I posted earlier and received good advice to contact the live chat. After over an hour on the chat, the advisor has come back and said there is a fault whereby some customers cannot call out which is my main problem. I also cannot get internet unless I am at home. I can’t tell if I am being fobbed off. The advisor tried a eSIM which came through but made no difference at all! Can anyone advise on this please? Thank you. 

I got a new phone and sim 2 days ago and the sim has yet to activate , nothing I've tried has worked

I'm trying to set up the new app on my son's phone. It says the phone number/surname/date of birth is not recognised. The old app worked fine on his phone, and I have access to his info through the app on my phone. Where do I go for help with this?

My data roaming is on but upon landing in Berlin I cannot pick up any G. I was in Lanzarote and France recently with no such issues. Any help appreciated 🙏🏼

My calls keep disconnecting nothing to do with signal 

i can hardly make any calls they keep disconnecting my mother is elderly and i cant contact her. also i contact the hmrc as just keeps saying not registered on the net work help?

Had to put my phone on but back over the bank holidays and the tried charging me 2 times what I took out and 200 on top of the money I borrowed because I had mental health and mugged me off like to report it and claim on insurance 

i keep fetting texts about roaming charges while i am abroad...i do not use mobile data,i have a local sim...how do i contact a human about this,as i am out the country for at least 6 months

I’ve imputed the correct PAC, my old phone number and my new ID mobile number. Then it asks for transaction number,  I got an email with an order reference as I got an Esim, not one through the post. its 9 digits so I’ve used that but it keeps saying the details are wrong.  I haven't already said to import my number on the application from what I remember as there wasn't the option and I never gave my old number at any point so it can't be that.   

Good morning. I have read various tutorials and posts but I can’t quite see my issue. I have followed the PAC instructions and received confirmation that my old number would move by the 14th of May. Right enough, my old sim stopped working on the morning of the 14th so I popped my new ID Mobile sim in. I cannot call or message anyone but they can call me. I can access the internet at home. I have checked coverage here at work and 4G is excellent (I am at a rural school so no 5G for me here!) . I have the wifi symbol and where the signal bars usually are, there are 4 dots. I have switched it off and on, put into airplane mode and taken it out, cleaned the sim and all the rest of it. Not sure what else to do? Many thanks. 

Unfortunately I dropped my phone (Pixel 7) and now it's not turning on. I know I might be able to get it repaired but that will probably be more than the cost of the phone. I would like to stay in this contract but not due a upgrade until more then 500 days. What are my options, I didn't take out extra insurance. 

HI ID hive,  I went to Italy less than a month ago and I’m now in Belgium and can’t seem to have any roaming allowance left (as my bill cap is £0 and I can’t use my phone out and about without wifi).  I’m convinced I haven’t used my total allowance of 30GB in Italy but I can’t see where I can view how much I used in Italy (as the bill. hasn’t come out yet).  Before I buy an add on I want to make sure I’m not missing something. Does anyone know where I can view how much I used / if I used the full 30GB in Italy? Thanks

Can anyone using IPhone confirm they have 4G when making calls (4G calling or VoLTE) - I recently joined today and my calls keep reverting to 3G and I have no VoLTE option in voice and data - my 3 SIM card didn’t have that option either however it still made calls over 4G - I using IPhone 13 Pro with an eSIM installed - any help or feedback appreciated

Hi Im new to iD, I use to be on EE who have lately become expensive and I tried the dreadful Lyca mobile anyway after realising the 3 network is the only network with 5G around my small town I used their PAYG sim to test out the speeds I now thought I’d try one of their MVNO’s - the speeds seem similar, however I’ve noticed when making a call through 3 I’m on the 4G band but when I make a call through iD it always switches to the 3G band everytime, I tried asking customer service through live chat and they insist they no longer use the 3G band, can’t find much online - I also don’t have a VoLTE toggle switch but I didn’t with 3 either I’ve only ever seen that with the short spell I was with Lyca Mobile - I only joined today and have an ESIM installed on my iPhone 13 Pro - any help or suggestions welcome - Thanks

It's not uncommon to block unwanted calls with a block list, but I can't find any mention of such a feature. Is it possible?

IDMobile recently updated. Asked to create a new account for existing user. I registered and ask for verification code. I corrently enter the code but the system said its incorrect. I tried this multiple times. 

Will I be able to use my data if I go to France and Belgium in a few days? Will there be any charges for this?

How do I trade in an old phone? 

I had my ID Sim for a couple of weeks , during which time I couldn’t make any calls or receive them. I could not get any sense from the Bot about what to do fix it and also could not find a number or email address to contact to fix the issue so I gave up I changed to another company and the SIM worked without problem.  Now I’ve been charged more than £70 for ID’s terrible service.  How do I dispute this? Hi recently transferred my number to ID Mobile From EE. After the switch, I am not able to receive OTP SMS from banks, Amazon and even HMRC. I also have a problem where I cannot receive sms from certain numbers they get an error saying Can't send message with EE - error 0.Is there any settings I need to change for this to be resolved, also how do I contact tech support?I use a Pixel 6Thanks
