Would one of you guys out there who can contact iD Mobile please ask them to contact me by email, at {removed} I posted my problem earlier with my situation, I have been without any Network for a fortnight so far, I was switched off whilst I was in hospital where I go for treatment every other day. I am 85years old & severely disabled I now have no means of contacting anyone if I fall or become ill. When I try to get in touch it comes up with ‘we have sent a code to your phone’ enter it for security reasons, these are the intelligent ones, I have NO Network. So if someone would be kind enough to let them know, my phone works fine on 4G at Skegness where the hospital is I’m 28 miles away in Woodhall Spa no network. Anybody clarify what are in plan numbers, can't even ring 02 ( London) numbers ) without message saying out of plan minutes. Are id purely mobile to mobile ??? 

I have just got a new e-sim for my iPhone 13 Pro. After using the QR code and uploading it is working but there are very few functions available and it is not showing any signal as well as stating no sim installed. I have reset my network on the phone a couple of times but it does not make any difference. Can I delete the e-sim and reinstall it using the QR code, or would this cause a problem with the QR code only being able to be used once? 

Following the update on May 7th, my S22 no longer recognizes the Sim card, gets hot and loses battery power rapidly. All troubleshooting attempts to solve with Samsung customer services have not worked so abroad for 5 weeks with a useless phone. Anyone else has a similar problem? 

I can't connect my computer to my hotspot on my phone to use my data.  My computer doesn’t recognise my phone.  My computer hotspots to partner hotspot and house hotspot but not my phone

I lost my phone and my partner got it locked I have got a new SIM at Curry's and it was activated but I'm not getting any calls or able to make any calls outside it is saying id not connected 

When I try to login to the new app or web portal. I put in my username and password but when I add my phone number, last name and DOB and click on next. I get an oops something went wrong error message. Please help. 

I received my new phone and contract a month ago. I wanted another for my part but the phone provider rejected it saying ID Mobile policy is not to supply a second phone within a 3 month period. I am aware that all accounts must have a separate email.Is there a 3 month rule?

Please kindly send me proof of usage for insurance purposes

Yesterday I bought a new sim only on ID. I’m with ID already, I want to keep my numberI am disabled and need help

Why is my mobile data so slow, it shows I'm getting 5G but my Internet connection is really bad and takes time to load videos it also takes really long to send normal text messages, I don't know if there is a problem with my aim or your network please review this for me. 

How do I disassociate myself from iD and the id community. Can't find anywhere close either account.I am not prepared to spend hours on live cgasts because nothing works.

I’m unable to switch my number to iD mobile  - both on my laptop and mobile phone.On my mobile it’s saying that my old number ‘needs to start with 07’ - it’s not recognising the digits; even though I’m using the same keyboard as for all other accepted numbers.On my laptop it’s saying at the top of the webpage ‘something went wrong’.Does iD mobile really want new business?!

Hi I purchased a new mobile phone and require a proof of purchase please. I have the invoice from ID but it only shows the contract purchase not the actual phone purchase.. Help appreciated thank you.

I am on holiday in the USA and I have reached my cap limit. I tried to increase my cap in the app but I need to re register because ID has updated their systems. In order to re register, you receive an SMS with an 8 digit security code. However I am not able to receive SMS as I'm at my cap limit! Can someone help me to register so I can increase my cap please?

Anyone else's app not opening? I've deleted, reinstalled but will not open. Just freezes 

Hi,  I've been due an upgrade since 14/04/24. I've been trying to do this but have no upgrade option either on the App or when I log in to the Web page.I've previously managed this effortlessly but now the process seems unnecessarily, intentionally?, obscure.Initially the App was undergoing an update and access was not possible. Now all upgrade options are gone.At the moment I am paying for a plan that includes the cost of a phone I own which is unacceptable.What's going on?

hello, i have recently upgraded my ID contract and have been with ID mobile for a couple of years with no issues at all. Upgrading was super easy, and the new handset arrived a couple of days later. My question is, with my new upgrade came £100 Currys voucher of which i am yet to receive and had had no notification as to how to redeem it. Please advise. Thank you. 

I have seen on compare sites you can do 60gb data on sim only for £8 a month. On the app the same deal to me is £10 a month.  Do I have to go through the 3rd party site to get it for £8 a month or can you sort it for me please? ThanksD

HiJust taken out a contract with ID Mobile and submitted my PAC Code, etc in the process. When I picked up the phone and SIM card from Curry’s yesterday (20th) afternoon, I left it until this morning (21st) to insert the card and configure the phone. I’ve now heard from my old provider that my contract is cancelled. ID has sent me a text saying that they’ve got my request to switch number but it says that my switching date was yesterday (20th) and they’ll send me a text saying when it’s done. No text yet. Do I just wait? Or do I need to resubmit PAC code request as the switching date they announced was actually yesterday? 

I have had so many problems with my old number transferring over to my new ID contract. I have had numerous conversations via the live chat system and was reassured that this would be put in place two days ago, but I’m still waiting. I would like an update on what is happening with my old number as this has caused so many issues for me.
