Hi, when I took out my new pixel 8 a few weeks ago I was told I would get a £100 voucher for currys how do I receive or activate this as I still haven’t got it thank you 

My app will not let me increase my spending cap, keeps coming up with the oops message!

My SIM card has fell out. my phone is not stolen. im trying to request a replacement sim, unable to log into the app because I of course don’t have the number. I’ve spoken to live chat and they are saying my address is incorrect. I have lived here since I got my sim, the address is correct. I’ve given contract details, reference numbers everything and they won’t respond with a new sim.  I’ve called and blocked the sim. But the phone I still have. help I need a replacement asap

I referred  a friend on the 13 Dec , he has made 2 payments , and 90 days has passed , but still haven't received any news of the voucher . How can I chase it please ? I have read all terms etc and I should receive an it.Can someone help out please 

How long does reconnection take after paying late bill

I have recently taken out a new contract with ID mobile and will be in Asia on a cruise soon. Can I buy an eSIM before I go away and load it on to my iPhone 15pro once there. The information is very misleading when I look for answers as it keep saying ID mobile does not support eSIM’s but then refers to Apple Watches at the same time. So the question is…. Does ID mobile support eSIM’s on iPhone 15pro 

It’s been a few years now since Three have officially had eSIMS, unfortunately due to my unique situation where I get a “free” 100mb, 100 mins and 100 texts, with RWG Mobile, I need an eSIM because that RWG mobile one is physical  will eSIM come this year? I really want to try Theee

Since joining ID 3 weeks ago I cannot send text messages. I can receive them fine but every time I send one it fails to send

I've only been with id mobile since December after being with Voxi for years and I'm appalled by the lack of mobile network coverage. The only reason I went with id mobile was because it was the cheapest handset and mobile contract for the handset I want AND it was apparently highly rated. I'm forever seeing the 'internet calls only' symbol on my phone or having no connection at all. Should I be blaming the network or the Motorola Razr ultra? Can I cancel the network contract and pay for the handset only? 

I was referred to ID mobile in November, the other person has had their £30 voucher reward but I still haven’t , how can I claim this? 

I have paid my recent bill but I have a serious problem when I make calls it automatically forwards me to the customer payment helpline and says that I have paid and up to date with my payments then hangs up. This happens every time I call a phone number, but I’m not sure why it’s doing this if I have paid my bill along with that I am not able to make any calls due to the automated voicemail and not being able to use any mobile data at all.  ID MOBILE WHAT CAN BE DONE TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE ASAP!!!

My SIM was working I changed it to vodaphone but due to some issues I returned to iD mobile, since then it is not working, I have cleaned it too, bit not working. I don't want to change my number and I don't know how to fix it. Who is the best person to ask, or guide me what to do Regards Farhana

I keep getting a notification that the mobile data has been turned off by my carrier. Can this be resolved? 

I joined id mobile at the end of march on a £29.99 contract yet my first bill is for £32.85, why?? I have hardly made calls or sent texts and not used over my data or add ons or anything. Fuming!!

I swapped from three network to id with same number. My issue is I had subscription in Google for apps under three mobile which was added to my mobile bill. My problem is in payment option I have nothing for id just three still which is inactive. How can I add Id as option for payment?

Hi,I started a new contract 11 days ago and my new Motorola Razr 40 Ultra’s screen has already developed a fault on the screen. I want to cancel and return the phone rather than exchange because it’s a two-year contract and I now have absolutely no faith that the same model of phone simply won’t fail again in a short time. But using the ID mobile website is absolutely infuriating. Every time I look up cancelling a contract it directs me to a Live Chat but when I click it opens the community page and directs me to log in. I try to login and it throws me back to my dashboard where I can’t find any help. I have resorted to logging into community via my Facebook (different email address) and I can post on here but that is it. I need to speak to someone at ID Mobile to get this contract cancelled within the 14 day cooling off period. How do I do that please? Thanks

I requested a 200 minute add on in the website for £3.  However I was charged twice and my account will be debited by £6.  How can I get a refund or this error on the website ? Thanks, Dobby
