I am beyond frustrated at this point. This network is an utter joke. Some days I can't even get a dial out tone, my internet is almost none existent and takes forever to load. When I try to answer a call it just goes dead. ID constantly say they're sorry for the inconvenience, but never do anything to fix the problem. I've been told there has been planned work in my area since November 2023 and they don't know when it will end. I am a single parent of a 3 year old and if I cannot make calls or receive calls I'm in danger of not knowing what is happening with my child, I e when she is at child care. I cannot express how angry I am at this network. And it is clear I am not the only one who is having issues. I'm tempted to report the network for not providing the service they advertised. I just want to pay off my device plan and cancel the contract!! I would never, ever recommend this network to anyone and I am beyond angry I am being told I cannot cancel my contract even though I barely

I am opening a new id contract with a better phone before my previous one has run out - am I able to keep my number and transfer any remaining balance onto my new account?or do I have to terminate my old contract?

I have just upgraded with ID and want to keep my number I'm not coming from another network I got a pac code but its now saying if I use it my next bill will be the full amount on the new device and plan

Recently got pixel 8 pro from ID back in October and I'm going to Japan and China next week. Can I use a 3rd party esim provider despite my phone being locked to ID? Ta

I am trying to send emails from my phone and they won’t send 

So I noticed an unknown direct debit from IDM - thought it was fraud so immediately cancelled it and reported it to customer support. Wifey then tells me it was for a phone she set up 3 years ago and only used for a few months. After several emails to CS I eventually managed to find all of the original account related emails in the hope of cancelling this unused contract - not a chance. Send us a copy of your passport and driving license and we will sort this out. Reluctantly I did this last weekend and not suprisingly have had zero response despite reminding them. Customer service is non existant. The live chat could nou have been more unhelpful if they had tried. I only need to pay whatever balance is due then cancell the contract. Ive tried to access the account via the app but it wont let me How hard can it be? This has already had a negative impact on my credit score and without IDM doing something about it will continue to. I am replacing a Moto G6 with a G54 and both use a nano SIM. I haven’t finished creating accounts on the new phone yet so I was wondering if there’s any reason why I should hold off transferring the SIM?

I signed up to pay monthly with iD Mobile, I requested to keep my old phone number. I put my SIM card in however it kept coming up saying no SIM, went to Currys to get a new SIM now this one says no service. I am unable to activate my SIM  and i am in desperate need of my phone. Please help

I am a potential new customer and the offers that look most promising are connected to the 3Network of which I am already directly linked to. Can anyone advise if i would therefore still be ok to proceed as a ‘New’ customer to ID mobile ?

I ordered a payg sim for a new extra phone. It is now inserted but I am locked out as I put my exising pin into phone. On downloading IDmobile I signed in with my previous details for phone#1. Now it shows up my existing details and not those of phone#2’s PAYG sim.  I didnt  realise I had to have a new email address.  so 1. how do I unlock my sim (?) and 2. how to re -register the new payg sim card

My old Provider told me my number has been disconnected Today 1-03-24 .  I Like to know, How long dose it take to transfer on to iD network. Its been 5hours since disconnection. Any help much appreciated.

Im unable to  register my iD sim because i  dont know what will be my new phone number .I have a stac code and dont want to continue with my old number.

Trying to register on app but I'm being asked to provide a security code,  which I don't have.  I've requested one which has been sent to my phone by text.  But I'm not receiving the text cos the phone isn't registered to the network - either the original number or my old number.Help!🤷‍♀️ 

If I order a new phone from ID can my contract start when my current contract finishes on the 15/03/24. As if I switch now I will have to pay a cancellation fee. Of should I only request a new phone after my current contact finishes.Thanks in advance

Hi, I’ve recently joined (ported my number from vodafone) and am having issues receiving calls from some people.  I’ve tested it myself and discovered that I’m unable to call from at least 2 numbers (both of which are on vodafone).  please can you advise how to resolve or advise how to cancel my contract and obtain a refund.

I’m on a sim only monthly contract but want to upgrade to a pay monthly contract with a new phone. Do I get to keep my number automatically if I do it as an upgrade or will I need to get my number transferred over to the new phone

Hi All,  I have recently recieved a phone upgrade the problem I am having it when people try to call it rings on their end but my new phone does not ring or even register a missed call.It is the Motorola Edge 40 - I am worried the new phone maybe faultly, Has anyone else experienced this? Many thanks, Scott

Impossible to use ID Mobile with navigation apps as coverage in UK is so patchy. When compared to my previous contracts with O2 and EE coverage is unreliable, may need to break contract and leave

No matter what I do I cannott get into my account. I have tried the ‘password’ change to the letter about 10 times over the last day and got nowhere. It accepts all my key strokes and I get the message “password succesfully changed” but no matter what I type into the login screen I get “Oops’ that isn’t quite right - try again” and I get locked out. Getting into this forum worked fine but the account no way! WHY?
