I have been trying to text and call my partner in Hungary and it just will not work anymore. Yesterday, trying to call and it put me directly to the ID billing with an automated message telling me my bills are paid. It does this everytime! It is soooo infuriating especially yesterday with some very important issues. Today I still can not. It has never been an issue, for any of my friends abroad until now?

My number has swapped over and is showing when I make calls but people can't all me. It just beeps 4 times and cuts them off? 

Hi I wonder if anyone can advise me I’ve just upgraded phone today but but my app is showing me recommended upgrades still hours later so I’m wondering if I’ve not upgraded my phone but just taken out another contract as the app was playing up and on the confirmation email it’s showing a different phone number to mine So any advice would be greatly appreciated

I have my first letter after joining iDmobile but it states my account phone number as something different to my actual phone number I moved across from EE. I logged into the iD app and checked website as per instruction on letter to try and correct but cannot see where I correct this?

I have received an email stating that I can upgrade due to my contract coming to an end, however the both of the Upgrade buttons on the Website fails to work, plus Live Chat never loads.Tested on multiple browsers and same issue.

Services haven't been reinstated after payment has been made

Hello,I recently switched to ID Mobile and had my number ported over. However, the SIM didn’t work and I cancelled my contract within the cooling down period. I now want to port my number to a different provider but am unsure of how to get my PAC as I never once had service on ID so was unable to request it via text. I am also unable to create an account with ID with either the number originally supplied to me or through my transferred number. This is extremely frustrating.

Hi, My contract started on 11th April, and I was sent an email saying my bill for the first month would be one amount, yet you have taken out the full monthly rental amount.  Why is this?

I’ve finished my 2 year term and now want to upgrade however the app doesn’t let me view all the possible upgrade deals!  Been on the website as well but it just tells you to login and then does the same thing! 

I am id mobile  customer and when i tried to open id app or id account its said always oops something wrong i dont know how to open my id app   And also  this is so bad thing u have no any phone service where we can talk someone this is so cheap customer service 

Hi there,I just recently tried to switch to ID last week and wanted to keep my existing mobile number which I’m using since last 2.5 years however, unfortunately it has not happened as promised and now I’m struggling to get my existing mobile number back and get this issue resolved. Despite following the instructions provided by ID customer service agents over chats, including obtaining a replacement SIM from a Curry's store and providing my PAC code and SIM card details for activation, my existing number was not successfully transferred to ID Mobile as promised. Instead, it appears that my number has been reassigned to another user, causing immense confusion and inconvenience, as my entire life, including business, personal, school, and banking details, is intricately linked to that number.On top of that despite my best efforts to resolve this matter, including providing transaction details and ID proof, my attempts to seek assistance from your complaint line this morning were met wit

My bill has come out at £45 not £33.99, I have no other charges

I have added a new contact and have tried to text message them but the message is failing to send. How do I fix this?

So April my bill went up by £3 so from £40 to £43 so why does it say £68 for may? I have screen shots about this aswell  I have been offered my original deal with three £43 for unlimited everything so I would like the cancellation price please 

Hi I'm trying to order a new phone and contact go through all the steps then nothing happens.  Keep getting emails saying item still in basket can anyone let me know what I'm doing wrong don't want to end up with 4/5 different contracts.

I’ve tried resetting my data connection it didn’t work I’ve tried logging in and it sent a code to my number but I’m not receiving calls or texts due to no service.. and there is no other way around this

Hi All! I recently called one of my spare numbers on purpose which I knew was switched off. But I noticed, the signal bars suddenly changed, so I enabled data to see what was happening, it turns out when your calling a switched off or invalid number, iD for some peculiar reason drops the call down to the 3G network instead of staying on 4G/5G. I have completed the same test on iD’s host network, Three and it doesn’t drop down to 3G when an invalid number is dialled. Anyone know why iD does that? SMARTY also doesn’t drop down to 3G.

I recently moved from Vodafone to ID. At the same time, I upgraded to an iPhone 15 pro. However, when I tried to open WhatsApp for the first time after transferring from my old phone/SIM, it keeps asking to add my number. I did follow the instructions on WhatsApp on my old phone to transfer the chats but the issues seems to be when I try to add my number into the WhatsApp app on my new phone. I’ve tried uninstalling the app from the new phone and reinstalling it again but I just seem to be going round in circles. I’ve also reset the network settings, switched the phone on/off etc. I’ve watched multiple videos on YouTube but nothing seems to be working! I kept the same number when I moved from Vodafone to ID. Has anyone else had the same issues and if so, how did you resolve the issue? 

I am in Mexico. I can receive sms but no calls..I am trying to check what's happening and I am blocked from the app, due to the new mobile app.Also trying to have a live chat to ask for help, live chat is never appearing on the page..Any advice how I can ask for support and why I am blocked to ge calls in Mexico?

Hi there I have had a iPhone 13 on contract from your company about 4 months ago and I haven’t insured it, last week I pulled my phone out my pocket at work as my pocket felt hot and the battery had started to expand it was that hot i couldn’t touch it but since then the battery has expanded that much it Has basically pushed the screen out that much it had cracked the screen and the phone is unusable and unsafe and I feel this may be due to a faulty battery installed in my iPhone I can no longer keep the phone in my home as I’m scared of it catching on fire is there anything yourselves or apple can do for me as I like my iPhone but I’m not happy about the quality of my product, kind regards Aiden
