I upgraded my plan to get more data. This was on 4th April.I still have not got my extra data? Was sent a new sim but told I didn't have to use it. My ID app says i have 40gb but in settings on phone it says 2gb and getting a usage warning. Can somebody please advise

Hi I'm apparently able to upgrade early without paying off my contract in 10 days from now, does anyone know if I'd be able to do it sooner without any fees? The reason is my husband phone is broken and it would save him paying for a repair if he can use my old one.

Hello, I switched to idMobile as the contract stated it included 5G but I never get 5G réception even Ina 5G area. My phone is definitely 5G ready as I was able to access 5G on it with my previous sim provider, so why can't I access 5G with idMobile?

Please could I get a proof of purchase / receipt for my phone and plan?

Hi I am currently on 1 month sim only with iD and have just purchased a phone through an external company on 24 month contract with iD and wish to cancel 1 month sim transferring the number to my new contract. The only reason I didnt upgrade through iD was because they didnt have the phone I wanted. Hope this can be done otherwise another number change in three years!! Thanks for your help.

I've just bought a galaxy 6 smartwatch 4G LTE, and recently switched to ID Mobile around 4 weeks ago, but it seems the 2 aren't compatible. I can see some threads from a year ago asking about when ID will support eSIMS. Is there any update on when this will be available? Very disappointed with my move to ID if this isn't ready yet.

Hello,My services tab says I have International Calls enabled however when I try to phone abroad I am told my cap limit does not allow it. When i check my cap I don’t have one. So what am I doing wrong?Thanks

So many issues with this company and a lot of distress caused just so they can presumably take customers money and get away with employer one staff member on part time hours 

Monday 12th February 2024:Can’t make or take calls (drops immediate on connecting) Can’t check voicemail (drops immediately on connecting) Can’t login in app (Unable to connect to server) Can’t login to website (Internal server error) Can’t check coverage (504 Gateway Time-out) I need to look after and administer my elderly and disabled parents affairs from 150 miles away (a drunk driver smashed up the front of their house so they’re currently living in a premier inn.)  I can’t even speak to them right now!This service is appalling! When are these issues going to be fixed?   What steps are being taken to prevent these frequent technical problems and outtages in future?   How will you be compensating customers for such days of complete loss of service? 

I have paid off an outstanding balance but my account still says it is overdue and no services have been returned

Hello, so I’ve tried to pay my bill via the app three times and it rejected so I use the phone number to phone and paid it that way I’ve gone back onto the app and it still says that I’m still need to pay it even though the money has gone out my bank and also can you change the number to another number?

Hi I'm trying to login to new app but my login and email is not working. 

My upgrade is due in 8 days and I have been keeping my eye on this phone for weeks and now it is out of stock.Will it be getting a restock soon, as I do not want any of the other phones on offer and am considering looking elsewhere for my contract if it isn't going to happen.

So it’s upgrade day and I have the recommended upgrade for my useage. So why as a loyal customer for 3 years should I be getting charged more than if I just cancelled (after my contract is up) and started a new plan with the latest iPhone with mobiles.com who offer cheaper per month by £6, unlimited data yours was 10gb and instead of £89 upfront cost it would be £19

Please ID I’ve been with you for almost 2 years and when I first joined I had signal now I’m lucky if I get two bars. My calls lose signal my text take long to send my internet is terrible I pay every month and and don’t even get what I pay for. Sometimes I can’t leave my house and have to order online or talk to my therapist and I can’t because I pay for a service I’m not receiving.can I get some support with this issue please 

How can it be possible to use 430 gig of data in less than a month when previously in the past 25 years I have never went over 5 gig a month and use my phone the exact same as I have over the last 25 years. It is near impossible to use 430 gig using social media. My phone says I have used 1.6 gig.  My first month with id and I'm already thinking of canceling if this doesn't get sorted out. Also my phine is connected to wife for the best part of 14 hours per day   

iMessage worked while I was syncing iCloud from my old iPhone to my new, and iMessage was working fine until I erased my old iPhone (ready for trade in). Now, iMessage & Facetime wont activate; I’ve tried literally everything Apple (or any forum) suggests; turning iMessage on/off, signing out/in of iCloud, activating Airplane mode, restarting the phone, resetting network settings, removing & re-inserting the sim… literally everything.I still receive/can make SMS and calls. When looking in my iCloud account, it says my SIM is not associated with an Apple device?I don’t know any way to contact an agent for help… so here I am.

I had a SIM only contract and upgraded from the Samsung S7 that I was using.  All was well.  About 2 months later I had the new phone stolen. I reported it to Google who blocked & blacklisted that phone.  However when I reinstalled the SIM in the old S& I discovered that it too had been blacklisted, even though never stolen or reported stolen.I understand that only ID Mobile can unblack list this.  How can I action that process?

     Hi. I already have a pay monthly plan with ID, but I would also like to get a PAYG  SIM mainly for International calls, since my pay monthly plan is quite expensive for it. My phone supports dual SIM, so I thought I’ll have a secondary PAYG SIM for calling only. My problem: as opposed to most phone operators,  it seems that I can’t buy an ID Mobile PAYG SIM without any plan attached to it and use it only for what I want. Or can I? My current setup is: main ID SIM providing data and secondary O2 PAYG SIM used for voice calls. Can I somehow swap the O2 SIM for a second ID SIM, without buying a plan every month, just paying the price of my International calls? Thank you.
