Hello, help! My switching day for moving my existing mobile number to ID Mobile is scheduled for tomorrow (March 11) but still no SIM card delivery!! Emails from ID Mobile says that the SIM card has been dispatched (March 5) and that delivery courier will be in touch. However reading this forum, ID Mobile sent this Royal Mail 2nd class rather than a courier. What happens on switching day when I have no new SIM card? Does switch happen so my current SIM card will stop working? (Not ideal to not have any mobile phone access, especially as I am paying for it) What can I do to get an ID Mobile SIM card to port my existing mobile phone number? I can’t even set up ID Mobile app as it depends on SIM card and being sent a code… help! I simply want this sorted as quickly and as smoothly as possible.  Help! Thanks.

I have a question why I have to wait longer for the renewal of the package, now it is 37 days and it was probably 50 I do not remember. I thought it was an application error but I think I have to wait that long. I was hoping it would be normal every month 🤔

I have 150G of data on my account and carried over 150G , what is this if i have now used all my allowance and my cap? And still have 260G combined allowance left? 

I'm due an upgrade within the next 2 weeks.I've looked at the prices for an upgrade for a new phone and the prices are higher online than they are from carphone warehouse website which also have double the data.Are existing customers getting charged more than new customers?

Hi does anyone know how long the process takes when you trade in your old phone? I sent mine 2 weeks ago and haven’t received a confirmation to say they have it! Should I escalate this or is it standard? Tia 😊

The Data Rollover is a scam, I have a 8gb sim plan, used 1gb,7gb got rolled over, so the following month I had 15gb, but months after that only a maximum of 8gb gets rolled over, so if I have 15gb unused data, the following month my new data allowance is 16gb, and not 23gb. ID Mobile is a scam, if you want Data Rollover of all your data, sign up to Sky Mobile!

I just bought a sim-Free phone for £200 and on my mobile banking two separate payments of the same amount are pending. I have received only one emailed receipt for my order and wanted to make sure it will not take double out of my account. I have the order reference number if needed. Jed.

Hello,I recently ported my number to iD Mobile. All ok, except that WiFi Calling is not working on my Galaxy S7 (Android ver. 8.0.0).And under Phone/Settings there is no option to enable it.However, on the iD website the Galaxy S7 is listed as compatible with WiFi Calling.I really need it since mobile coverage is terrible at home, in fact I moved to iD specifically because of this feature, which works fine on my other phone (Galaxy S9, also with iD).Any ideas?Thanks.

I was told by an advisor that I can add my sons plan to my ID app. Can anyone please tell me how? Because they both plans are under my details I’m struggling to manage them.

Hi all,Just wondering because I'm stupid and probably didn't read carefully but a CPI+3.9% price increase being 7.9% just happened to me a bit ago and wondering if this is clearly stated in the contract easily spotted or hidden in murky small print?I ask because I find an 8% price rise unacceptable given I'm paying mainly for a phone that is now 'old' and so NOT rising in price and it has to be very very clear this was going to happen when I agreed for this not to be against consumer law.  If it is mentioned once on p12 of a 36 p contract hidden somewhere then it is still illegal; it must be clearly signposted.  It probably was and I'm just dumb but does anyone happen to know? Hi, I’ve just switched from O2 to iDmobile and my ApplePay now keeps getting declined. Does anyone know how to remedy this? thanks!

I received my new iPhone 15 on Monday with my number being transferred on Tuesday, since then it only works via Wifi. The phone itself has full bars of signal and says its on 4G. I’ve checked the coverage map and it says it gets 4G. Three says ‘We're working on fixing an issue in this area at the moment. We're sorry for any disruption this may be causing.’ Not sure how long thats been on their website but the problem has been at least 3 days.  I’ve done everything ID suggests, cleaning the sim, trying a different phone, resetting network settings etc etc. Worst service I’ve ever had. No 4G No 5G Sometimes I get 3G - (being switched off at the end of 2024) Can’t receive phone calls Can’t make phone callsThanks! 

Very disappointed to stay in London over the weekend and NOT get ANY 5G signal ??? What is the issue here???? I have a Pixel 8 Pro which is setup correctly… wish I never joined Id mobile if this lack of 5G signal continues...

Why does my pdf bill say the wrong direct debit due date ? For example  24th February to 23rd march due on 10th march? Does any one know?thanks

I tried a PAYG via Currys shop but the service wasn't what I expected and cancelled the next day via the store. This was Jul 2023. However when I check the app I still have a phone number listed. I have no plans. I had a final bill for the few quid I ran up testing last year. I want to delete everything and shut down account, delete app (I forgot it was on the phone) but need to make sure there are no issues I have missed. And how do I cease my login to the app and online?

Hi I swapped my 2 children over from Sky as it had better data but whenever they try and use it it never works. It needs to be reliable as they are going away soon. Any idea why? My husbands seems fine. Both kids have iphones? I’m currently on a 12 month contract but I’ll be getting out of that if it doesn’t start working.

Hi.  I just signed up with iD on a SIM only contract.  I have a Z Flip 3 and am assuming it’s compatible for WiFi calling and 5G on the ID network?  I can only see mention of the Flip and the Flip 5 models in all the ‘compatibility’ lists I’ve found, but mine worked for both on my previous network (O2).Can anyone advise?

Hello I’ve set up a new ID account online and tried to log in on the mobile app and says account isn’t recognised.  When I try and set up an account on the mobile device it says email/username is in use.  I just need to link my account and sim card together please. Thanks
