I have an existing account on the ID mobile app. I want to add my child's to this. Is it possible to have 2 contracts on the App? 

I have the ID mobile sim/contract 6 months now and I am ready to cancel it as it is useless to be frank.  why can I not call landlines?why is the coverage non-existent in my area despite being informed it was strong prior to purchase?why can people not receive my text messages?why am I unable to answer incoming calls which mean I miss out on new business contracts?why am I not able to use O2 or Vodafone or any other selectable network?why did I bother switching to ID mobile? sean

During various points of calls I am being cut off with a message of “Sorry, your service does not allow access to this number” Does anyone know why this is and what I can do to prevent it happening.  my latest call it was doing it every 3 minutes which is extremely annoying  ThanksMartin

Apologies if this is not posted in the correct place - I’m trying to checkout online but the basket page does not load once there is an item added to it. It loads ok if it is empty. I’ve tried both on my phone and on my laptop, and have also tried in a private browser window. 

Having an absolute nightmare trying to resolve this. It's clearly a network issue with iD. Been on the online chat a few times also made a complaint and still noone has contacted me to sort this out. Pathetic if I'm honest. So frustrating,  need to set this up ASAP. Can anyone help as I really don't know what to do other than cancel and change  to a different provider. 

Hello I am stuck in an awkward situation with a direct debit for a phone contract for my Mum. This was setup last summer, I have little details on how long the contract duration is or anything else, but I expect it will be for another 12 months at least. I have never received any emails etc from ID Mobile, I would assume this is sent to my Mum, so have little details on the contract.I do not have the ID Mobile app and I believe am unable to create an account without using my Mums phone number (the phone being debited for) - unfortunately relationship with my Mum has recently broken down with me left paying for her phone, so myself simply asking her to change payment details through the app is something I wish to avoid if possible. I would like to transfer payment of the direct debit from my bank account to her’s, is this only possible through the ID app? I believe the contract is in my Mum’s name whilst the direct debit is coming from my bank account.  Any advice or help appreciated!  

First of all, I haven't been able to switch my number to iD for the last 5 days as I get a message saying the code will expire too soon. I've just tried to get a new PAC code from Three and they've told me anyway that I can't switch from Three to iD as they use the same network and won't give me a PAC until the old one expires anyway. Nowhere during the order process was this mentioned but I see other people have successfully switched I'm about to initiate a phone return if this isn't possible as I was not told this.Can anyone confirm this I correct?

What type of xiaomi 13t you have in stock the 8gb or 12gb? 

My 4G signal at work is painfully slow indoor and outdoors. I checked ID Mobile's network checker and apparently the postcode and the surrounding area has excellent coverage indoor and outdoor.. Am I doing something wrong or does ID Mobile have this info wrong? Has anyone had the same discrepancy between what ID state the coverage is and what they're experiencing in real life? Would be interested if anyone has any tips or insights. Will be swapping network provider altogether soon if the issue persists. 

I had my number ported over last Monday, everything was fine. Today I text a friend and its come through as the old, replaced number. Why would this suddenly happen? 

Taken an upgrade on my existing contract. My old sim is disabled this morning and new one hasnt arrived. My phone will not register to make calls. Cant use the service what can I do ?

I am a returning customer to ID mobile after 9 months.I have my new sim, but I am unable to create my account as my email address is still registered to the old expired contract. I get a message saying there’s been use for 6 months.How can get my account activated with my email, or release my email from being tied to the old contract so that I can create an account for the new contract I have just taken out. Thanks

Hi,I joined iD on a SIM only plan at the end of August, which was supposed to include a £30 Currys or Amazon gift card.  According to the email I received as part of the sign-up process (see screenshot below), I should have received details on how to select my reward within 90 days, but I’ve received nothing.The email I received said to complete an online form if I hadn’t received my voucher within 90 days, which I did over 3 weeks ago, but I’ve still not received any kind of response.I understand it’s possibly GiftCloud who should have sent me the voucher, but since all communications I’ve received have been “iD” branded, I assume iD should be able to put me in touch with the correct team at GiftCloud to assist me (bearing in mind I’ve already completed their ‘missing voucher’ form but heard nothing back).Here’s a screenshot of the email: 

I am wondering if anyone has any contact information for the Director? I have place several complaints about my account and have requested a cancellation with No Fees and to return the phone. I have absolutely no signal all of the time. I struggle to phone due to having no signal and have requested several times to be contacted even by email but no one ever does and I'm a little bit fed up of having to try and contact ID only to get the same response that someone will call me! It ridiculous. My husband had the same issue and has been given the release from contract and has returned his phone, I don't understand why I can't do the same. I'm paying out every month for a service that is non exsistant. So if anyone has any contact information for Rohit the Director or anyone else who is higher up I would very much appreciate it.

Hi  My existing SIM only contract with ID mobile runs out in a couple of weeks and I intend to take out a new one ( via mobiles.co.uk - yet another Currys brand - to get the cashback on offer).  According to what I can find, new contract will start “on despatch of SIM”  - presumably they send a new one for exactly the same network - so do I need to get a PAC from Idmobile to transfer to Idmobile ?

Hi there,Not intending to abuse nor have I referred anyone but this just seems weird to me so I must be wrong. How can refer a friend reward £20 between the two of you for a 30 day sim only that costs, say, £6? Isn't that just £14 free plus a month of data etc? If correct, please let me know how NOT to abuse this as of course family members and friends would want this. If incorrect, please explain why/direct me to the t&cs on this as couldn't find in the t&cs supplied. I referred my husband using the refer a friend scheme. He has now received his SIM card and paid the first bill but when he follows the link that was emailed to him so that he could input the account number to confirm his purchase it just takes him to the main refer a friend page.  I’ve already searched this forum so have tried incognito mode, chrome, safari, his phone, my phone, my laptop and they all lead to the same webpage!! Help!

Hello I had a sim only deal of £18 with ID mobile and my own phone (having purchased it over two years with ID mobile) Unlimited data, calls texts. I was out of contract so could cancel anytime.However I needed to get a new I phone 15 urgently as lost previous phone.I looked at the ‘upgrade’ packages with ID mobile but these were very expensive for the purchase of the phone and the offer did not have unlimited data - so any “upgrade” package (not sure why they call it an upgrade - in real terms, it’s not). I forget the exact amount but it was around £68-£70As I was not under contract any longer with ID mobile - so thought I would shop around.Uswitch showed a great package - unlimited everything and a new I phone 15 blue for £38 a month - two years. (much cheaper than I had been quoted from ID mobile in a like-for-like). I thought - Great - I will cancel my ID mobile and move to this account and then get a PAC code to keep my number.However, when I clicked through to the details from Us

Up until Wednesday 22nd I was receiving calls and text messages on my iPhone 12 with new SIM card received. I transferred over my old number and had confirmation this was done via the id mobile app. Now I am not receiving any calls or text messages. I have done all the turning off / on, removing and cleaning sim, turning flight mode on/off to no avail! Help what is going on?

Hi, I (think) I ordered a new iPhone 14 on Thursday, which had an upfront cost of £9.However, I have not received an order confirmation email, and no money has come out my bank account.Am I right in thinking that the order hasn’t been processed correctly, and I should re-submit?I don’t want to accidentally sign up to two phone contracts!Marc
