I am in the US and not receiving a code by txt to log into my account to setup data roaming? How else can I log in? 

Hi for a few days now I’m unable to receive or make calls does anyone know why? I’ve tried restarting my phone but it seems a few people have the same problem as me, it’s very frustrating especially when I miss important calls.

I’m looking to buy the iPhone 15 pro max sim free but it’s out of stock, any ideas when it will come back and is there any way for me to get notified? 

I provide the PAC and previous duly terminated their connection this morning.  A while later I was able to use the new ID sim and a couple of people  were able to phone me, so I though all was well.  However, my wife has been unable to get through and I do not know whether this applies to others.  Sim manager shows the iD sim but there are two lines below the Sim Name  - unknown and unknown number.  Why is my phone number not visible?

I got new contract with iD Mobile last week to include a new phone. I arranged for my old number to be switched over on 16th May, which all happened OK.The problem is my new phone only works with the WIFIturned on, and I can only call or text when I have WIFI. The moment I turn WIFI off or if I leave the house I can’t use my phone at all.After several attempts to try and find a phone number to speak to a human at ID mobile, I used the online chat which was no help at all. I kept being asked the same questions and going round in circles.The online chat asked if the sim worked in my old phone and yes it does, I get 4G straight away.They tried to tell me that it was my new phone - the brand new phone which I bought on contract from ID Mobile.The online chat said they would send me another new sim card which arrived today and I have the same problem again…..no mobile data. If i leave the house the phone is useless (emergency calls only).Please can someone help me? I am now putting an offic

Hello, I order a new phone through the ID app and with the upgrade it said I would receive a £100 Currys gift card. I ordered the phone on Friday the 29th of March and have not heard anything about the voucher?  Kind regards Jakki Shopland 

Hi,I referred a friend in November 2024 and we both received the emails about reward pending.  I checked the reward dashboard and it still shows as pending despite myself and friend have paid more that 4 to 5 months of bills.Can you please let me know when we will receive the award?Thanks.

about phone is unknown alsoSo for a few months I’ve been unable to send or receive calls. SMS seems to work fine after a short delay but this is how my phone is recognised. I’ve looked through several forums and tried the tests and fixes (airplane mode, safe mode, resets, settings resets, etc.) and nothing has worked. Has my number been cloned by spammers and been blocked? I’m not sure what’s happened here really. Phone is Pixel 3a - Android version 12 (last version before support was stopped. Had worked fine for nearly 2 years after that though)Any help would be massively appreciated as I’ve been missing a lot of important calls recently. Thanks

On 9th May i switched from ID to Tesco mobile, wanting to keep my old phone number. Tesco say ID need to look at a porting issue as i cant make or receive calls or texts a week on! This needs to be fixed - by you ID asap! IT IS A PORTING ISSUE AND ID NEED TO FIX IT!! I need to be able to access my bank - which requires a text message, but obviously I cannot receive texts. SORT THIS ASAP! ID service is shocking. I warn others to SYAY CLEAR! They robbed my number, which I've had for the last 16 years.

My credit balance goes down but data, calls, and text usage is not being logged in my account.

I upgraded to a new phone and did not order a replacement sim.I got a message to say that the activation is in progress over 24 hours ago, but still not got any service/sim recognised. The sim fits the phone and it is not damaged. Any suggestions?

HiI am a 2 week in new ID mobile customer, I purchased a new phone and sim.My old number was ported over a couple of days after my account went live. All seems ok, I can send/receive texts and calls, except for one phone number from another network, he can text me but when he tries to call he gets a message saying that my number is not recognised. I have restarted my phone several times, turned off wi-fi calling, he has done the same but the problem still exists. I have also checked to see if his number has somehow blocked on my phone but all looks ok. Do you have any suggestions as to what I can do next?Thanks

I need to renew my bundle manually because I don’t have a mastercard account. But there is no option to buy a bundle and i have no side bar on either the app or website. Does anybody know what I should do . Thanks 

My 1st text of the day isn’t being received by my wife. We have both just been into Apple who ran diagnostic checks on both phones and said it will be the service providers issue so here I am! When I resend the text, it comes through twice it’s like I’m waking ID Mobile up in the morning!!

Took out my current Sim only contract prior to June 2023 and have unlimited roaming data. It’s my intention to stay with current arrangement- will data fair use apply going forward or can I continue as before? I only use this facility for up to 10 weeks per annum. 

I am suddenly unable to make calls or use data on my phone. An error message no network found appears. I'm finding it incredibly frustrating that I can't speak to someone about this. Can anyone help? 

Couple of issues over the past couple of months that I’ve never encountered before.  Firstly outgoing calls are taking 15-20 to connect.  Just silence before the other line starts ringing.  Not a major issue just a bit oddSecondly and more importantly; text messages are failing to send.  I send them and then get a notification that it’s failed to send.  Only way I’ve found to get round it is to turn off WiFi and use the data.  Any other solutions? iphone 13

I'm currently coming to the end of my 24 month contract. I'd like to keep my existing handset and move to a SIM only contract which appears to offer the same plan as I have at the moment for a cheaper price.  I can't see the SIM only options as an available 'upgrade' in my online account.  How do I go about requesting this, please?  I chatted to the iD Mobile team via Facebook messenger and they advised me that I could do this in the app but I can't see where or how. Thanks.

Hi, I’ve been switched to ID Mobile and tried to submit PAC but my old number hasn’t been transferred. Help…

I recently upgraded my phone this last week (1st August) and don't understand when the final payment from my old phone will go out? Will it go out on the 18th as normal or go out next month? My bill says £23 something for this month but then my email says charge £61.09 (old phone cost) then underneath line rental £26.99 (new phone cost). 

I have recently switched to ID and used  PAC to keep the same number. However the phone is running from my new number and my old number and people are receiving texts from a new number. It lease help!

I’m having issues with my signal strength as most places I go I only have 1 or 2 bar signal strength.Please can you helpthank you
