How do I switch from a ID Mobile PAYG bundle tariff to a Pay Monthly SIM tariff without loosing service or paying double for one month ?I have a ID Mobile SIM and want to keep that number so there must be a way just to switch across instantly but I cannot see how.Thanks

Can I use an ID mobile mifi router?  If so how do I set it up?

Phone contract ended 13 March 2024, I moved to 12 month (£8 pm) sim only contract via ‘change my plan’ in app. Received text to confirm my plan change is complete. But details have not been updated in app. - still showing as £38.54 pm and ‘contract ends 13 March 2024’ So I don’t know if I’ve been moved to new plan or not. Help please!

is it easier moving to iD to 3 as iD use 3 network?

Good afternoon all,I have a Lenovo laptop which I am dual booting with windows 11 and linux. I have an internal wlan card fitted, and an iD sim card. Under windows, the connection automatically works, and I have a connection to 3 set up by the software on the computer. I also dual boot this machine and have recently installed plasma6. I was please to see that mobile connections can be managed through the networkmanager interface, but have been unable to find out enough information to make the the connection succeed. There is a field in the dialog box for setting up “Number”, but it is unclear which number should be entered. The number which is in this field on creation of the record is *99#, but this doesn’t seem to work, nor does entering the phone number for the SIM.So simple question - has anyone been able to set up mobile operation with NetworkManager, or (better still) under plasma, (ideally plasma6). My iPhone 15 Pro was stolen whilst on holiday on the 07/02/2024, I reported it to ID mobile on the 08/02/2024 and asked to block my phone and SIM. They blocked my SIM but the IMEI number of my iPhone was not blocked. I have returned from holiday and trying to get the IMEI number blocked for insurance. However ID are saying the IMEI number is not on the system because I bought the iPhone through Apple.Previous articles suggest ID mobile can show proof of usage of the SIM in the iPhone, but the Advisors on Chat refused. I have the original box and proof of purchase, if ID mobile needs me to provide the IMEI number.I need to get the IMEI number blocked, please help!

I just recently switched from Vodafone to ID mobile.. I used to have perfect signal never missed a call.. Now I have “Emergency Calls Only” at all times, at home, outside, in the city, abroad.. and I can’t cancel it or change due to having a month left on my old Vodafone contract I just used the remaining data I had meaning the cooling period and month returns period is over. Do ID mobile not have a assurance promise for signal or being able to use the service? If i can’t use a service surely I should have to pay for it?Connected to chat 3 times, to be disconnected by agents and then prompted with a message “An advisor will be available in an estimated 120 minutes” I wish I could cancel this but I’m stuck paying for no signal.Can anyone help as contacting ID any other way seems impossible.

Whilst at work I have a good signal and had no problems until last week.  My phone won’t make or receive calls, send or receive text messages.  Mobile data is fine and I can check emails, whatsapp, etc. My partner is on iD mobile too but phone works fine. As soon as I drive a mile away the phone works as it should.  I’ve updated the phone, cleared cache, etc. It’s been like this a week.  I put the sim in a different phone and it worked.  It must be to do with my phone settings but unsure what. I have a redmi note 9.  Any suggestions gratefully received, many thanks..

I am unable to log into ID Mobile on my iPhone or iPad using the app but when I Google ID Mobile log in and use my email address and password I manage to login. I then see my name and mobile number displayed on my ‘Dashboard’. It then shows Remaining Monthly Allowances (-392 days left) with zero  mins text data for the Billing Period 18/1/23 to 14/2/23.Your next bill so far: error in calculating the estimated bill, displayed amount may not be correct.£0.00Payment due on 1st March 2023 For some strange reason it is pulling back when I was previously an ID Mobile customer prior to moving to Lebarra, this is despite deleting my history and cookies. I re-joined ID Mobile last month, 3/3/24, keeping my previous mobile number and activating it. Please help me sort out the problems. 

Since I got iD Mobile. I have had nothing but problems. I hardly get any service. Only the first bar on my phone  is showing.  We had a power cut yesterday and I switched to Mobile data and I had no network. I couldn't post on Facebook to ask if anyone else had the power cut. So I tried other sites and could not get on them either. I have never had any issues with previous suppliers.  I want to cancel but it says I would owe over £500. Why if I am not getting the service I have paid for. Its really doing my head in.

My 24 month contract ends next month and I can upgrade from now. I don’t want to upgrade. However I do want to go onto a monthly rolling sim only deal. I’ve seen a deal online for £12/m for new customers. 1.) how do I arrange to switch to sim only?2.) will I receive a new sim and do I have to arrange for to keep my current phone number?3.) do I need to give notice now to leave my current contract?

I took out an id unlimited contract but phone will not connect to landline numbers and some mobile numbers. I have complained to live chat and got absolutely nowhere and this contract is not fit for purpose.it worked for a few weeks ok and then started giving the message your call can’t be connected.i am just wondering what I am paying for and today i am having issues with connection to WiFi and data.

Took out new contract 11 days ago with Redmi Note 11 Pro 5g for my son. Just discovered the volume buttons have fell off and can't find them. What do I do as it's impossible to contact ID!! Do I just go back to the Currys store where I got phone from?

Hi I missed a payment today direct debit on my id mobile account. They again attempted at 2pm but the funds wasn’t in there. How do I call up to pay it says i don’t have anything owed on my billing? Will they try to take this again before cutting me off? The funds are in there but I’m worried they won’t try take again.
