Hi just recently returned from the USA the whole time we were there my daughters phone (that’s in my name) did not work at all and she could not use her data when outside of WiFi area not sure if this is included in her data plan or not? We are due to go abroad again in the summer (Europe) and need to ensure we don’t have the same issue for reference she has the iPhone 13? Also any tips to ensure it as actually set up to use abroad as this was a new handset and it may also have contributed to the issue? Hopefully someone can help I tried to get on the id app and that is not working says I’m in a queue 🤷‍♀️

Hello On the 22/04/2024 I purchased a new sim and plan from yourselves which would automatically transfer over my old number the the PAC code provided and yourselves gave me a transfer date of the 29/4/2. However that date has been and gone and I have had no updates, my old number has not been transferred over, my new temporary number is not working and I have been unable to contact customer support due to your online services being down or not showing nor am i able to call you for support as you have no support phone lines. I have already sent this in an email this to socialqueries@idmobile.co.uk but have had no response back to say they have even received it let alone are trying to fix the issue. If this cannot be fixed promptly then I will be looking for a refund and going elsewhere. 

Coverage checker suggests excellent service of 4g outside and inside.However I’m only getting one to two bars and even on the rare occasions i get 3 or 4 bars the speeds are still terrible which makes it impossible to do anything on the internet its like i don’t even have mobile data.Me on 4 bars is slower than my friends vodafone on one bar at the same spot and same device, tried and tested.This image should speak for itself.Excellent service yet on the top right im on one bar.Also dont get me started on messaging and call quality as that isnt any better anyways. 

What is the daily allowance when roaming?

Recently got a new phone on ID and new sim, everything got set up but I do not receive ANY verification codes from any app at all, yet I do receive texts from contacts?? Why is this

I am 23 days into an iD pay-as-you-go contract, and have not been able to receive a verification code, and so cannot phone or text. Eventually I was sent a replacement sim card, but the problem continues, my Galaxy 10 phone settings says “Phone number not recognised”. Now it seems I can no longer reach Chat-bot, never mind speak to an agent. I want to get out of this deal, but seem to be trapped! Reading of other’s similar experiences is discouraging. Please tell me, where can I go next?

I believe Three switched off 3G in my region (Sheffield, South Yorkshire) on May 1st and now I cannot make or receive calls or texts.  What can I do?

I have given my PAC to ID Mobile. I got a message from 3 that my number has been ported, so my phone number doesn’t work any more.Putting my new SIM into my phone, I am getting a SIM Failure error message. When I attempt to login to my account online, it asks for a OTP from an SMS from the original number ID assigned me, but I can’t access the SMS because the SIM isn’t working.Now I have no network coverage at all.Any ideas how to resolve this?

I need a new handset but I can't upgrade for over 100 days. What can I do?  

I have not been able to make it receive calls (except intermittently- it had worked once or twice) over the last two weeks. I have checked everything software related. I have bars on my phone. Messages and internet are working, it is just phone that is not. Has anybody got a solution for this problem? How do I request a replacement SIM?

I signed up with ID through Carphone Warehouse and entered my PAC code at the time of ordering my new phone. On an email from Carphone Warehouse it says as I collected my phone in store that I'd be advised of a switch date for my old number to come across to ID. I have no idea of this date - I've not had a "welcome to ID" email or anything.I've contacted Carphone Warehouse who said to contact ID but the help chatbot only tells me how to get a PAC code. I've done that bit 🤣 I just want to know when my number will come across so I don't have to bring 2 phones everywhere with me! I ordered my phone on Wednesday, picked it up yesterday & got a text with my ID mobile number on it today if that helps? Can anyone advise at all? ​​​​​​ 

Fix your app, I can’t log into my old account, I can’t top up anything, sometimes I have to struggle to use wifi in shops because I can’t top up data, fix your app!!!! graaagagagag!

I don’t mind paying for sending photos via messaging but they fail to send. Any solutions please???

Hi,  I am trying to transfer my number from my old provider, I have the PAC code and all other information entered is correct and keeps saying the information provided is not correct. How can I update my number to my old providers number? Many thanks

I changed the mesage centre number to my phone number and I believe that is incorrect.  what is the correct message centre number for ID please 

I spend ½,year in Spain and use my spanish phone then as cheaper.   The new app cannot be downloaded on my spanish iPhone as IDmobile iOS developer set the country to U.K. only.  How silly - the app should be downloadable, accessible and usable globally. 

How can I view my current roaming usage?I had to use it recently in a country outside of the free roaming destinations and now I want to know what the cost of that, but I can't see an itemised cost or the cost of add ons on the new app

Ever since joining ID I have been unable to access my account. I just get the ‘opps something went wrong please try again’ message over and over. I’ve tried different browsers and resetting the password but still I’ve never been able to log in even once.

Can't receive or make calls

I’ve been with ID Mobile for my 2 childrens numbers since February 25th. Bill February £8 per number, March £8 per number (which is what I signed up for) April’s bill says £11.64 per number and it’s got an additional £3.03 on each bill for a period of time already paid for in previous bills. Why am I being charged for the same period again.February I was invoiced for 25/2-24/3March it was 26/3 to 24/4 and now April it says 25/4 to 24/5/24 (which is correct) plus 25/3 to 21st April which I already paid in March? WHY?
