Just looking for an update on the esim situation. I was told when I got my phone mid last year that they would likely be available either when the new iPhone was released or by Christmas. 

HiStill havent received my 3 x £20 vouchers I was promised on the MSE webiste for transferring 3 accounts to your service Its been over 90 days and still waitingeven filled out an online MS form but still no joyPlease advise

HiCan anyone help with this?I’ve put I a new SIM (they sent another one to try) but I still have no service on my phone ;/.   Could it be because I have something called an  E SIM also on my phone? No ideas why the new SIM has not worked… in an apple 15. thanks

My calls are getting cut off and trying to call someone this morning I got the above message.This happened in Jan and apparently happens periodically. When will it be fixed- permanently- otherwise I may need to find a new provider. 

Hi, I’ve requested a pac code from my previous provider they have given it to me, I’ve entered it and got a message from id to say it has successfully been changed. I checked my id account and it’s confirmed there, I reset my phone but my number still reads as the new id contract number. What do I do? 

Can I port my existing number to iD Mobile at a future date (not immediately) ? I am currently with Three network and like to keep using my old number on Three network for now. I like to make a decision in future to move my old number on to iD Mobile. Is that possible to do in a future date?

I requested my port from O2 to ID last week, and 25th was the confirmed port date. Today I have been left with a strange situation and it is leaving me without work or personal use.I have tried to get onto ID live chat, I sat there for nearly an hour at 6pm and no chat box appeared? I couldn’t find a telephone number to call other than complaints? I am just stuck without any help!I think the port has failed? I can receive calls from people on the Three network, but cannot receive any calls from any other network? For example, O2 customers are told the number doesn’t exist or the call just fails to connect. I cannot send SMS messages but i can receive them from Three network users, but cannot receive them from any other network. The number showing when inserting the sim, no matter which phone i put it in, i have tested on 3 phones, still shows the original temporary ID number? iMessage says the numnber doesn’t belong to my phone?I have reset the device, reset network settings, switched

I’ve paid my phone bill but I can’t ring out and it’s just taking me to bill payment helpline but all my payments are upto date I’ve tried resetting my phone and it’s still not working

I have received a new SIM today for a new contract, I have put it in my unlocked phone and it hasn’t worked. I’ve put it in a phone that I know works on iD and it still doesn’t work. Please assist.

Ho do you find the extras that have been added to the monthly bill on the new app. I have a £9 monthly contract but it's showing £13.25 at the minute and I can't find out what the extra charges are for. I could on the old app!

Not receiving Texts and although i am sure i already registered ID Mobile LogIn won’t recognise me.  When i try to register again it won’t recognise the original ID Mobile Number or thenumber that i wanted to transfer over from old provider.  I can’t get into anything on myID Mobile.  Getting so frustrated now after 3 days of trying and i am wondering why i joined ID Mobile.  

I can't use my phone to call out or text. My phone is saying that I'm not registered on a network. How do I fix it? 

Have entered PAC code, transaction number (beginning with 4), surname and information is not being accepted. Can anyone help please

I can't register for an account because it says my details are wrong. It's my name and DOB, I actually know these things off by heart. 

My phone was stolen, I rang id to inform them, they said they would send a replacement sim, how long does it take to receive a new sim? Thanks

Hello I transferred from O2 to ID mobile on Saturday via currys store. I gave them the PAC code and was told I would be transferred over today. I put iD mobile sim card on my phone however my number has not transferred over.

So online isn't letting me sign in, said they're sending me a text with a code - never sends. App updated to the new one so I said oh I'll try to log in... nope... not working either. Says error as soon as I enter my mobile number, last name and DOB. So can't access my account ever again! Thanks!  Oh also I'm autistic - and this whole situation has caused me to have a massive meltdown - this would have all been avoided if ID had just stuck with the same app and had not changed anything. Thanks for making this so much more difficult than it has to be. I'm so tired, stressed and fed up... I just want to check my account and now I cant ever do it.
