I cannot send premium texts and note my plan has to be upgraded.  How do I do that?

Hi, I've updated the app but am having lots of issues with it from logging in to not being able to view upgrade deals. The old style app should of been left alone, it worked fine 😡😡

I paid for my contract and now i can’t use it even though when I phone it says I am up to date with my payments? 

This handset is (still) not on the WiFi calling supported list.  When might we expect it to be added, or if unclear, what are the criteria for inclusion?Fairfone release android updates with a healthy cadence, and I'm currently running Android 13.  WiFi calling is all enabled on the handset, but I see no attempt to establish a WiFi call.Would be great to get this added, to ameliorate the apparent degrading mast coverage in RG30.

I have refered a friend in January, it says we should received an email after 2 bills to claim our gift cards. 3 Bills have been issued now, and still no email, no gift cards, why?Eric

I need a pac code from id. I've text the number  65075. Text PAC  and Date of Birth but doesn't recognise me!  How do I contact ID. Or can someone run through how to do it online as I can't seem to access "my account" and switch or cancel. I'm with id my contract expires in just over a month 

I’m confused, if I am not in any of the named countries be it band 1 or band 2, am I allowed to switch on data roaming if I have say 10gb of data in my allowances left without incurring any further costs. I’m in Cape Verde, not on any of the two lists. Is it correct that once my 10gb has been used I will then have to pay the extra charges? Thank you.

Cant access my account on the android app or via the website. Cant get the info I need calling 7777. Contact us page not available. What is happening. I have been out the country for a week. Has my account been hacked?

I moved from EE to ID. New ID sim received on 2nd April. PAC transferred my old number to my new sim on 3rd April. Now I cannot register my phone due to the account only accepting the number provided in the pack from ID and not the number transferred by PAC. Plus not fully transferred over by PAC. Cannot receive calls or texts from people on EE (my old network) but can from other networks. So my hubby and brother on EE cannot phone or text but my daughter and mom can call from tesco and giffgaff! It seems that either EE or ID have not communicated correctly to get me transferred over. Plus your system hasn't updated my number to allow me to register the number provided to you via PAC and will only send a text to the number recived in the pack - this is not my number now. I have only been able to attempt to register my number on your app today as you have had issues with your app system since me receiving my phone.  

Hi Therei took out a 12 month sim plan however, it showing that it will expire in 12 days. 

Recently I switched to ID from three. When I received my new device I was also given a sim, that I tried to port my old phone number to using the id mobile website, using my PAC code. When I did so, my old sim stopped working, but the number hadn't transferred over to the new sim. The number was supposed to transfer on the 8th of March, but nothing had happened. In fact, it seemed like my phone could not even detect the new sim at all. Since then, I've used the live chat to get a replacement sim sent out, and I've received it. However, now I'm having trouble activating the new sim because when I try to input my old number (which should have been ported over and should now be my ID mobile phone number), it says that it doesn't match ID mobiles records. Please help

Hey there, I’ve just moved from Vodafone > ID Mobile and picked up a new iPhone 15 Pro with it.I issued ID Mobile a PAC code to keep my number from Vodafone. Live chat has confirmed that my PAC switch has been completed.On my new iPhone, there is no mobile service. If I go into Mobile Service settings, it says ‘Your SIM is not supposed. This phone number can’t be transferred because your account is ineligible’. I think it’s trying to setup an Esim, despite there being a physical ID Mobile SIM in the device.Please help me!

Since logging into to the new app I am unable to make a payment. It just keeps saying oops something went wrong. I need to pay the bill by the 17thThere is enough funds in my account and my card details are correct. Please help 

I have been with ID for 3/4 years. I took out a new new contract last year but this week, I have had trouble receiving calls.i I can make calls out but I can't receive calls in unless they are through messenger or Whatsapp. 

Hi, I just wanted to know the best way to cancel my contract with ID and go over to SIM only still with ID. I would also like to retain my phone number.

I have finally received my PAC code from my previous supplier, but have not been able to register to IDmobile as the https://switching.idmobile.co.uk/ site reports its down for maintenance and has been for the last 4 hours. Any idea when this will be back online?

My iD SIM has arrived and seems to be working but signal in top left of screen is switching between iD 4g and iD WiFi call. Is this a setting problem?

Hi. I’m trying to cancel my Sim Only contract (ordered online) well within the 30 day cooling off period. I’ve tried to do this a couple of times via Live Chat but getting quoted a sizeable cost for doing this. It doesn’t seem to make sense. I haven’t actually received the SIM yet (ordered 3 days ago) so I know it has not been used. No idea how to escalate this to get this resolved so was hoping someone could advise/help.
