Hello. I tried to activate my SIM card but I have a problem with the PAC code because it tells me that it has already been used and I haven't used it at all. I want to transfer my number from Tesco mobile to id mobile

I have the option today to upgrade. When I click on the link I am taken to the upgrade page, but it is only showing upgrades to new phones. I would like to keep my new phone and upgrade to a sim only deal.Is there a reason why the sim only deals are not showing?

My number should have changed over to my new phone with yourselves yesterday but still hasn't happened 

I am using 1 sim, outgoing text and calls and from 1 number and in coming can be either I used PAC and I thought it would be set up before receiving the sim?

When people call me it doesn’t go to voicemail even though it says my voicemail is activated, it just rings out then says number not recognised .os there some thing I need to do or is it a fault on my network?

As topic states when inserting ID sim into pixel 8 Pro nothing happens it just doesn't show up even as inactive.  Tried different Sims from three , EE , O2 , Vodafone all them work fine in this phone.  Then inserted ID sim card in wife's phone, working fine , back in mine and it's not showing up again.

I’ve moved from vodaphone to ID a month go and transferred my number. I have just received a message saying ‘this number is registered to Apple ID but is not associated with this phone. You can keep using the number for iMessage and face time until it expires’ and it says it will expire in one day. What do I do to keep my original number?

I have being trying to transfer my number to iD from BT Mobile for nearly a week and I just get an error that saysWe've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again. What do I need to do to find out what the issue is with the transfer process.Sophie 

Evening,Every time I call abroad, I get a very annoying notification saying that Calling abroad from the UK is chargable and is not included in the standard allowance, etc.  How can I get these to stop?  I call abroad a lot and the incessant dings of messages is annoying!  I know for the umpteenth time that international calling is not part of the package!😀Thanks

Trying to place an order online using MS Edge browser and at the very last stage when it says it will “debit 1p from your credit/debit card” i get the following message after entering my debit OR credit card details….“ device data_info.browser_language is invalid or missing” The orderdoes not proceed  

I have recently switched to ID from tesco and up to Jan 25th all has been OK,  from the I can send my son a text and he receives it ,when he replies I don't receive his text prior to the 25th all was working ok. He can ring me and I can ring him , he is on lycamobile that run on EE network yet another friend of mine who is on EE can receive and send text msgs to me. Everyone else I have tried have turned out to be OK sending and receiving.Can anyone shed a light on this issue as its driving us mad .

Hello,I had a SIM only contract with iD and so used my email address to register for the online account and the mobile app.I have now got a new pay monthly contract with iD but as this was not an upgrade I had to port my number to a temporary SIM with another provider and then port the number back to iD on the new contract.I am now using my original mobile number that was being used with my previous iD SIM only account.How can I use my email to setup the new account? I can see no way to close the old account. I requested a PAC and so the account is no longer active in terms of payment and use but the online details of the account still show my old number (the one I am using on the new account) but I cannot do anything with that account. I can not simply close the account as it wants me to request a PAC or STAC which I have already done.I cannot change the email address on my account as it will not allow that to happen.Any help would be much appreciated. Kind regardsRichard

Is there any webpage that let’s us know of any additional transmitters or the upgrading of new ones for this network?  This network does not have the greatest signals at my gym and videos just stutter a lot.  Luckily, I have a dual SIM phone and a work contract with another provider that I fall back on but this doesn’t have much data allowance.

I took out this plan through Mobiles.co.uk. Ported my number over. Number working all fine to send/receive texts and calls. Got an email about my first bill and was instructed to create a login. When I try to create my login with the ported number I get an error. If I use the original number before the port it works and asks for the security code which has been texted which I obviously can't use. Spoke to live chat and initially the guy confidently told me that my old network hadn't sent them a file and that they would refund me a certain amount this month while they get it sorted. I then told the guy that I can make/ receive calls and everything is showing up with the ported number just not to create a login. He then told me it's been passed to the technical team and they'll sort it in 48 hours. Anybody else had this happen to them? Has anybody had a happy ending to a similar situation with iD Mobile because I've been reading online that they'll basically never fix it and I should pro

I cannot use data in Tenerife. I have roaming on and the 3G symbol next to the signal bars just keeps flashing off and back on. I have tried resetting all data settings but does not work at all

What can I do?

Phone call keep cutting out. Then it says " Your service doesn't allow access to this number" . I’ve always called my mum on this number never had a issue in past but cut me off from my call around 7 times had to keep calling her back.
