No WiFi signal on tp link modem

I am trying to log into the app and it takes me to a queue, I wait in the queue till the end of the 8 odd minute wait. I enter my email and then it takes me back to the queue, I have tried on an internet browser and it does the same. Does anyone have a fix for this?

i am having problems with receiving and making calls, one day it will be ok and then can’t do either for several days, i have rebooted my phone several times, all the settings are the same, is this an ID network problem or something else?ThanksRon

Hi I have very little 3G when I am out and about now. This impacts on my daily life now. I can’t use my virtual app to check where my buses are anymore and can’t talk to my daughter in Australia. I can’t do any internet banking . I feel that my contract with ID mobile is pointless!

My phone seems to keep moving to H+ all the time and rarely is staying on 4 or 5G.If I switch to airplane mode, it will give me 4G for a few seconds and then move to H+ again.This is happening everywhere not just in one area. Can anyone help?

I am currently on holiday in one of the Canary Islands meaning my data roaming should work seen as it is in band 1 for roaming. But for some reason the roaming is not working at all I am unable to send or receive any texts at all the only time my phone works is when I can connect to WiFi which is not often due to being on holiday. How can I fix this

HulloI have 2 old numbers on 2 business cards.I would like to use these business cards.Neither of these old numbers which I used to have are in use anymore.Is it possible to have SIMs with IDmobile which have these old numbers pls, without a PAC code?  As I don’t use them with any networks.Anna

I have two mobiles registered to my account, one for me and one for my wife and we pay by two direct debits from a joint account. Can I change the registered  name  on her number to her name so she ends up with her own  account. ?Not for any sinister reason than she can then  manage the account herself

I'm at the end of my contract and planning to move to another provider. I've got my PAC code from ID mobile but the message states my final bill is expected to be £91.20. This is at odds with what it says in the app, which states that my next bill covering 17/05 - 16/06 is £32.09.  How can I confirm which is correct, and speak to a person if ID mobile think its the higher amount?

I have created (another) account, because apparently it's separate to my actual iD account ! All this to express that the app migration was awful. I was asked to confirm so many details twice even after MFA... Which also happened twice. After all this, the new app is way worse than the old one, missing features and outright broken. There was not even a single email to tell me about a new app and that I needed to take action. I mean look at this screenshot below showing off the quality of the stats !!!! I have made about 5 mins calls this month.  

I've tried numerous times over the last few days to try & pay my bill.  I've used the app & called.  My phone has now been cut off!!!! The payment keeps going from my bank but then goes straight back in.  I need my phone to work!! it's not my fault that id payment won't work as I have read lots of other customers have had this problem.Infuriating

Not sure if anyone from ID mobile monitors this but I need to speak someone urgently. I took delivery of a new phone today and when I opened the (sealed) box the phone itself was missing; it was delivered by DPD and it looks like the bag it came in was tampered with (not that I really notice because I wasn't;t expecting the box to be empty). Anyone got any ideas how I can speak to an actual human being and not the ChatBot? Thanks.

I am trying change my account details for the direct debit payment but it keeps saying 'ooops something went wrong'. I have restarted my phone and the app is updated. Can you help me please, thanks 

The only posts I could find related to this were a year old so thought best to ask...  I have a Google pixel watch that is compatible with esim, is this something that I can access via ID mobile?  Thank you 

I have just obtained a new iPhone from ID. I was with 3 mobile and wanted to transfer my number to the new phone. I understand that ID use 3 mobile but I couldn’t work out how to request the transfer without obtaining a PAC code from 3.Having obtained the code I submitted it to ID and selected the date, (21/5 was the earliest), for the number to be transferred but I’m worried that I might not have followed the correct procedure?Can anyone confirm that I’ve done the right thing and if the number doesn’t transfer tomorrow who do I contact and how?  

I don't have data for two weeks already. I pay regularly but not service at all for 2 weeks. I need datamobile urgently. My package is on unlimited, which I pay for. How will you deduct my money for the service I was not able to use. This is not acceptable. I spoke with customer service 3 days ago and I was told  that there was a problem but it will be solved in 48 hours. It passed 3 days already and still nothing has changed. I do need urgently data. How I can resolve this assap please?

Paid an overdue bill, but whenever I go to phone a number it says I’ve dialled the customer payment service and data won’t work and texts won’t send.
