Hello. I’m travelling to the USA this summer for around 3 months and was wondering whether there are any ways of accessing data/minutes whilst I am there?

When trying to make phone calls there seems to be no service. People cannot hear me when they sound perfectly fine. It keeps happening over the last week

I am going to Tenerife for a week and don't want to get roaming charges. Please advise.

My sim has been stolen around 6 days ago need new one

Every time I send a text on my new phone it says ill be charged for this! Can anyone help? 

I started a contract for my daughter in my name, I’m worried about setting her phone up through my iPhone as in giving pac code as she wants to keep her old number, sounds stupid maybe but if I do it through my phone will it interfere with my iPhone in any way, I don’t know how you would know it’s for her phone and not mine,

Hi,  I have voicemail set ups but I am not notified if I have outstanding voicemail. I see from other contributors that there is away to get a sms message sent to say you are voicemail but I cannot find how to set this up.  Also I can’t see if I have missed calls - any advice on this would be most appreciated. Tym 

Just come to the end of my ID contract and have purchased a new ID SIM only deal through MSE as it had a better incentive. How can I retain my existing number? 

I have a £10 a month SIM only contract paid by direct debits originally (since cancelled due to the fraud). In February 2024 I realised I had been paying £41.99 a month since October 2023. I checked my ID Mobile app and saw that my address had been changed to an address in Coventry (I live in Devon) and my email address was a couple letters different.  I then saw that my account had been upgraded in October hence why my bill had gone up.  I contacted ID Mobile by live chat. What a painful experience that is!! After some to-ing and fro-ing my account got changed back to £10 a month but I am still out of pocket for the £31.99 a month I overpaid since the date of the fraud until I noticed it. Since then I have started several live chats and have ultimately lodged it as a complaint but I just am not feeling sufficiently reassured that anyone is actually taking it seriously or doing any kind of investigation to show that quite clearly I did not request this upgrade.  As a Police Inspector o

Hi. I recently moved from ID to a different mobile provider (both on a 30-day rolling contract). I was annoyed at the third full-day outage and no way to contact support directly. Checking my account, it says that the next bill is due on the 9th of April. There was some usage up until the first few days of March, so I presume this is what this is for (although it’s a full month's amount which seems odd) and therefore the account will be effectively closed after that payment. Anyway, I’ve now decided to move back to ID Mobile as the signal is not as good with the new provider. So, I was wondering how I go about resurrecting the account so that it doesn’t stop? If I use the original ID Mobile SIM card (which I kept) will this still work, and do I just go through the PAC procedure to port my original number back again?Thanks for your help.

My phone can't connect to a network in Jersey Channel Islands. I have roaming enabled and have been using my phone there fine until yesterday. Are there any technical issues? 

Hi, I just received my Sim card today from ID when I ordered my Sim from you guys. I gave you my passcode and asked for the number to be changed over to you today which has been done. But when someone tries to ring me, they cannot, it says welcome to the O2 messaging service which was my old Sim card

My new sim isn’t registering in my phone. old sim does but the new one is saying no sim.

HI,Have been with id mobile for a while now and happy but the signal is terrible inside our home compensated thus far due to wifi calling which was working flawlessly on Samsung galaxy Note 8. But I recently changed to Samsung Glaxy Note 10+ 5G phone and the wifi calling has stopped working on it. I know it is not a phone issue because it iw working fine on a vodafone sim, The strange thing is wifi calling option is ticked and all but the phone does not trigger the wifi access to call when it should. The phone is fully updated to the latest software (as said earlier I tested it on my friend’s Vodafone sim and wifi calling works fine on the phone)Someone tells me I need a new sim because I now have a 5G phone. Is that correct? 

Hi everyone! So I recently joined ID Mobile and did the PAC request to change my phone over however when calling out or text messaging it uses my new ID Mobile number despite not being an active number? On the other hand people can call me using my original phone number that I’ve transferred over. Any advice?

I had an iPhone 11 pro that was all working fine.I’ve just upgraded to an iPhone 15 pro.I did a factory reset on the new phone, then transferred data and settings directly and finally swapped the SIM card over.I can make and receive calls on the phone and Whatsapp is working fine. iMessages are being sent by my apple ID rather than my phone number though so they show up with the recipient as from my email address. When someone sends me a message it arrives as a SMS if it’s to my phone number or as an iMessage if it’s to my apple ID.My phone number is in the ‘you can receive iMessages to and reply from’ menu but it doesn’t have a blue tick beside it, toggling iMessage off and back on gives me ‘An error occured during activation’ dialogue box.I’ve tried sending SMS messages with iMessage turned off and get an error message saying the iMessage must be turned on to send the message. I have ‘send as SMS when iMessage is unavailable’ turned on.I’ve tried rebooting the phone with iMessage swi

I have been speaking to an US company who tried calling me back and also sent me OTP which did not come through.

hi, I'm inquiring about my unlimited bundle. every month my bundle runs out. it leaves me with no Internet. as I only use my phone. This cuts my connection off, so I've had to top up other sims to buy credit, to get on the Internet  to get my my umlimited bundle back on. I don't have a Mastercard to use the automatically renew option. How can I solve this? 

Anyone know why my bill next month has gone fro £6 upto £10? There is no additional charges either 

I drive all day around my town and have delays in my what's app etc but when I get home I get my emails and more texts when connected to the WiFi why is this.I'm using a Google pixel pro 7 any help would be appreciated.I have rebooted various times never had issues like this on O2. 

Have a sim only that I want to cancel, it's still packaged up as it took well over a week to arrive.It doesn't show on my account either, within the 14 days.
