I have not received a welcome email and would like to transfer my old number to my new contract. As I have not been sent a transaction number how do I go about this? I did not submit for number change when I purchased my phone.

Why I'm not able to use my data and my phone if I paid my bill?

I am getting so fed up, I have a Samsung S23 Plus. No one can hear me if make the call yet I can hear them clearly. I have got a new phone recently but the same issue is happening?! 

I live in the UK that when I go to download the ID mobile app it says not available in your country anybody help me please.

How do I use my data in Turkey ..?

Can someone advise me on your ref . Last two weeks have been dreadful from your firm. Customer Service is useless. Nothing works, duplicate questions in security check plus far too many and time consuming. Last night some person called Kash blanked me. I am due to renew in two weeks. I will not unless my adult content is permitted. Someone in your firm keeps touching my settings. I went to my fathers again yesterday. I used 2 devices, 2 browsers and his wifi. I had no trouble bringing up porn. Your issue is with your network 3. I have said this from March 30th yet no one fixes????

My old number from tesco hasn’t ported properly. When I call or text someone it’s shows a completely different number from mine. my contacts don’t recognise the number??

Looking for advice and recommendations for the best approach travelling to Mexico.  I understand ID mobile do not allow add-ons to use UK allowances in Mexico so trying to see what the best option is - get a different sim from a different provider while travelling, eSIM if that’s a possibility or any other options? Thanks

I have unlimited data but it's not working outdoors  and my blootooth connection is also messing up  anyone elses been same or know the problem please 

I just payed my bill and it charged me 3 times but still not working ! ever phone call i make it says welcome to id you are contacting our customer payment helpline but our records show you have no outstanding payments goodbye. NO MATTER WHO I RING

I have 4 ID plans.  I cancelled one via live chat with the 30 day notice only to find that the wrong plan was cancelled. I cancelled this plan again via live chat, tried to reinstate the incorrect one that was cancelled which I was told I couldn’t. These are rolling monthly plans-SIM only. I Have cancelled the DD for the plan I cancelled- now getting several messages about payments which are not actually due. The plan is still live but guess what….the ID account has not worked for days and still not allowing a plan to be cancelled but had a payment notice which DOES work- allowing you to pay as a one off…??What awful service for a customer of over 7 years with 4 plans? I have printed the live chat and have been so frustrated with not being able to speak to someone. I never realised until now after 7 years that ID has no customer services? How awful.

How / where do I find option to turn on data roaming ?

Cannot call any of my family as its saying i have reached my cap?  Even though im on the unlimited plan , never had any trouble like this before

I had to re register in the new app today and now my data allowance has been cut in half, I originally had 120GB which has now dropped to 60GB without any warning. This is very poor.  Also my 4G coverage keeps going in and out for the past 2 days.

I successfully added my main subscription.When I tried to add a 2nd subscription, I got through the number/surname/dob screen, but the confirmation text never arrived. How do I register this subscription please?

I’d like a little help as nothing seems to be work, app or sim.Just received a new S24 Ultra with monthly contract. Phone ok, but sim isn’t working at all.Tried in another phone (Note9) not working, tried my old Sky sim in S24 and that’s working fine.Tried the airplane mode, switch off, restarted and cleaned sim.. still not recognised.Not too happy with the amount of money spent on deal, i would’ve though by reading the simcard pack that the sim would work straight away.Please someone advise,ThanksPaul

If I take out a sim only deal when can I upgrade to a new handset

I’ve payed my bill but nothing is working like calls txts and my data when I try to call someone in my contacts  it’s says ur bill has been payed thank you but nothings working and the money has been taken out the bank so it has gone through 

I placed my order several hours ago for a new device and plan. It said confirmed with an order number but I’ve had no email confirming anything, and no money has left my bank account. Is this normal or has something gone wrong and I need to order again? Thanks 

Hello,I lost my phone earlier so I rang ID up to explain and they have locked the sim so it cannot be used and have blacklisted the model for security. I am making a claim through my insurer and they require the following informationProof of barringProof of sim card replacementProof of purchase (that is obvious one where to find that)Where can I find the first 2 please? Thank you

Hi recently switched from Vodafone to ID. My new sim worked for a 4 days but now is just saying “No Sim” and no coverage.Phone is iPhone 13 Pro and have tried the trouble shooting of airplane mode, restarting and removing and re-inserting sim but no connection. Anyone else have this problem / know how to fix as been without phone signal for 2 days! Thanks
