I have recently switched to ID and used  PAC to keep the same number. However the phone is running from my new number and my old number and people are receiving texts from a new number. It lease help!

I’m having issues with my signal strength as most places I go I only have 1 or 2 bar signal strength.Please can you helpthank you 

I'm still having trouble logging into my account I have tried everything that has been mentioned. I have tripled check my details are right still keep receiving the message sorry your details don't match our records. I got a contract out for my partner and since then I can't log in with my details 

I did not receive any advanced notice of the app update or the fact existing accounts would not work with it. When I opened the app and it asked me to register, I thought it was broken and went to the website. When the website also wouldn’t let me login and wanted personal information, I assumed your system was broken or it was a sophisticated phishing attack. I then reached out to your support staff via Twitter to see what was going on, but they have been incredibly evasive and unhelpful about the whole thing, outright refusing to explain the need for re-registering.When I kept asking for an answer, they even gave me a link to this announcement post which, on the topic of having to re-register, only says “sorry about that!” which feels incredibly snarky and sarcastic.It asked for email, first name, surname (twice for some reason), password, phone number, and date of birth. Hi I have recently changed to ID mobile and since Sunday afternoon I can’t use any of my apps etc. I have tried them when connected to wifi and mobile data but the apps have returned an error message that I am not connected to the internet. What’s app has the spinning wheel saying connecting. App notifications are however received if my phone is locked and iMessages are also delivering correctly. I have no idea where to start checking what has happened. I have restarted my phone many times, put in airport mode etc and don’t know what to try next. Any ideas?? 

I am trying to log in to check my roaming is activated but I get the above message.  Any help I’ll be greatful. Thank you. 

HelloI have received a replacement SIM. After speaking to a rep on the chat service to activate it, it began working fine, then a few hours later it stopped working. I’ve tried the replacement SIM in different phones, and although they detect other SIMs, they cannot detect the ID mobile SIM. Calls to the SIM say that they cannot connect the call. I can’t log into my ID mobile account or use the app to see what is happening, because it wants me to verify my number, but the SIM cannot send or receive any calls or messages at all. Does anyone have a clue? Many thanks

I have tried 15 times to pay an outstanding balance, through the app and through the automated telephone payment service. All payments have been rejected by my bank. My bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, says this is because iD Mobile tries to use an insecure payment method, and that I have to get in touch with them. There is enough money on my account. I tried to make the payment using my debit card. I don't have internet banking.Can anyone help? ID Mobile even just sent a final notice, but I can’t find any other way to contact them.

I am looking to do an upgrade from a SIM only deal to an iPhone SE 3rd gen, 128GB with unlimited data, minutes and texts but I get two deals. One at £25.99 and one at £28.99. Both are 24 months, both are £9 upfront. I can’ see any difference to explain the £3/month difference

Can't make outgoing calls or recieve incoming calls.Can recieve SMS messages but can't send SMS messages.Can use 4g to access apps such as social media or Web browsers.I have a Samsung Galaxy S20 FE.Can anyone please help?

My new phone is now using a new phone number, not the one I’d asked to be transferred from old phone. Also previous account still active. Should the PAC code not have stopped that?

Hi all,  I’m coming to the end of my contract with ID.  I’ve decided I only need a sim only, and would quite like to stay with ID - they are offering a 12 month unltd data simo for £15 p/m, but various third parties are offering it for £10p/m (through equiv cashback).  Is there anyway that ID could match it to save the faff with cashback / porting out / back in? Cheers

There is an option to  “add new plan” in the app and on the website. I tried to add my children’s ID Mobile numbers that are both registered to me but with different email addresses, but it won’t accept their numbers. What is this feature for?

I really need to live chat with someone from ID but I can't find how to do so.I have 2 numbers, one for me, one for my son but I can't remember some of the details on my son's account 

Am I the only one who, whether by APP or online, still get the ‘get started’ message and repeatedly have to input my id, whether I want touch and notifications?   Driving me mad this Ground Hog Day APP?? 

Currently roaming in EU with 30 GB data limit in my plan. App shows that I have 22+ GB left this month. But today I got a message that ive reached 100 percent of bill cap and internet stopped! I also had lots of rollover data from last month. So I probably have used 30 in last month. Question: is 30gb roaming per month a hard limit?  I.e. if I  have rollover data, I cannot use it when roaming to exceed 30 GB month If so, now I am stuck with no data unless I buy add on. Not happy Please advise 

it has been 10 days and i do not have a SIM card. i am basically paying for a service i can’t use! please help me. why there is no number i can call i don’t understand. this is literally a phone company! not a great user experience as a new customer

Went through the trauma of switching to the new ID Mobile app (failed registrations, verification codes that didn’t work, account blocked etc, etc) to find that the credit I had on the old app hadn’t been transferred across to the new one.The mobile number and all other details are the same but £0.00 credit on my account with the new app.Additionally the app says that I don’t have a plan but I should have a pay as you go plan.Any thoughts on what’s happened or have I been “robbed” by ID M?Thanks for any help anyone can offer  : - ) 

Signed up for eSIM gave bank details gave card details all i have been offered is access to this and a bunch of community emails. where are the staff/emails to set up my phone number ?

Please help , so my mum set up the account for my phone and she cannot remember her password anyway long sorry short I finally gained access to my account by using my number to log in when I logged in I wanted to updated my details and then look at changing plans within id however I went to change my email address to an updated one but it kicked me out of the website to re log in which would be fine but I have no idea of what the password is. So I’ve been trying to reset my password under my new email however this email with the code to reset isn’t coming through to me. I’ve resent this email about 10 times now but no emails are coming through from ID . I even tried to see if it would send to the previous email we had but still nothing .I’m really stuck because I can’t access my account and I just wanted to update my details and look at upgrading or changing my plan . Please help
