How do your receive your Currys voucher and how long does it take 

I have an unlimited sim card but when trying to make a call to a mobile number the message tells me I am currently unable to make calls as I am out of calling credit 🤷🏻‍♀️😡 How does that make sense?  

Hi I have just received my new sim from id mobile and I want to transfer my number.  I have my pac code but I can't find where on the app to enter my pac code. Can anyone help me please 

I have paid my phone balance of £33 and has gone through with my bank, however I am now getting charged an additional £33 because of an “overdraft payment” but I have paid my phone bill every month 

Due to separation / depression / daughter YouTube usage I managed to run up 48GB on 30GB plan.  So I thought I'll upgrade to 100GB plan Hour later my usage is now 108GB and I'm still without data.  Why has this happened?

Joined iD Mobile (first mistake) gave PAC when signing up, number was supposed to change on 7th, never happened was told it hadn’t been put through, never happened yesterday was told iD Mobile are waiting for a file from previous provider and still nothing today? Something was supoosed to be credited to my account? Nothing showing. So far not a very good experience and it’s looking like the phone will be returned if something doesn’t get sorted soon. I’d like to think it was a one off but looking through these discussion forums it seems quite common.

Hi I'm not receiving texts from all numbers that have tried, recently ported number in without any other apparent problems. I text them, but no texting reply, when I've called them they advise that they replied. Any useful info !Regards Colin 

Due to the changes in rate, my bill has increased from £25 to nearly £27 which isnt a problem however my bill for this month has come up to £42. I havent used any add ons and even on my statement it doesn’t say i have used any. It says the monthly recurring charge is £35 but i havent changed my plan nor have i exceeded my data limit. 

Hi,  we are currently living in Japan but are planning to return home to the UK later on this year.  However, before we return home we need a UK phone number so we can start organising things.  Will it be possible to purchase a phone plan while we are in Japan or do we need to wait until we arrive in the UK.  If we can buy a plan while in Japan can we download it etc.  We have good wifi etc and our phone takes esims.  Please advisethanks

I had schedule  switched yesterday from my old network. But still now I don’t have ID network? I didn’t received any welcome txt messages.how long I have to wait for ID network or when I can use my phone?thanks 

Hello,I sent a message to the Apple Shortcode 81088 to cancel an appointment and have looked at my bill and been charged £12.68. I have checked on your website how much I should have been charged and it says 15 pence. I have had this issue once before with iD mobile when receiving messages from another company and had the charge refunded. Please can I have this charge taken off my bill?

Hi, my bill payment came out today and was refunded straight away....my plan says the payment was made on 04/05, but it wasn't paid until today and then refunded. Can't seem to get anywhere on that chat bot thing, what am I supposed to do? 

I have been with ID mobile for over 2 years and up until recently everything had been fine. For the past 5 days I have completely lost all phone signal! I am also unable to access 4G or 5G. This has happened for a few hours before at most but not 5 days! My phone is working fine in other ways (connects to wifi, apps work, all hardware is good etc.) but it is making work very challenging. I will have to find a new provider very soon if this isn’t fixed. Does anyone have any ideas of what could be the issue?

Though network status for my postcode shows no issues, I’m regularly seeing the signal strength on my Huawei router dropping from 5 bars to 1, with subsequent speed deterioration; could this be a Router issue, or the local mast [which I can see across the fields]?

My SIM card has stopped working in my phone twice. First time was during the massive outage, it just never reconnected. I got a new SIM from Currys and it fixed. Last week it happened again so I've got another SIM from Currys and all is fine for now.Both times the SIM would work in my spare phone but not in my main phone and both times another SIM works in my main phone. I've fixed the problem but would like to know what might be happening, it is scary and a big hassle with no phone.

I have a monthly plan with 6gb of data  unlimited calls and texts at £6 . I upgraded to unlimited data,calls and texts for £17 per month, but its not showing on my plan?

Why oh why can't I access my ID account on my computer for the last 2 MONTHS yes the last 2 MONTHS. No matter what I try it won't bloomin work, keep getting 'Oops something went wrong try again' I'm getting a bit sick of TRYING AGAIN. If it is not sorted within the next week I will be leaving ID, so can someone tell me how to leave. AS THIS IS NATIONAL HAVE A LAUGH WEEK HERE'S ONE FOR YOU - try to access a ID Mobile account  that's a laugh. 

Hi I ordered sim card on 5th May 2024. It is 13 May so far no show.

When I check my data allowance it just says unlimited however I need to know how much I've used as I'm currently in Europe and therefore capped at 30GB so don't want to go over this. Thanks
