Hi,We have 3 id mobile sims and we are all experiencing the same problem.We don't receive any notifications from WhatsApp, messenger, bank or other apps whilst out and about using data. The phones all go mad when we return home.Never happened with other networks and we all leave our data on all the time.

I have received a new iPhone 15 with no sim, I was on EE . I have set up phone but have no network connection, I have tried my old EE sim but that doesn’t work. I tried to set up an ESIM but it says my old one is not compatible. Please help, should ID have sent me a new sim with the phone?

Is anyone else having issues with data or service? Data connection has not been working for a few hours now, downdetector showing issues with Three but their own status checker says no issues detected? 

Does this apply to customers who have already taken out a sim only plan? As I started this current contract out in Nov 2023? Will my price be locked until the end of my contract? Or is it only for new sim plans? Many thanks!

Update: this is ridiculous iD support! Me- “Can i have an update of my issue my ported number has not been added onto my account and is currently dead.” Upon looking into your account the tech team are still looking into your query Me - “How can this be it’s been days” I hear you, they are stating they are looking into the matter there isn't an update yet since the trouble ticket was raised this morning. Me - “You said a ticket was raised days ago” I do see that one was raised on 07/02/2024, however, a new one was raised this morning, meaning two have been raised so far. ME - “you guys said you was going to email technical department to find out what was happening”. Yes, I do see that an email has been sent out to the second line team however, we are awaiting on their feedback. ME - “So why are you telling me i need a new sim card if the technical department has not got back to you” That is the feedback we have so far "Hi team, we are looking into query as it seems the number the custo

PLEASE can someone answer this message for me.  I work for a charity supporting vulnerable and elderly people and I am regularly being cut off during phone calls using my ID mobile SIM.   I will be mid way through a conversation and suddenly hear three beeps and hear a recorded message saying “sorry your service does not allow access to this number” I have turned off WIFI calling as I thought that might be causing the issue but it’s still happening!  I know the phone is fine as it works with other SIMS.  I have resorted to using my personal phone as I cannot trust the ID SIM mobile but I need to get this resolved. Please help me to resolve this someone?

My ported number still has not been added onto my account. The issue logged 9 days ago and my phone number being dead for about 5 days now. Customer support saying they contacted the technical department and are not getting a replying from them. Support also saying they marked it as urgent with a support ticket to the technical department. Everyone just telling me to “wait” when it’s been days! The only thing i have been told is that there was an error adding it onto my account. But they was ok removing the number from my old provider.

My contract ends 27th Feb. I want to change to sim only. Do I have to wait until 27th or can I order it now? I don’t want to pay unnecessarily for another month

My contract ended on January 28 i choose to upgrade to £10 per month on 29th of January I was paying £47.66 for my contract but im still getting charged till march for the £47.66 when i have changed it to £10 per month 

Hi,I have missed multiple important calls and messages now. A few have the sense to email me but many don’t. I really need this number i have had it for years and everything is linked to it. Support just keep telling me to “wait”. But i’m concerned because the number was taken from my old provider and is NOT even showing on my account after multiple days! If it was showing on my account at least i could see it was linked to me. Instead of telling me “wait it’s with the tech team” please tell me why it’s not on my account and why you are having an issue. Or give me some real progress update so i can see it’s going to get solved and i don’t feel lost.

HelloI am travelling to Turkey in a few weeks time and I am a bit puzzled on the costs and how to set up my phone.I see the costs for making calls, texts, data etc. on the ID Mobile websiteI have a pay monthly unlimited texts, calls and data allowanceSo my questions are.Do I arrive in Turkey and use my phone as normal and get charged the roaming costs?Do I arrive in Turkey and do I have to switch on “Data Roaming” and get charged the roaming costs?Before I arrive in Turkey do I have to set up a “Extra Usage Charge” on my phone and if so do I have to switch on “Data Roaming”? Thanks for looking.  John

Hi I’ve put the sim In 3 phones and all are saying no sim inserted? Do I need to activate the sim? If so , how? 

Why do I have to pay for text messages when they are unlimited,  these aren't premium or picture messages 

My phone number has switched over to my number but on certain people's phone my number hasn't come up as.mine but comes up as the temporary number i was given. But most people it comes up as my own number. Anyone know how I can change this? 

Since the service disruption last week I've had nothing but issues with 4G and general connectivity. For example I've literally just now had to buy an hour's WiFi access with EE because my id mobile SIM card has failed again and I'm nowhere near home to use WiFi.It starts off whereby I get the exclamation mark by my signal, then when I try to reconnect by turning the SIM off and on everything goes. I have to physically remove the SIM and reinsert it. Is this a dodgy SIM or is this ID mobile? Thanks for any advice 

Please help…… My old contract of 24 month has just run out, so i decided to switch to a sim only deal and save some money. It’s really important that i keep my old number as i run a business from that number and have spent £100s in advertising ect. I Have been sent my new sim and put it into the phone but i have a new unknown number? I do have a PAC code for my previous number but how do i go about getting it on the new sim?

My number i provided a pac code for was shutdown with my old provider. But has NOT been added onto my account and is now NOT working just says invalid number. I have been unable to use my main number for DAYS now! Every IDmobile person i talk to just says wait 24 hour or wait 48 hours. I just feel like they are fobbing me off and have LOST my number! It’s NOT even showing on my account! My number has been down for days now! It does not help that LiveChat can’t understand what is going on and just ignore what i say to them. Received a text message saying an upgrade is being processed on my account then service was completely cut off! Raised to customer service chat who advised ID Mobile was processing an upgrade and had deactivated my existing SIM card! Never asked for any upgrade as only upgraded to current contract in Sep-2023. Upgrade was reversed per customer service but SIM card cannot be used anymore still and was asked to get a replacement card to get back service. Lost access to call / internet for nearly a day, quite frustrating! Does anyone have similar issue?
