just joined iD 3 days ago my first mobile was 1989. NEVER have i had any outage. today, all day, no service. yet friends on 3 have no problem. one is sat next to me right now no service FY5 3SA what's going on iD??

Hi. Iv been trying to pay my bill for the last 3 hours iv done it on my laptop. On my ipad. On my phone. OVER the phone. And still nothing. Bank is in my name cintract is in my name address is correct same address as my bank. There's no spelling mistakes not a single mistake everything is right. And still can't make payment it's either I make the payment or I cancel the contract I'm not having my credit report in bad because your own faults on your app payments etc 

Hi.I have just given up a live chat after 2 hours!ID Mobile are offering an 8Gb plan for £8. I am on an 8Gb plan but I pay £10 per month. I would like to pay £8 instead of £10 but the app is not offering this as an option. I have had an absolute nightmare with the 2 people I was chatting with on the live chat. The first one started giving me advice on how to change the plan online (which I know how to do and had made very clear). I was then transferred to a 2nd operator who just kept sending "I'll be right with you" messages for about an hour!I am at the point of just cancelling my plan and getting a contract elsewhere as I can't believe the terrible service the live chat is giving (and the fact that I've been paying more than I needed to for the plan I am on).Is there a way I can change the plan on my existing number without the rigmorole of starting a new account just to get the lower price? ThanksHelen

does the date roll over on all upgrades ? thinking of upgrading to samsung A15All so please is there a big difference between samsung A15 4g and samsung A15 5g please?

I should have switched over I have sent you my pac code  you have taken your first payment but my old phone number is not working when will you be porting my number over 

I transferred to ID on Friday 1st March and imported my old mobile number. I have not been able to receive any calls, the caller ends up being directed to voicemail yetI have no missed calls or even calls registered. It also appears of I use SMS messaging the ID number shows. Although when I got someone to call this number it was not recognised.

Since joining ID I’m having no end of problems either on calls, making calls or other people trying to connect with me and is now wearing thin. Some are very bizarre, I’d been talking to my daughter for 4 minutes then the call says sorry the number you are trying to call is unavailable when I was actually talking to them. Another was when someone tried to call me I answered and it went to voicemail but on their end it said emergency calls only and dialled 999.  I try to ring people and when they answer they can’t hear me or it cuts off straight away. I never had these issues before I moved to ID I’m am seriously frustrated.

I’ve switched from ee to ID and I think ID has turned on safeguard thinking I’m under 18. How can I turn this off or do I have to contact ID?

Hi ivs had my galaxy s23 for nearly a year, in that time, I've never had a 5g signal, even though I've been paying for it. How muxh does it cost to cancel my contract so I can move to a decent provider 

Please Help… I am losing my mind over this.  Firstly someone hacked my ID mobile account and requested a PAC code to port to another network.  As soon as my I knew there was an issue I contacted ID mobile.  This was almost 2 weeks ago and even though a new sim has been sent out and the PAC number has been retrieved back from another company.  I still can not get onto the network.  despite the numerous online chats and promises of “it will be another 48 hours our tech team are dealing with it”  nothing is happening.  I have asked on many occasions for the Tech team to contact me.   I am just going round in circles.  

I've just renewed my phone and sim contract. I'm currently in the cooling off period. The box isn't opened and I've not broke the seal because I'm now regretting not getting more data. Is it too late to increase my data allowance in the contract or do I have to use my cooling off period to cancel the contract and start again? I don't want to keep buying extra data every month via the idmoble app.  Many thanks in advance. 

So I am happy with my handset, and was looking at getting Sim only, but in the back end I only have an upgrade option that offers me a new handset with contract.  Any advice?

I logged in on the website to top-up and it somehow billed me three times instead of one. I didn’t use the browser back/refresh buttons so it wasn’t my fault, the website kept putting up “oops” error pages and apparently that meant it was billing me.Even worse, the credit never appeared on my account, despite the charges showing on the top up transactions page and my banking app.What is going on? Is the website fit for purpose?

I applied for an iphone 15 plus in black with reference 132775268 and it took the upfront payment but no further emails or anything, does this mean the application went through or being reviewed?

So the app has been down for 2 days and has automatically cut me off as I cannot go on the app to pay, and now there’s a new update where absolutely nothing works…. HOW DO YOU MAKE A FORMAL COMPLAINT? I HAVE BEEN CUT OFF DUE TO NO FAULT OF MY OWN!
