turn on roaming servicePls help! 

Hi,I'm due an upgrade with id mobile but can't access the option without setting up a direct debit,however every time I try to add my details it says something went wrong so I'm completely stuck 

I’m trying to end my contract as i know I’m coming to the end of it as I’m being encouraged to upgrade. I want to leave ID but keep my number. I have been informed of how much it will cost to leave but instead of going down as I am paying my contract off, it seems to be going up? I know I need to give 30 days notice but I have no idea when my contract ends but I also don’t want to be a charged an early leaving fee. Any help please?

Hi I’ve recently moved to id and waited for my number to transfer over on Saturday 01/06/2024. Once i put the sim in my phione, it didn’t work. Please can I have a replacement SIM (eSIM quicker) asap. Thanks.

I’ve had an ID SIM in a TPLink MR200 mobile router for over a year using it at home and in my motor caravan with no problems. Since last week I’m finding most of the dynamic IP’s it uses are listed by Spamhaus as spam senders. This means I often can’t send any emails until I’ve rebooted the router three or four times. There’s definitely nothing in my equipment sending any spam and the instances Spamhaus are quoting are from times when I wasn’t using that IP or my router wasn’t even switched on.I’ve tried two routers and also using an iPhone 6 as a hotspot with the same results. If I put a EE SIM in the router it gets a clean bill of health from Spamhaus. However there’s only a small data allocation on that so I’d really like to be able to use ID. Any idea what I could do apart from buying more data on the EE card and dropping ID?

Can you provide advice on the cheapest way to use my phone in New York & Canada. 

Hi, I joined ID on Sunday coming from EE. I cannot receive one time passwords. I’ve tried everything, followed all the suggestions from the online chat but no success. Off and on again, taking the sim out and back in, checking the numbers correct with the bank and starts with 44 7, checking the number matches that store in my phone, calling the bank again.. it’s endless.The online chats sound like a bot and aren’t of any help. They said it would be escalated to their technical team but it’s been a week and nothing. I saw someone had waited 4 months before giving up and changing network. I’m currently blocked from all my banks because I can’t access the one time passwords, I really need access!  I have 13 days to terminate my contract, if I can’t resolve this by Saturday I’m going to need to leave ID before I’m stuck with them for two years. Has anyone found a fix for this? I don’t have the luxury of waiting much longer because I can’t get to the currys store  to cancel the contract due

My partner applied for id mobile psychology monthly contract in currys Bridgend  store on Saturday and was declined due to security check only. I have a contract with you so need some assistance to establish why this failed.  This is causing a lot of worry our end

Hi. Just arrived in Spain with my wife. My phone connected to data roaming no problem. My wife's phone (also ID)will not connect. A message from id says that her phone left network in UK with data roaming turned off. It was in fact turned on. Tried turning roaming on and off but does not help. Any suggestions please🙂

Arrived in Gran Canaria, received text stating free roaming (I am on 250gb pm). Received another message yesterday (3 days in) stating calls, texts and data are all chargeable, and I will be charged at extortionate rates. Can I talk to someone for clarity please?
