The app keeps asking me to re register but I never get past putting in my email address. 

I am currently with 3 mobile and the customer service has told me that I can't take my phone number for 3 to ID mobile as it is the same network! Does anyone know if this is true? Or has anyone done this? There was nothing in the small print 🤷

I am transferring from another provider to ID. I text PAC to 65075 from my old phone and it says its not recognised. Can you help

Samsung J6 just unlocked from EE will not read the ID Mobile sim. It does read GiffGaff and other makes. Is there an issue with Samsung and ID sims?

Hi,I can't check my data usage, minutes usage or text usage in the new app. It just shows a general overview of my data, texts and minutes left. When are you going to update the new app so you can view the usage properly?Thanks,Abi. 

Hi,We have a pay monthly IDMobile contract, just purchased another phone and contract from IDMobile. Now I want to port the old number to the new contract.How do I do it? Who do I need to contact - or even how do I contact anybody at ID Mobile?ThanksDaniel

Good evening, my contract will finish next month and I need to close after as I dont use the number. Also I cant make an account so I can close my self as I loose the sim card and the number. So now I dont know how to cancel my contract after finish next month. Thank you

I have just joined ID Mobile after switch providers, I used my PAC code to keep my phone number, so far I haven’t received a welcome to ID Mobile email and can not log into the app because my phone number doesn’t work, any ideas on what I’ve done wrong, thank you

Due to mix up with direct debit bill did not get paid, as soon as I was aware of this I paid yesterday afternoon. Account shows as upto date but phone still has no outgoing service.How long before it's restored?

Hi there , I am unable to update the bill cap either using the mobile app or using the browser as an error message is displayed asking to try later. This is causing difficulties as I am unable to make  calls to chargeable numbers if the cap is 80% utilised .  

My phone is damaged and will be replaced by insurance, do I need to tell iD Mobile any details of my replacement phone when I receive it?

I am going to Amsterdam in June and want to know how my data works and if I can use it while I am over there without getting charged more

I am currently experiencing poor signal inside my home.I was thinking about getting some device to boost the signal within my home, such as a femtocell. But it seems that iD don’t make a femtocell, but iD does use the Three network and Three have a femtocell.If I was to get a femtocell from Three (the Three Home Signal), would that help boost the signal within my house?

Hello ID Community,I'm wondering if anyone can explain some detail behind how the following has unfolded:1) Ordered £16/unlimited SIM as existing customer deal. 12 months contract.1a) Cancelled: "bad credit"2) Ordered £8 smaller deal. 1 month contract.Just to highlight: this is a total commitment of £8. 2a) Cancelled: "bad credit"3) Found out ID uses Equifax. Spoke to Equifax. Not only is my credit score very good, but also the specific details that ID likes to check all have no negative issues. They're all fine. I'm going to Currys this afternoon to have some discussion about this. ID has put me in a position where my current EE contract has nearly expired, but I have nothing to replace it with. Any thoughts greatly appreciated. 

Hi there,  Ive had a nightmare setting up my new contract with ID and porting my old number over. It ported on the date expected and a confirmation text received from ID to say it’s complete however I can’t sent text messages. When I looked into it, it seems the number I ported over to this contract is unassociated with the sim and therefore I can’t select it for iMessage nor activate it in my Apple ID account.  I’ve tried everything I can find online. Is there anyone that can help please? Really want to get this sorted as I can’t use my phone if I’m not connected to the internet. 

i had the text yesterday to say the switch to iD had happened and I’ve switched on and off several times but when I text it still says the original iD mobile number unless the text goes via WiFi 

Hello. Can you please resolve the issues with the website? I have had my services turned off due to not being able to make my payment, thanks to not being able to access the website! I have tried calling to make my payment, but you’ve turned off my services so I can’t even do that! I have been sat in a queue to get on the website for an hour now. Every time it gets down to 5 minutes, it goes back up to 10+ again. Can this please be resolved, as it is increasingly frustrating! Regards, Sam

I live in Hersham Walton on Thames, KT12, before taking the contract when i checked the coverage and even now with both ID and Three network it says very good network for 4g and good outdoor for 5g. But from the time i bought the contract 2 months now, it is poor network and i cant get single line with 4g inside the house, and predominantly i cannot take calls at home, only to rely on whatsapp call. and also while travelling in car , mostly i cannot take calls as even 4G is struggling, only 5g is privilege in some areas that are not related to me. I have a phone contract and am really not happy with the shift from my previous provider, as i never had the poor network issue for all these years.on top, i cannot use WIFI calling too as even it is enabled, as the 4g is poor inside the house even that is not possible.Please provide suggestions on what can i do??

Hi,I am frustrated by the fact I am not be able to receive verification code / OTP from banks, however, I can get normal SMS from individuals or text questionnaires, for example from Currys. Handset: Google Pixel 8 proTimeline:8th April 2024Porting number was scheduled on 8th April, and it is completed at mid-day. Having tested immediately, it works all good as treat, I had one Bank app migrated with OTP code received. So, I thought it was excellent, and decided to do the rest migration in the evening after work.  In the evening, about 5 or 6pm, the SMS messaging service became weird when I tried to migrated other bank apps over. I have no longer received OTP code at all. Then, I found if my family text me, the SMS will be landed onto my old phone with the old service provider, if I sent SMS to my family, they will see the SMS from my iD temp number, not the number being ported in! all messed up!9th April 2024Spent a lot of time on the Chat with iD support people, gone through all kind

Does anyone know when the adjust bill cap option in the app is going to start working?Oops something went wrong.…There are not many features in the app can we please have the ones that are there working?

Just a white screen when I click log in on website. Has been a white screen for all day.  Stays on loading screen on app. App was working before 11am this morning. Can you fix please?
