Hi I ordered 2 sim card. One arrived and the other one didn’t. One week later a royal mail card arrived that states sender didn’t pay full postage and is asking to be paid. What is going on.

Since porting my number to ID I am seeing long delays a few mins to never received at all on recieving SMS messages, causing real problems with online MFA solutions banking, email etc. as they are usually timing out before the SMS is received.Spoke to customer services who swapped my physical SIM to esim however doesn't seem to have worked unfortunately.Should note it doesn't seem to matter where I am when awaiting messages, I live in a strong signal area and work is well covered. Tried turning on/off rcs and WiFi calling but still the same, using pixel 8 device from ID.ThanksRyan

Hi,I ordered a phone for my Father in Law, everything seemed to go through smoothly but I haven’t had any confirmation emails, texts or anything. I’m worried by the fact that I supplied a PAC code and chose Wednesday 15th May as the changeover date. Could someone confirm that this order has gone through, or if not that his current phone will not be disconnected.Thanks.

i have paid my plan and when i try to make a call it says “welcome to id you have dialed our customer helpline” then shuts off, can someone help please

I received a letter about an unpaid bill which threatened to send the information to a debt collectors. i have lost my simcard and am unable to receive a PAC code to end my contract and pay the final bill. it will not let me do it with another number but i dont have access to my ID number. How do I pay the outstanding bill? Cancel my contract and avoid this affecting my credit score?Sadie

Hello, please anyone help if they can.i lost my sim while travelling. Contacted ID support asking to get an e-sim replacement as my contract is now over anyways. They said that they would have to ring me but they wouldn’t call me internationally. I’m not planning on being back in the U.K. for a while. I also can’t get into the app because it requires an otp verification via text ( which I can’t recieve) Any ideas or help?I can recieve messages and calls via WhatsAppThanks very much.

Hi there,  I switched from a monthly plan with a phone contract to a pay monthly sim only plan. Does this mean I lose my upgrade option? Can I start a new mobile contract plan if I want to in the future? Thanks

Hi all,I'm going to go on holiday to Japan, and was planning to get use a new SIM while I was there. I've got a contract phone and was wondering if I would be breaking my contract by replacing and using another SIM before my contract ended.

HiHaving a look at how to block my phone if it's lost or stolen, and it says to go to  my services in app and gives an option to block it..  I can't find my service on the app.   Anyone know?  Just want to be aware of how to do it  quickly if it happens. Thanks

hi, according to id mobile s24 regular phone specification, its powered by snapdragon 8 gen 3, but according to samsung, country outside of US gets exynos 2400. Is it really a SD 8 gen 3 or just a mistake?

Hi, wondering if anyone can help me please, getting nowhere with Live Chat.  Please excuse the long story but I feel it is required as Live Chat have constantly misunderstood what has happened.So, I ordered a phone from ID on 5th May, it arrived at my local DPD delivery office and went out for delivery on the 7th May.  When I received my 1 hour time slot I realised I would not be home from work in time so I used the DPD app to reschedule for the next day (8th) when I’d be off.Received 3 different notifications on the 8th that “Your parcel is at our Dundee depot”, but nothing to say it was out for delivery again.  I then got a notification on the 8th at 15:09 that “Your parcel is on its way back to Currys”This is where the frustration begins.  I never asked for this to be sent back, but that’s by the by.  9th and 10th May I get the notification “Your parcel is at our Dundee depot”.  I then requested the return tracking details from DPD which they supplied me with.The return tracking sho
