I have not received the additional £75 trade in value which was part of my S24 offer. I have emailed the suggested email but no reply. How can I escalate this? 

Hi any advice please, I kept(swapped) my old mobile number when I switched from EE, when I call or text someone my old number does not show on other peoples phone, it comes up with the assigned no I was given when started with ID, I have tested the phone(Samsung) and obviously works with my old number when they are calling me.

I have entered the PAC number 7 days ago to  keep my old number and it still has not changed

I've upgraded my phone and am currently waiting for my phone to come bit I was wondering how I can change my number as I will not be getting a new sim card 

I kept my existing mobile number gave ID mobile my pac number  I had a text that my number has switched but its not working why isn't it working

I'm paying for a 50gb rolling contract All was going well until today instead of saying what I have used out of 50gb in now saying what I've used out of 19.56gb why is this

I have just re-joined ID mobile and I can't log on to the app. When I try to register a new account it says that my account already exists (I have previously used ID mobile). However, when I try and log in it doesn't let me. When I have tried the forgotten password route, it keeps saying there is an error.Can someone from ID help me recitfy this issue so I can log into the app? I think potentially the service recognises my email but my account doesn't really exist anymore.

How do I speak to someone at iD. I cancelled my PAYG back in November - received a payment chaser for outstanding month which I paid.  Have now received another debt collection letter but cannot speak to anyone at iD.  Live chat not active and I do not use social media.  Even telephone complaints line keep hold for over 40 minutes.

My wife & I both upgraded to Samsung Galaxy S22's in November & whenever we make a call it's either really bad quality or the other person can't hear at all. Also the home WiFi signal disconnects for no reason at all

my handset was temporarily lost so I called the number to block the sim.  For some reason they blacklisted the phone as well, but I never wanted that.  Now the sim is unblocked but the phone still wont work.  One of the chat agents yesterday said he would un blacklist it and it would take an hour.  A day later it’s still blacklisted.  What can I do now?  My phone has been bricked.

We live in Devon and are about to buy a house in a more rural area but have discovered it is a mobile blackspot with no signal at all. We both work from home so being able to use our mobiles without a hitch is essential. The current owners said they use Wifi calling which works well for them. I’m with ID and have a Samsung Galaxy A5 2017 which appears to be compatible. Aware I need to do any system update too. I just want to be certain that Wifi calling is guaranteed to give us the coverage we need before we go ahead with the house purchase as we don’t want to risk the  extra hassle or expense of discovering once we’re in there that we cannot use our mobiles. I have just purchased direct from id mobile samsung s24+ , when I try to claim my free buds pro and tag 2 it wants me to upload proof of place purchased,  I have no evidence on my receipt id mobile emailed me.  Just when my first bill is.Thanks 

I have been waiting all day for my old number to transfer. After reading some of the conversations I am quite worried.  When will I get my old number active again? 

I cancelled my order using the chat system which confirmed it had been cancelled I then cancelled my direct debit. I am being pestered to pay!!! 

the PDF bills accessible through the id app on my iphone 14 ( using the latest ios 17.0.3) are full of unrecognisable characters, rendering the bill useless. I can get them if I log onto my account using my laptop, but not via the app. what is going on?

Cancelled by mistake and trying to put my bank details in but it's not accepting my account number

Appalling service I would like to enquire about ending my contract with you. Forced to do so here because I can't contact any real person. Every time I try to pay my bill online or on the phone the payment is taken and then automatically refunded. I've also had multiple days with absolutely no service on my phone due to your inefficiency and I want out. 

We upgraded on 22nd of February and ordered a new iPhone 13 through ID. The phone still has not arrived despite repeated emails and redelivery notices with DPD. I have liv chatted with ID mobile twice and Customer Services said they would sort however this is not been sorted. It is now been 12 days waiting for this phone, which is not arrived and we are paying for a new contract. ID has failed to deliver on the contract so I believe owes me a refund. However, I cannot speak to anybody and do not have the time to spend hours on live chat to achieve absolutely nothing. I am so fed up with this. 

How can I change the language in my itemised bills page, everything else is in English but not the monthly itemised bills.

Hi my my old number was disconnected from my old provider and moved to ID but since the 20th of February the day that it migrated it did not work and I have now lost the access to my ID account as I forgot the password and it only sends a text message to my number however how can I do it without calls data or sms? And still being charged for it

I am looking at a deal on Mobiles.co.uk it doesn't mention anything about a price increase in April 2024Do ID increase contract prices or how does it work.
