Can I use my phone free of charge in Spain including my wifi and calls and texts?ThanksSteve

I want to purchase an additional SIM card with a different number to my existing for use by my daughter visiting from Australia in July of this year 2024 for use for approx 3 months duration and manage it from my existing account….is this possible please?Once she has left the UK I would then cancel the plan by giving the appropriate notice which I understand would be 30 days in this case if a 1 month SIM only plan is taken.Under no circumstances do I want it to alter/affect my existing account/plan which I am extremely happy with!!If not can anyone suggest an alternative to suit my needs please? 

I keep getting a ‘Sorry, your details do not match our records’ error when I add the details asked for even when all has been checked and everything is I am inputting is correct?

I can't make our receive calls when at home but messaging works fine , I've tried with wi fi on and off ,I've checked network coverage on mastdata but no data for where I live . Everyone else in our home has no problems,  but they are all on different networks. Haven't tried sim in different handset yet , but would like a replacement  sim to rule that out, but don't know how to get oneThanks

My account got suspended due to late payment payed the arrears but account is still suspended 

I’ve tried paying my bill on numerous occasions through app and both automated services is says oops something went wrong I used live chat and they didn’t resolve this for me I’ve used different cards and it’s still not taking payment 

I have received a PAC code from ID mobile, which isn’t being accepted by another mobile provider. I have been advised by the other provider that I need to ascertain a new PAC code.i am now paying for two contracts. Please can someone get in touch to provide me with a new PAC code so i can port my existing number? Thanks

Changed email details but password does not work and my onetime passcode has not sent to new email, what do I do as I’m locked out?

Hello!First time posting so please be gentle! I have just finished with a 24 month contract with Three, its now gone into the limbo stage of monthly rolling for the same price it was (which is £42!). I would like to move over to sim-only on ID mobile on a nicely priced tariff but keep my number. I’ve read I need the PAC, but I am assuming I will need to go through the gauntlet of phoning Three and moving to PAYG first? I don’t think I’m lucky enough of ID staff to handle the cancelling of the direct debit etc like on utility switching schemes (although heres hoping?) Is this the case? Sorry if this is posted a lot, I did try some basic searching but nothing obvious jumped out at me. Thanks in advance!

Negotiated upgrade in which I was told they would add a rolling unlimited data add on after I'd selected a standard upgrade of 25gb. Seems the unlimited data upgrade was not added on despite this promise.

Hi, I have a sim contract in a phone for my mum. I went to the app to see how long I have left on the contract and if I can cancel. But the app had changed and I needed to log in and register again. It sent a pin to mums phone but I haven’t access to her phone as it’s in a care home 2 hours away and she’s currently on end of life I hospital and hasn’t used the phone in 4 months. So how can I log into the account I pay for without access to mums phone? Thank you ☺️

My phone rings everyone but one number! That number can ring me? What could be going on please?! 🙏🏻 

 I cannot use mobile internet, make calls or send texts. Culprit being i have no credit, but i bought a £15 pack 16 days ago. I can receive calls and texts. And the frustrating thing is the pack will expire in 11 days and i will waste £15 for services not working. I believe the recent change made to PAYG users finally being able to use APP instead of web browser to manage their account, buy credit etc. has messed everything up. WHAT IS GOING ON?

Hi! I still can't use my mobile data and can't access my account using our app 

My wife and I are moving to the UK from the US soon, and I was looking at getting service through giffgaff as their mobile app is available in the US App Store and I can order service and an eSIM through the app before we even get to the UK. Then I came across ID and saw that their monthly sim-only deals are a way better value, but I’m not sure there’s a way to get an eSIM (we both have US iPhone 15 Pros which don’t have SIM card slots) without first switching to a UK Apple account and downloading the app through the UK App Store? And it also seems I have to pass a credit check? Will I be able to pass this check without having credit in the UK? I may have to get service through giffgaff first then switch to ID once we’ve settled in the UK, which is fine; I’m just curious if it’s possible to get service before I arrive. Thanks

I want to use my phone in Egypt next week,  apart from turning my roaming off & using WiFi,  is there something else I should do?  With ee I paid £10 extra for the moth & used my phone as normal. 

I'm being charged ROW roaming but I am in the EU, France tobe precise.  How do I actually communicate with a human. When I try live chat I always get a chat bot which doesn't help and the email for help doesn't work.And advice please. TIA            

Hi, I'm a friend that was referred o  the refer a friend scheme, and I've paid 2 mths coming up to 3 mths of my 12 mth contract and neither my referrer or myself have heard anything back from ID. Don't t know why I'm surprised, none of these schemes ever work. I'm sure we have done everything required. Is there any way it can be checked or speak to someone in ID about it? Thanks.

I am unable to make or receive calls at the moment 

I’ve been unable to make calls now for 2 days outgoing  incoming calls also divert to voicemail ?  could someone help ? 

Hi I am on a monthly pay as you go sim only which has 25g data allowance .how do I check what my roaming limit is .?I’ve found this statement for plans that started before 20th June 2023  ….“Fair usage policy.Our open data fair usage policy no longer applies, meaning customers who joined iD or upgraded on or before 20th June 2023 can use their full data allowance in our 50 free Roaming destinations without incurring a surcharge.” I can’t see where my contract details are so I don’t know when it started but looking at my bills the contract started before June 23 - so am I correct in saying I can use my full 25g data allowance ( but assume I can’t include any rollover)I must say the new app is awful - its main focus is on selling not supporting the user .eg  There’s no breakdown on data showing roaming usage . Compared to my wife’s Lebara app the new one is useless . It’s worse than the old beone . The developers should look at the Lebara app for comparison . 

Without doing anything to damage my phone (no contact with water, never been dropped) the phone keeps going into a bootloop. I've performed a factory reset, lost all my contacts and media in the process and the phone is STILL doing it. Less than a year into my contract, this isn't on. Surely the phone should be replaced?
