How do I get to speak to someone - chat bot is driving me mad.

I referred my daughter in September 2023 to ID mobile with refer a friend. We've tried claiming for the vouchers using the email link, but it just sends us to the refer a friend web page. I've contacted ID mobile and they've been no help. How do we claim the vouchers??

Hi, I was cut off today but I paid my bill and said it would be on within 30 minutes, however an hour and a half later it’s still off. I can’t make phone calls or text and data is off too, restarted my phone to see if that would help but it didn’t. 

On sim only,  have upgraded through the app to new sim deal.  Will the new sim work on my number or do I have to port the number around 

I want to cancel my SIM card.  I’ve never used it and still being charged.  I have been round and round this website trying to find someone to contact or talk to.  I am really frustrated and very disappointed.

I hava an unlimited id  sim currently working in my ZTE LTE mifi unit, at the moment it is working great, although it thinks it's a 3 unit in the apn settings, will I have to change the settings to work in Europe. It is set to roaming. Also will it still be unlimited in Europe for 90 days like it was last year. 

I recently bought a Pixel 8 phone on contract but have noticed there's a dead pixel on the screen. How do I go about getting a replacement?

Hi  Can some one help me please with most providers they only alow you to use your bundle for 3 months then you get charged for all calls text and data irrelevant of your contract  What is the length of time ID mobile allows as I travel full time in Europe  Many thanks  Barry sulo

Money taken from my account and Im not transfering till end of Feb? 

Good afternoon, So I have a problem that I need your help with. It appears that I have a default on my credit file from IDmobile. Its from a sim only 30 day plan that I had over three years ago. I never used the sim in the end as it was was bought for my business and never needed, I cancelled the DD and thought that was that, I pretty soon realised that it wasn't as simple as that when I received a letter with an outstanding amount, I paid that and thought no more of if… Fast forward to last month and I’m informed that I can't get the mortgage that I’ve applied for due to my  (what I thought was immaculate) credit score, so I obtained a copy of it and discovered that after I had cleared my account, the monthly charge hadn't been stopped… The problem with that is that I had also moved house in that period and despite having mail redirected, I was not made aware of any outstanding balance. Network issue; can’t even use data for browsing I have taken contract iPhone with ID mobile and there is no network for the sim everywhere. Still struggling more of the time to use data for browsing and some other times for calling as well. They says it’s 4G but am getting 2G. I can’t even cancel my contract because it’s been a month I purchased. So please anyone can tell me what to do.

I've just had an email from ID saying I'll be charged my monthly fee from a plan I changed 2 weeks ago and my account is in credit. How can this be?

I have 2 accounts - one for me and one for my son but I can only manage my account on the app. I cannot see his account and I cannot remember any login details. I just need to find out when his phone is out of contract. I do have an account number for his phone

I bought my new pay monthly through car phone wearhouse and entered my pacs code at the time. I've received multiple texts and emails with mixed messages if my old number is being transferred. One text says today, one text has given me a new number, one email is telling me how to switch numbers Any guidance or way to track if my number is changing? Is it normal to be given a new number first before my number comes across?   

I would like to get a new handset, I’m currently on a month to month sim only. I’d like to take out a 24 month contract and keep my current number but I’m not allowed to upgrade as I haven’t been with the network long enough. If I go with a new 24 month contract and buy via a 3rd party is there a way to keep my current number?

Hi there, I've recently switched from three requested a PAC code when I switched to id mobile out in the PAC code the date I wanted it to switch over and sorted it however it never switched over so I tried to do it on id mobile myself but it says error something went wrong.I did order a new contracted pixel 8 and also picked a previous transfer date to change my number but didn't like the phone so they cancelled everything (I used the same PAC code) and I'm lead to believe they never transferred the number.But my number is still not my old number and I have everything linked to my old number I just want to get it back.

I have a plan with This is £6 for 4gb of data. I have applied for a new plan of £6 for 8bg data. I assumed there would just be a change of plan but I have been sent a new SIM card with a new phone number. I wish to retain my existing phone number but cannot get a PAC. How can I just change to the new plan with my existing number please.

When I try and submit the keep your number form it says error processing and also if I have already provided a PAC code at time of ordering it’s being processed. My phone was activated on Monday this week. How long should I wait before attempting to contact ID?  I know it’s prob been asked before but my search didn’t come up with an answer.  Thanks  

So due to my individual needs, I use an iPad and FaceTime instead of phone calls.But when I’ve tried to register to use app to check my usage etc it request my telephone number of the SIM card, so it can send me an sms code to register.Smarty saw this problem and had send via email option. I D mobile doesn’t so it’s next to useless as can’t register so going to have to cancel subscription with you!

I have just joined ID Mobile - first with a Sim only deal on iPhone and then with a SIM for my iPad. It seems I have to operate each SIM with a different email address and account (please correct me if I am wrong).  I have registered my iPhone SIM but at the moment I am unable to register an account and different email address  associated with my iPad SIM as I can’t receive the SMS security code on my iPad.  I would be grateful if someone could let me know how to get round this so I can set up my iPad account.  Thanks very much.

Hi, I followed the link in the email for 3 months free Apple TV, and followed the instructions (logged in to apple, agreed that I will be billed if I don’t cancel by 3 months, etc). I’ve ended up on an apple site that is asking for a code to redeem the offer. Is this right? Where will I find a code? Thank you! ( ps. I’ve tried doing this on an android phone, and also a windows laptop)
