I have moved over to ID over seven days ago.When I try to register my account I am receiving  “number not recognised”  I had an initial problem with the temporary number I was given. Although my number was eventually ported over successfully I have a feeling that somehow this number has not been recorded. Any idea how this can be rectified

Everytime I try and send a message my phone comes up with error 0. Can I have some help please 

Hi, every time I turn on my phone (Google pixel) it tells me I have voicemail  (notification icon is displayed). when I then go to voicemail there are no new messages. the notification appears every time my phone is turned on or restarted. this has happened for 2 years on my old phone (still ID mobile) and after recently getting a new phone it's still happening. any ideas how to solve this?

So I tried getting a new sim only contract for a new phone, the provided tariff I got wasn’t accepted but by id mobile I was accepted for another one which I went ahead with, I made sure I got phone insurance and I’m abit confused i got the tariff though carphone warehouse (curry’s now I believe) and the phone contract went through vodaphone so how does this come through id mobile as they was the ones who sent me the phone through Vodafone, I’ve lost my phone and no u need to make a claim to get another phone but I can’t because u don’t know where to start can anybody help 

Dear ID mobile, I’ve been a customer with you for years and tho signal strength has always been a bit low with occasional outages in the SN8 4HR postcode. But recently say about 3 weeks ago since some network maintenance in the SN8 area I can’t make or receive mobile calls any longer and it’s starting to have a serious impact on me and my business. I can receive texts but just not phone calls and now have to travel 1.5 miles along the A4 to just see if I have any voice messages. Please please help!

We are in Fuerteventura and are having terrible problems with phone calls.We are both on ID Mobile and both have iPhone 13s - but are having difficulty making and receiving calls to ourselves and others, on odd occasions it’s perfect but most of the time nothing - even when we have a signal showing? Earlier I had a message saying ‘the number you have dialled cannot accept this call - it was my partners number and Simon the same network so why? if it’s of any relevance the network we are automated to is YOIGIO. Any help or suggestions appreciated, thanks   

Please could someone advise what the ‘Something went wrong’ error means when trying to input PAC code. I am using a transaction code starting with 4 and the PAC code provided by my previous supplier.

I got a cheap simple nokia 105 for my mum to use. But her old sim card will not work in the phone there is no service. I took her sim card and tried it in my iphone and its fine. Even if I put my sim card into the nokia it still wont work. Ive tried to select a network in the settings but only EE, Vodaphone and 02 are availble, What is going on?

Does this mean I can top up the SIM card by £20 and have unlimited everything forever or does it only last 1 month? 

Recently my ID mobile account was closed and I went into a debt repayment plan with 1st Locate and I paid the amount of money I was asked to pay for 4 months so my account was closed out. This morning I get an alert that ID mobile has marked on my credit file that I have missed a payment for £4.51. I have had no emails, letters or warnings about this money and I have complied with everything asked of me when I was paying 1st Locate. Why wasn’t this added to my debt management plan with them? I don’t feel this is fair and I would like the missed payment mark removed from my credit file, as I have logged in and made the payment after discovering this issue in my Experian credit report. I don’t understand how something like this happens, surely the £4.51 could have been added to payment plan over the months I was paying it. 

My new phone has issues. It gets very hot, the mic isn't working properly. Touch screen is not working properly. Screen flashes at times. Constant buffering on Messenger video calls, but no problems if I use my old phone, so wireless signal isn't to blame. How can I get this new phone replaced? 

I need the facility to call someone back for business purposes without revealing my personal number . 141 used to work but not any more?

Very excited to receive my new SIM card. Only to find I have no signal whatsoever.  I carried out the network checker and I should be in an excellent 4G indoor and outdoor area. But I have no signal whatsoever.  before I even bother changing my number can anyone help.  I’ve done the usual steps no improvements

Hi I'm just wondering if i can buy an add on international roaming package for use in india?

Our daughter will shortly be travelling abroad to Australia.  It will obviously be prohibitively expensive to keep using her ID Sim whilst there, so she intends to put the IDMobile sim in an old phone, only use it on WiFi to avoid roaming charges, and get a new Australian PAYG sim when she gets there to install in her other phone.Does anyone know if it is possible to change her VM announcement FROM Australia, as she wants to inform anyone calling her ID Mobile in the UK, of her new Australian number?Customer Services say that it isn’t, but I just wanted to check!

I am new to ID and cannot read the bills on either iPhone or iPad; they are just a jumble of numbers and random characters.ive seen previous comments about this going back quite a while but the perceived ‘bug’ has obviously not been sorted out by ID as yet.It was suggested by ID I download Atlassian app, which I did but had no idea what to do with it. I’ve also downloaded adobe but not sure how it all works.I am absolutely not tech savvy so some the suggestions are lost on me.   The ID chat people will only send me the link to this Atlassian but give no further help on how to move forward.I am staggered by the lack of help from them; can anyone help with clear easy instructions for a work around and obviously free. Both apps wanted me to sign up for a subscription; it is probably me being useless with these things. But surely it isn’t too much to be able to see usage and bills direct from the ID app 🤷‍♀️🙈🙈  any help appreciated 

Hi community! I upgraded yesterday to a sim-only plan on the phone with an agent. Everything was fine until later in the afternoon when I received a message saying:Great news! Your SIM activation is in progress. We'll send you a text once it's complete.Since then, I have not had any mobile service. Operator mentioned that if prompted on the app to Activate the new SIM, I should have selected no, so to keep my existing one. When I logged in the app, I was not asked that question so I just assumed all would be resolved swiftly and mobile network would resume. Can anyone advise on this? I suspect that I will now have to wait for the new SIM to arrive and activate it, which is far from ideal as I will likely have to wait until Tuesday. Looking forward to hearing from the community and thank you so much in advance. 

I'm going to morroco in a few weeks and wondered if anybody can advise on best esim contract to use - I have a galaxy S23 which has esim capability

I am trying to increase my cap limit and ‘services’ are not available on my ID app. it looks very different to my daughters app on her phone. please help
