I received my sim and phone yesterday, all was working, not working now. Have done everything the page suggests, turn off clean and reinsert etc.  Please advise

When i try change my password, it says my password cannot contain symbols, however, my new password does not, but my pre-given password has a symbol, and therefore i cannot change my password at all.

I have just bought a pay monthly SIM for my daughter. I have put it into her iPhone 11 tonight. Followed all of the steps suggested in help articles and it still won't work. Can someone advise me please? 

Hello, I tgink I may have put myself in some pickle with transferring my number across from ID to a different provider.i saw a good offer elswhere, requested my PAC, applied it and requested porting.then I realised that there was a catch and the offer was not good at all as it looked first.called this new provider and requested to stop my porting. The customer adviser said he could not do tgat on the phone and gave me an email addrrss to request it via email, which I did.this was yesterday.today I get a txt from ID that porting request has been received and is in progress being processed.I do not want to leave iD and do not want to lose my number, so not sure what can I do now. please help

Unable to reply to barclays fraud number

I’m currently in Spain and I have bought a prepaid plan here that I want to put in my phone (since I need a Spanish number for certain purposes). However, I also need to use my UK number for some things and I want to swap between the two SIM cards occasionally when needed. Is there any problem with this, its important that my old UK sim still works when I put it back in whilst abroad.

No replacement sim recieved with phone

Can someone help me, My services have been cut off. I recently did an over the phone upgrade plan and the lady told me I didn't need a new sim as it would continue as normal. I got a text that said my new sim would be activated and take an hour but it has been more than 24 hours and my services are all cut off, I can't call, text or use my data. It's a disgrace really. A supervisor told me today that I needed to wait for a new sim to arrive? So am I missing something? 

Hello.  Is there a deal with Id mobile for roaming charges abroad. Outside EU.  IM travelling to Albania tomorrow and back on 28 March.  But i need access to internet. 

Requested number port from EE to ID to be done today ( wednesday 20th )Got an SMS on the new sim card saying it has been done.However, the old sim card ( EE ) is still active and the speeds are dismal ( on the new ID simcard), at about 5mb to 12mb ( speedtest ) I would ususally get about 50mb on EEI've checked on the website which says 4G is available here on their network ( I live in an urban area )Any advice ? As it seems difficult getting through to an actual person at ID. Phone is an iPhone 11Thanks

Hi, over the past month I've been experiencing issues with signal/service. I've tried my sim in another phone and having the same issue. Messages are not being sent and an error 0 message then comes up. Any advice would be helpful

When I try to deposit money to a gambling website where it is pay by phone (gets added to you phone bill), it just gets an error. Is this something that is not possible on iD? 

I think there is bad congestion in my area. During the day my speeds are usually about 1megabit down.Early in the morning it can be about 48mb which is more acceptable, but then during the day it drops to about 1mb.. Any suggestions ?I am not even half way through my contract so leaving isn’t an option at the moment

In my hometown, the 4G and 5G data is slow to the point of unusable. It’s been getting noticeably worse in recent months. Today for example I’ve had to move my car from the car park I’d planned to park in because the mobile app simply will not load, and I didn’t have cash. WhatsApp messages won’t send. Web pages hang. Macclesfield, Cheshire. Currently in the train station just so I can use the WiFi. SK116JP. Tried changing various settings. Works on data elsewhere. 

Hi I ordered a new sim for my husband and sky sent me the pac code I sent it over to ID over a week ago and it was meant to be changed over on Thursday to his own number but it hasn’t happened,really don’t know what to do.

I'm at the moment roaming in Madrid. No problem with mobile internet connection and data. Unable to make phone calls. All are answered by a message saying that the number is not possible. 

Good morning,I am trying to sign up with ID today but under the website function “Switching from another provider?” there is no option to select No. I am just looking to sign up as a new customer without moving an existing number or leave a current provider.There doesn’t seem to be an option for this on the sign up page?
