Hi, I requested a PAC code to transfer my mobile number but the new PAC code is already expired.   

Why I tried to contact live chat in regards to my daughters sim which I set up in my name ect. Chat said my address didn't match. I logged into the account and will not show plan says Ooppps something went wrong. I also can't find a tab to change my address?? I also want to check out new plans but can't do anything 

Obtained a new iPhone with new contract but SIM failed when I installed on daughters phone. Not fully registered. I am paying bills but cannot use the phone. I cannot seem to get in touch with anyone I am so F*** frustrated. Any help out ther?

Hi, I have a new phone and sim. My old number from EE was scheduled to be switched today, but my phone is not reading the sim card inserted, and therefore, there is no network. I’ve tried off and on, taking sim out and putting back in and airplane mode off and on, but to no avail. Please advise. 

I’m moving from england to the US for 6 months, how do I go about not being charged for using my phone? Is there an upgrade I can get? Or can I pause my contract and buy a sim out there? 

I've paid my bill and my services are still restricted. 

What can I do if I'm having trouble paying my bill on time due to insufficient funds on the day it's due 

I have just received my new phone (Galaxy A35) and I am wondering how straightforward it will be to transfer all my apps and files from the old one (Galaxy A22). I am not going to make the changeover (even though new contract has started) until I know I will be able to reliably carry on without missing a beat.

I switched to idmobile 3 days ago and have had nothing but problems. Most of the time when I am out of the house it either looks like I have signal but nothing loads, or there is just zero bars of signal. On top of this when I try to call anyone it says ‘your service does not allow access to this number’. I was in London working the past 2 days and was unable to navigate anywhere due to complete lack of signal and unable to call anyone to even ask details of where I needed to be since my emails wouldn’t load. I am already at the end of my patience with this network and considering terminating my contract immediately unless anyone knows why this is happening??!  I have already turned the phone off and on multiple times but made no difference. 

My pac code isnt working. I have typed in the correct details and it’s saying it’s incorrect I need to get this switched over asap as I’ve got the hospital due to ring me!! Help please 

I have been in touch with ID and they have confirmed i am eligible to upgrade, however, on the app and web browser when i click check to upgrade it says nothing! It just shows me my original plan. I just want to upgrade on the website like i have 3 times before - i do not want to do it over a live chat/phone call - i want to be able to do it myself and read through it. Why is it not working - the staff on live chat have no clue and keep repeating to call up of which i have said i don’t want that. It has been 2-3 weeks now and I am tempted to finish contract in july and go elsewhere. Can anyone help???

Hi ID what is going on with the signal across south east London ?ill be lucky if i get 1 bar when I’m at home sometimes calls won’t even come through and I’ll even have trouble when getting calls from the doctors the connection is so bad and I’ve done all that I can on my side how can u help me because I’m tired I feel to change providers.

Hey i joined id mobile last week. I wanted to keep my old number. The number has transferred over on calls but not text. People are receiving text from the number that came with the phone and not my original number. Does anyone know how to sort it out please?  😊

I recently joined ID mobile and requested to keep my previous phone number from my EE account on switching, provided PAC code and a date for the switch over. However this switch did not happen on the requested date nor anytime since, and my EE account is still open so they were clearly not notified of the switch either, I'm not sure what to do. 

My phone line is still restricted after paying my bill in full. A simple oversight on my part as my billing was attached to my debit card rather than DD so after replacing my card obviously the payment didn’t go through hense the line being suspended. Now 18hours after paying in full and updating payment details the line is still restricted and I’m finding it extremely difficult to sort the problem or actually talk to anyone. 

I pay for my internet,but i cant use it,just it missed and dont take money from my bank account.

Apparently a storm has disrupted internet signals. I have had no internet indoors since 14:00, 10/05/.is anyone else experiencing similar problems and if so do we know when it will be resolved?

I wolud like to know why is my bill for this month showing 40.99 when it should be 37.99?The problem is from when new app was relased.

Hi, I bought Google Pixel 8 with the offer of £100 voucher. I know the website says the voucher will be sent between 9/5/24 & 8/6/24 to my email. The problem is that I haven't been sent any email regarding this offer so I'm wondering if I will receive it.

I've been paying £12 per month even though I've left them in sept 2023 ( I've only just noticed on my bank statements). Would ID mobile know I'd left them when I changed my sim card over to the other mobile provider. Ive not got written proof. TIA Graham

I can’t access my account to retrieve my bill and check upcoming charges. I’ve had no problem before but it seems to be trying to re-register me even though I am registered and keep getting a ‘Sorry, your details do not match our records’ error. I’ve tried the App and three browsers - all the same error. What is going on? I see other people have PM comments.

As my phone contract approached the end, I wanted to switch to a SIM only deal. I couldn’t do that because the app relaunch happened and neither the app or the website were available to let me select the right plan. I then spent a few hours on chat support and on the phone trying to get this resolved. My bill is still wrong and for the last 2 months, you’ve charged me ~£23 per month more than you should. Please issue me with a refund for the incorrect billing and ideally also and recompense for the hours spent trying to get this addressed.

My wife has a new phone today & get message *Sim failure* each time I switch on. I have tried all troubleshooting tips but none are working. HELP please To add, new phone is an Iphone 14 & her previous was an Iphone 11. Sim is also saying Sim failure when placing into the Ipjhone 11 I have cleaned the sim & tray gently. Switched to airplane mode & turned off & on again. None of these have worked.
