I recently changed my direct debit details, however the app advised to make a payment. I have now done this twice and the direct debit is also up and running but it still says to make a payment. I'd like to know how to get a refund on the overpayment please and ensure that the app is updated and receive confirmation that my account is in order.

it says. “To check that roaming's activated on your account, log-in to the iD Mobile app or My Account online, go to 'My Services' then 'Roaming'. If it's off, toggle it on. “ however when you go into the account and into the mobile app there is no tab that says my services.I had no calls, no data, no usage of my phone while I was recently in France, it only worked if I was on Wi-Fi.

I am unable to make calls but I can receive them. Message says this service is not available. Secondly my PAC code to transfer my number just says it has issues at present

Paid my phone bill, around £37! The money was taken from my bank and my id account says that this months bill is paid off, this was around an hour ago and yet my data is still not working, when i attempt to make phone calls to my own contacts I get an automated message from id claiming that I am calling the helpline??? Very confused, I have tried live chat however I think it may be currently down. Any advice?

I’ve recently changed over to a new iPhone 15 and now with a different provider, but when certain contacts call me only my old phone rings and not my new one ? How long does it take for the old phone to disconnect from Id service as I don’t understand why some people call me and either both ring or only 1? Ps I don’t want to reset my old phone yet incase I’m still being charge for it so I want to make sure it shuts off before I do anything 

I haven’t received a welcome email so have no new mobile number or transaction number to register my account or complete my PAC transfer from Three. I think ID have the wrong email for me. What can I do!?

Hi, looking for an updated answer/confirmation that when I'm on holiday in Spain I don't have to do anything (accept maybe accept the new network settings or other automatic stuff that just happens when you land) in order to use my data/minutes/texts completely free (from my allowance) and not pay any extra charges or purchase an add on. Thanks

Hello,I’ll be in Ireland (ROI) for around 4 weeks. Staying in a converted minibus. What advice/recommendation can you give for me to link my phone with iD Sim to my laptop to use my WiFi data?I’ll be checking emails, bank accounts weather, Google maps and the odd browsing. Not after large data with  downloading Netflix, streaming  films, etc…. kind regardsRichard 

SOS!!!!When I am away from home, 80-90% of the time my phone has a 4G connection of between 2 & 3 bars. This would be fine normally but nothing loads! I am in BB7 postcode.Whatsapp - nothing.Emails - no chance.Social media - nada.On the odd occasion, when my signal actually drops onto 3G, it runs perfectly! 5G is non-existent.I have 2 questions, is there something in my settings that is blocking 4G from working as it should? If not, is there a way I can block 4G from superseding 3G as that works fine?

I bought an eSIM only deal last night, as a second line, however, when I’ve downloaded the sim there is no phone number and it is not working. thanks Kev

Hi, i have been with ID mobile 3 months now and the signal and network is awful. I work in a variety of locations and was previously with o2 and never had a problem. I’ve tried a different handset, and all the necessary troubleshooting tips and still have the same issue. What are my rights can I cancel the contract as it’s not fit for purpose?

Hi, my phone simply will not work whilst in the USA.  I have all the togles turned on.  Am i doing something wrong or is the USA a no no for ID Mobile? Many thanks, Nick

I'm in Thailand on holiday and have got a local SIM for most use, but need to get texts on my ID for verification etc. I've done this before with other providers no issue so didn't think there'd be any problems.I've got both SIMs in the phone. Local one is fine but the ID one seems to not even turn on correctly, never mind get network. I tried switching the slots each SIM was in, tried without the local SIM, tried rebooting etc.So now I guess either my ID SIM is corrupt, or there's an issue with my account that means the SIM won't even try. I read here it might need a higher rate cap set than I usually have, which I think is only £10.However, I can't get into my account to check because I had to update the app and now need to get a text to my ID to verify, and also can't try the website directly as it's blocked from Thailand!Any ideas or am I just stuck unable to get any verification texts until I get home?

Please can someone help me locate my mobile number? I’ve been given a debt collection notice and don’t recognise the bill. This is the second time it’s happened. I paid the first one. unfortunately, ID Mobile haven’t contacted me by post switch my email address and telephone numbers regularly all I have is the deck collection notice The collection company, unfortunately don’t have any new information

Where the hell is the services option 

I already had a sim only but I’ve just added another, it won’t let me add it to my account and I keep being told I need to register but it won’t let me register it as it just logs me into the account I already have. It also won’t let me set up the direct debit for the sim I already had but had put the new sim on DD. I try talk on live chat and I’m just getting nowhere 😩 anyone help please 🙏  thank you. 

Hello, so a month ago i was able to log into the online service and now I am being asked to create a new account. I have done that but keep being asked for my id number last name and DOB which comes back saying details do not matchour records. any help?

Told that I could transfer number to ID from old provider within app. Can't find it anywhere, also told PAC would take 5 days ( working). This seems extremely long compared to previous providers. Also what is this planned maintenance from 10pm to 7am ? Sounds like a joke for a Coms company
