Hi,  I have accidentally send 4 payments as the webpage kept creshing during payment. All these payment have been take an are now past pending. Could I be refunded for the 3 mistake payments?  Many thanks

DPD tried to delivery handset while I was out.  They did not try and re-arrange delivery and instead have returned item to Currys.   Annoying.     Chatbot does not have any ideas and the online chat team are closed despite being 10 mins away from closing.  Help please?

Ever since I swapped my mobile number over from 02 to id,  people keep phoning me saying they have missed a call from my number..when I haven't phoned them. They have even sent me a screen shot of the number that has phoned them..and it's definitely mine. What is happening?

I'm in the new app and my sons account is showing 17GB of 10GB used. Is this because he has data rolled over? And if so where can I see amount rolled over do I know how much he has left this month? I have £0 billing cap set.

Hi,I am not receiving SMS from an italian number when I am in UK and when I am EU.I can receive SMS from UK numbers when in UK and when abroad, I can receive and make calls to italian numbers.I have a pay montly plan, in manage iD services I have International on, Roamin on, Premium on,Data 100GB, Minutes Unlimited ,Texts Unlimited.If I put an italian sim in the smartphome, I can receive and send SMS text.I tested with one sim in the smartphone and with dual sim, the issue is always there.I have a Galaxy S24 ultra.Any suggestion? Kind Regards  

How can I get the id app on my phone as well as my iPad ? I’ve tried so many times it just takes me to re-register all the time

Hi, I'm on unlimited everything (yes I know that's 30gb roaming) and struggled to make calls/text/data since arriving in Spain a week ago. Checked APN and it's "id". Tried restarting phone several times. Tried autoselect network and manual select. Tried resetting internet. What am I missing?

Hi, does anyone know how long it takes for a return to be processed? My device was delivered back on the 9th May by Royal Mail Special Delivery(time/photo and signed for sent), but I’ve heard nothing from ID. I have tried getting some info from the Online Live Chat but seem to be getting fobbed off. My concern is that it has been misplaced and I will have to start a claim with someone. Any info would be helpful.

Hi, I had my iPhone 14 stolen in Spain and have already used the live chat bot to blacklist it. However I never received any proof of this. Therefore I require proof of blacklisting and proof of usage ASAP! Can somebody help with this please?

I have request a Proof of Usage document from an live agent, but they said they cant provide the IMEI number or anything that can uniquely identify the phone that I have been using. The whole purpose of a Proof of Usage document is to show exactly what phone was in use during certain times, and I need this document to show to my insurance to make a claim. Specifically: “Proof of usage should include the device make, model, IMEI number and the first and last date the device was used”. How do I obtain this?

I change phone and sim when I order off Carphone warehouse I remember request a Pac number and giving to keep my old number but when I put the new sim in its a different number does it take a day or two to set up or do I need to do something else?

Hello,I have repeatedly called emailed and corresponded as many ways as possible to gain access to my invoices. This I did but now the site has changed and asks for mu ID mobile number. The problem with this is the sim is in a CCTV camer up a s12 foot pole. I cannot recieve a text.Can they nopot send an email ? This is extemely frustrating. All I need are my invoices sim works great in the camera.

i am due to switch to my new ID mobile SIM with my old number from a previous contract. how can i confirm that my old number is on the IDMobil SIM. I ask as when i tried to log into the ID Mobil app it doesn't recognise the old number
