I have signal, received the roaming text message, phone says data is on and international day roaming is on, but no data connection. Why?

App has worked fine for over 6 months. Today I opened it and when entering pin got repeatedly an oops app network connection problem. Deleted and reinstalled app and now can't do anything at all as immediately on opening I get 'Alert. Unable to connect to the server. Please check the network settings'. Other apps. Internet and email fine. Tried with Wi-Fi and mobile data. Any ideas? Thanks

It's been a while. Phone network or mobile data none working. No explanation given. Need to act soon. 

Hello. This came as unounced surprise. There is a problem with Internet connection since yesterday. At some point I also discovered that the calls are also impacted. ID app is not working as well.I have tried contacting customer support few times and received a message that they are busy dealing with customers. I am also a customer. Two days with no Internet,  sadly.  Please update with any resolution plan you may have in place and compensation for the impacted customers. Regards

Hi, I have absolutely no network connection and I haven't for some time now. I also can't access the app. I've received no communication about this so I wasn't even aware my network was down so have missed important calls and text whilst away from WiFi. I assume you'll be issuing a refund for the time that the network has been down? Especially since you haven't even informed customers of the issues and your website states the issue has been fixed? I am looking at purchasing a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra over a 24 month period.I am able to expense the entire monthly payment if the handset price and airtime are bundled into one monthly cost & not split out / itemised on each monthly invoice. I understand that many of the larger networks (O2 / EE / Vodafone / Three) now split the cost of phones into a handset bill and an airtime bill. I have asked the ID mobile live chat whether they split the costs or combine, but they weren’t able to confirm either way, nor were they able to provide me with an example invoice.Can anyone shed some light on how the pay monthly contracts are billed?

No signal, no Internet, not covering my area. Unrecognized amount of bills. Poor quality service 

Sat in a queue for a doctors appointment; call dropped. Lost my place. Called again - 4 or 5 minutes then dropped again.   

Why has my data allowance gone down from 40gb to 20gb? 

I have an iphone x with ios16.2 (latest).There is a poor mobile signal at my house so I use wifi calling, which is shaky, but better than the network.The problem is that when I leave the house, the phone does not automatically find the mobile network, so i end up disconnected from everything. Once I realise what has happened i can restart the phone and it immedialtly connects to the 4g. Clearly this should not happen. Any ideas??

Hello, we are UK residents and own a place in Spain, spending as much time as we can there within the 90 days out of 180 days EU rules.Our unlimited plan began in January 2021, so your current 30 gb usage policy appears not to apply.One section of the ID Mobile policy refers to spending more time abroad than in the UK over a 4 month period and another section of your policy refers to data use, i.e. using more UK data in a 4 month period than in the EU.Is your policy based on data usage in the UK/EU or on the months spent in the EU?Thanks for your help,Tony G 

My account with ID mobile became active on Tuesday 6th Feb and my number still hasn’t transferred. I submitted my PAC. What should I do ?

I need my IMEI code to apply for my free gift. When I type in *#06# a message comes up saying connection problem or invalid MMI code.I have tried switching off my phone, putting it in flight mode, restarting my phone, turning the Internet off. It still isn't working. I haven't got the sim card tray anymore or is it on the actual sim card? I also don't have the box! Any ideas?

Is it possible to set up Voicemail without recording my name? I do not want to record any messages but am currently unable to listen to voicemails I have received. 

Hi All - does anyone else find it really annoying every time you get a voicemail and you have to listen to the entire phone number being read to you first before you can listen to the message? Has anyone found a way around this? I will know the callers number anyway from the missed call list on my phone, i don’t need it being read out to me again, and when you have several voicemails it adds a lot of wasted time.I was also wondering whether we can opt to use a 3rd party voicemail instead but looks like most of them are only available in the US :-( 

How do you escape?I’ve tried the ‘Follow the links’ which stop when you ask for your ‘Pack’.I’ve tried changing to sim only, to be told by Curry’s they don’t know but try changing to sim only.This has left me paying for original phone contracts plus two extra sims which they have been charging me for the last 18 months. (still can’t be directed to close a contract I haven’t activated either of the latter sims but they are still taking money from my account?The chat-box is a computer set to ask you what is wrong and continually tells you you are asking more than 1 short question and cannot compute!I know I’m wasting my time with this but somewhere I’ll find a loophole in this non-sensical system and possibly a cleaner could get in touch?

Hi,I'm checking back through my bill's and my plan price was increased last year. According to this link because my I took out the contract before 1st November 22 the increase should not have been applied to my contract. Hi  - I was issued a gift card on 9th Feb 2022 which is valid for 24 months. As its coming to the end of the term I am trying to use the gift card but it is saying that it is not valid. I have tried customer services who cannot help and have tried placing the order multiple times online to the same avail. Hi. I have purchased ID sim card and trying to transfer old number but it's not happening. Is says about an error with wrong details which is not true. I have been already charged monthly payment but still running previous supplier.Can't get on live chat either  to get help
