My sim has stopped working says invalid 

I got a new iPhone 15 in contract with ID Mobil data plan from Currys store. I got a physical sim and it all worked well till the time I haven’t switched to the eSIM option. After switching to ID Mobile eSIM though the internet was working, I was unable to make or receive calls. Reached out to ID Mobile help desk 4 times, but there was resolution. Finally they asked me to switch back to physical sim.  Now I am stuck this for 2 years as per contract. What a wastage of time and money. 

I just contacted idmobile to improve my internet speednow my whole plan stopped and there’s no one available to activate my plan back to normalhow come they do that without any notice that makes me mad 😡 

Hi, i am about to upgrade to Honor 90 via Carphone warehouse on ID Mobile,  can anyone tell me if the handset comes with a charger ? I know some handsets dont  these days.Also, does the phone have erase feature on the camera and also able to modify humans in the pictures, such as face shapes etc.Thanks.

If i buy a Samsung S23 FE on a 24 month plan do i get to keep the phone at the end of the contract and change to a sim only monthly rolling  plan thereafter?

If you have poor credit - how many months of payments are required before you are likely to be accepted to take a contract out with a handset?

I’ve just got to Canada and my data roaming isn’t working. I have checked my id mobile app and roaming is enabled. Roaming is enabled on my phone. I’ve done all the steps on the id mobile roaming issue FAQ, I’ve reset my phone and nothing. It connects to a service provider and I have signal and even have a 4G / 5G icon appear but as soon as I try to use an internet tab it says cannot connect to server! Any help please?

I’ve not received a welcome email with my transaction id

Not been able to access my account via app or online. Chat says they will report the issue to the Team. Has anybody else had an issue and have they had it resolved?

I've tried to upgrade my SIM only deal from a 1 month to a 12 month deal. I've gone through the whole process via the app and I got an order number. The app doesn't show any changes yet despite the order being placed a few days ago. Any ideas? I haven't had any emails to confirm either

When I purchased my sons phone in currys I gave our address and was told we have coverage.We've let him take his phone to school as hes recently been diagnosed with epilepsy. It transpires he has no coverage outdoors in our srea or at school so he cant contact us or anyone in an emergency Apparently if we leave we have to pay over £400 for a service we're not getting.I can't pay for 2 phones!Surely I can leave if a service isn't provided, ots not our fault of poor network coverage. Its a safety issues, you'd think in this day and age a phone network could provide coverage.  Doe's anyone have a complaints email address other than ofcom?

I'm trying to log into my account in the app having not done this for maybe 6 months. The app kept telling me my password was wrong so I reset it.I know my username is correct. When I try to log in after the reset it still fails telling me the password is incorrect. Is there a problem with the app? 

Why is 3s mobile coverage even worse & inconsistent on iD? I seem to be in the 1% where there is no coverage (whatever that means) or very very, poor coverage for mobile & data, from London via the Midlands to North Yorkshire. Cant down load, phone calls losing reception consistently across tge country. Dire 

I got my id handset and SIM today however the internet connection is terrible. It is connecting for a few moments, running extremely slow then showing no internet connection. I cannot use it as a hotspot either then it will not work on the phone at all or as a hotspot. Very disappointing and will cancel the contract as not good at all. I don't have WiFi right now therefore it is my only source of internet. Cannot even speak to an advisor?! Really really disgusted with iD and regretting my choice to take out contract with this company 

We visit a village on Crete regularly and have always managed to roam with Cosmote with good signal strength and fast data. However, we can’t now! Cosmote shows on an Android phone as (Forbidden) on both 4G and 5G and on an iOS phone it says network registration failed. We have tried selecting manually as well as automatic. We now find that we have zero coverage in the village, but other Cosmote users are happily using their phones, so it’s certainly not a local cell issue. It looks like we are now blocked from using the Cosmote network.

I have 2 sims 1payg 1contract.i want to cancell the payg but swap the number to my contract is this possible 

Took five days for PAC transfer, never received code for Apple offer. Don't reply to emails, frankly rubbish service 

How do i get an esim for my phone and does it cost extra?

Seriously id  what is going on. Can't log in  can't even register to the app. Your quick enough to take payment. 

I just ourchased monthly plan with 50G data. I am travelling Hungary and Austria, can I use the mobile data of my SIM card there?

Unable to login.will not accept my details 

Hi, I've been trying to change my plan both on the app and website, but I keep getting this error message. I open the app, go to my account > change plan > then I select the recommended plan, and tick to confirm I've read the necessary information, but after I do that and confirm I want to change my plan, I just get the error message. The same happened when I tried on the website just now, after reading the advice on a 2 year old thread where someone else had a similar issue Would it be possible to please change my plan from your end? Thank you

Is there actually a tech team in idmobile or is it just a way to put you off asking for help. Last week I was told they would contact me with 48 hours and nothing. This week told would contact me within 48 hours and nothing, raised an official complaint and nothing. No CEO email as he's too scared to deal with customer, looking for ideas of where to go next.  Issue is Motorola Razr 40 that works fine except will not take incoming calls and no notification of missed. Caller gets an odd 2 rings tone then it drops for them. 

Can i keep my current phone number with EE if i change to imobile pay as you go?
