I lost my device and ordered a replacement sim.  When I try to activate the replacement sim, it asks me to log into my account.  When I try to log into the account it sends a code to my phone number that isnt activate so I am unable to log into activate!

Hi there,Did a PAC transfer a couple weeks ago and all good from a WhatsApp/phone call point of view.However when sending text messages it's showing to others as my original account phone number and not my old number that I've transferred too (so a different number if a call to text), so is causing confusion when texting.Any help?

I ordered sim card for my son over 2 weeks ago , courier tried to delivered twice while I was at work. I arranged the same to be delivered to nearest currys shop but it's been over a week and I am still waiting. My bill is due next due 21st

Hi, i have a new bank account and have been experiencing trouble updating my new direct debit details in the App and on the website and using the desktop site. I get an error message, please see attached picture..I have spoken to a person in chat who was able to remove my old direct debit but unable to update my direct debit and told me to do this in the App 🤦‍♂️.  Is there a workaround for this or is this a glitch? I can see someone else had this issue nearly 2 months ago but no update on whether resolved ?  I am making manual payments until resolved however DD would be a lot easier... 

I currently have a Google pixel 7a, my contract isn't due to end I till April 2025. However I'd like to pay out my contract early and keep my number. 

Ive just swapped from voxi to ID mobile i added my id mobile eSIM but it didnt show my number so i removed it and tried adding it back but now when i try add it back it says Your eSIM isn’t ready yet. 

I have had no signal coverage for 3 days now, I live in the S36 area Stocksbridge and according to signal cover for your area everything is fine… Phone works in other areas so that’s ok.  Local forum says 3 network is down but 3 are denying this.

Hi, I seem to be having an issue.When I ring someone up and start talking they are reporting that they can't understand the first word I speak, for example when ordering car parts I get asked for my registration number and when I reply they cannot hear the first 1 or 2 seconds of the reply so I have to constantly repeat what I'm saying. It's very annoying as I can hear them quite clearly. It happens at home so wifi calling  or on mobile data. My mobile is a samsung galaxy s23 ultra.Any ideas on how to fix this please guys?

referred a friend back last year on Dec 22. The referral page permanently says pending.I have already contacted this chat to ask what’s going on and was promised it would be dealt with.I feel trading standards would frown on you farming for customers from existing customers then not keep your end of the deal.I don’t have hours to deal with this again so can you please just sort it out Thankyou Neil F

Hi,Planning to go to the Maldives, but can't find info on places that aren't in the category band 1 or band 2 locations.We will be going via Doha, then onto Maldives.1. Will ID mobile even work for signal in both locations?2. If data turned off, would there be a charge for call/text or even just being outside the EU?3. Would roaming need to be turned on or off? As in what's the difference?Thank you

Hi.  I am in USA and have increased my cap (I can see from bill I have not reached that cap yet).  However I cannot make calls (am told I have exceeded cap) so unable to check voice mail.  I can use maps when not connected to WiFi yet unable to check email / internet etc as unable to reach server.  What I am doing wrong?

I've joined id mobile in the last few days but don't seem to have a 4G connection option in the mobile network settings. The device automatically connects to LTE/3G/2G whichbgives me a phone signal strength of -110 ie virtually no signal at all, if i manually change to 3G my signal is -80 to -85 looking at other post I've tried different things including the link to system settings but my device Samsung A15 5G is not listed. What do I do to connect to 4G and get good phone signal, I am based in the Midlands where 3G phase out is to start, do I just cancel contract (im within 14 day return period) & go to a different provider.Any help greatly appreciated as I'm going round in circles

The question is self explainatory. And, please don’t send me any articles. I just want my eSIM QR code and be done with this. I have spent 1hr going through the website to find out how to get my QR code. This should be not be that difficult to get.  Thanks,Martin

HiI've got the new app, how do I see my minutes or text usage so far. It does data, but can't see off plan or any minutes etc. Or does it only show minutes or texts used if you have any outside the plan allowance.

I've had this issue with the last couple of phones I've had where Bluetooth will periodically stop working with my cars infotainment system. Bluetooth will randomly disconnect audio only, but still connects for calls. Re-pairing, restarting the phone, and resetting the infotainment system does nothing to fix this. This has also happened with multiple cars, seems to be completely random, and lasts a few weeks, before randomly starting to work again. After googling this appears to be a Samsung issue. I'm now 6 months into my new contract and the really don't want the have to put up with this for another 18 months. I regularly use Bluetooth in my car for music and navigation, so without audio it's uselessIs there anything that can be done?

My direct debit has failed and I'm wanting to pay using my friends debit card the funds are there but it keeps declining payment why???

I have complained to ID many many times stating that I was promised a curry’s voucher of £30 fo myself and my daughter.  I was promised that someone would be in touch to resolve the issue but nothing heard back!!! What do I have to do to have this resolved as I’ve been waiting since December 23!!

I now have submitted my PAC around 10 times. Each time the form says there was a mistake. I now know all the numbers by heart. How do I keep my old number if unable to submit PAC?

Travelling to France for 2 weeks. If I use up my inclusive 30GB roaming limit, what are my options? I can see that I can buy an add-on for data but was wondering if you can buy multiple data add-ons? For example, if I use up the first add-on, can I purchase another to maintain my data?
