I’m experiencing issues with accessing WhatsApp on my new iPhone 15 pro since I transferred from Vodafone to ID.Whatsapp is the only app I seem to be having issues with since I transferred both my SIM and phone. I’ve tried all the instructions given on WhatsApp on my old phone but when I try to open the app on my new phone, I just seem to be going round in circles. I’ve watched multiple videos on YouTube and tried resetting my network, uninstalling and reinstalling the WhatsApp app as well as restarting my phone a few times. Nothing seems to be working. Has anyone else had similar issues and been able to resolve the problem? 

Hi all! Had a message from ID Mobile that my transfer date is 10th April but nothing has happened as yet. Transferring from O2 and keeping my number.General chat is pretty much useless.Are ID running late with transfers? 

I am not receiving one time password SMS messages from my Polish bank. I have contacted them and their records show the message was sent and received by my phone operator but not forwarded on to me.

Hi all, First time user of this community.I was recently sent a message informing me that my phone payment was due in 2 days and that I had to pay. I’ve been having issues setting up a direct debit, which has meant these are regular. I attempted to pay but when i attempted to pay I entered the details and got a “Ooops! something went wrong” and never received a confirmation of payment. Two days later my phone got cut and I received the text message and again attempted to pay, but the above happened again, on 2 different cards. Again, neither have received confirmation of payment. Yesterday i attempted again and the same happened, however, I then received a notification from my bank, as ID Mobile have taken 3 separate payments from me for my phone contract this month. This totals £110 in total. I’m a relatively low income job and have a family to support, so every £ is crucial in the current climate. I’m trying to get hold of someone to see how this is resolved, as my balance currently

The iD SIM card works well in a 'mifi' portable 4g router here in the UK but it won't work in France. I've tried various APN permutations logging into it via my laptop but it won't work. It does work in France however on my phone.Any ideas anyone?

Hi I'm travelling to Prague and Turkey I would like to know if I can use my data in these countries or not?What would the charges be if I did?Is there an add on I can put to be able to use my phone when I'm there?

Hi after updating my id app my price plan seems to have been changed anybody else had the same problem ?  

I have been told my number would have been ported yesterday and yet this has not happened. (EE to iD), and there is no way whatever to contact iD as the live chat feature isn't working. What am I supposed to do?

Hello 1st time here ,second time I've waited for my number from Vodafone to switch to ID it should be dine today but still nl joy and like I said its the second time I've tried can someone pls help me thanks 😊 

I can't find the definitive answer to whether or not PAYG BUNDLES can be used in Spain as in Roam like at home ie calls sms and data used in Spain are all included in the bundle and there are no extra charges if it keep to the fair usage policy and the bundles limits.Can anyone help? Thanks

Good afternoon, I recently got a new contract with iD mobile and a few days after I put the SIM in my iPhone 13 I got a “No SIM” message in the control centre. I asked for a new SIM but after a few days that doesn’t work either.Putting my phone into flight mode, resetting network settings and restarting it doesn’t fix the issue, and the only way I can get it to work is by ejecting the SIM tray and putting it back in again. But even after I do that, it only works for a few hours and then I get the same message.Apart from this issue, I’ve had fine service and good signal.Does anyone know what the issue might be? Thanks in advance for any help and let me know if there’s anything I may need to elaborate on

Hi there, I’ve seen a few threads on this topic, though none seem to give a straight forward answer.  My existing ID mobile contract is eligible for an early upgrade. Yesterday I went to place the order for the upgrade through the Carphone Warehouse site as IDs own upgrade site appears to be down at the moment.   I placed the upgrade order and shortly after I received a text from CPW saying that they needed more info to process the order. I called them up and found that the issue was that my address didn’t match the address on my ID account. After fixing that on my ID account, CPW confirmed my details now matched and proceeded with their “internal security checks”. At this point I was told that those checks had failed, though they couldn’t tell me why. The person I was speaking to spoke to his manager and was told that this happens from time to time and there was a number I could call to straighten it out and prove that I was the account holder. I am very close to the end of my id contract.Recently, I have had to install the new updated version of the App and now I cannot see anything other than pay my bill. I want to check when my contract ends so I can leave and when I click on MY PLANS, it only lets me edit my profile.The Old app was not very good but this new one is twice as bad.Help me please 

I only had my ID account for a like a month (or less) and I have been charged 4x£8. Can i please get an explanation? Also it said I had overdue £8 and it temporarily suspended my account so I payed it and there was still a “Overdue £8” red box on the “Bills” tab on the app. So I payed that too, so £16. So with that and 2 other payments I spent £32 on 1 month. Please refund me!!

Hi, I joined ID last month on a 100GB which allegedly rolls over unsued data. I have always had 100GB with previous provider but NEVER used anywhere near that amount.I regularly check usage so, when I checked my account on Friday evening was surprised to find I only had just over 6GB left. My new bill has landed which shows I only used just over 5200MB so nowhere near 100GB! I have had just over 6GB roll over. This isn’t a big deal in the scheme of things but something has clearly gone wrong!!

Bought a phone on contract on ID Mobile through Carphone warehouse. The Sim is not recognised by any phone therefore unusable. Carphone warehouse keep telling me to contact ID mobile direct but it seems impossible. Live chat doesn’t work and there’s no way I can find to speak to anyone. Can anyone help please? Thanks

Is the system down?Now i can't log in app even in there website. Trying to sort it out with forget password but it says my number is not registered?? Tryng to register it says ID no. not recognised? 

HiI have just renewed my account which is due to end in 2 weeks. The order has been processed and I note that the new plan will become active in 24 hours. I want it to renew on the same day as the old plans expires, if it renews tomorrow I will lose ½ a month which I have paid for. How can I change the renewal date?

I upgraded from sim only to pay monthly last week, my new plan is £35.99 pm I was previously paying £10 pm. My bill is showing as £61.33 but the emails I’ve had from iD states my bill is £10 on the 25/4/24, either way I think £61.33 is a ridiculous figure and have no clue how that figure has been arrived at as nothing on my account or any emails sent from iD show this amountAny info or help would be appreciated
