HiI’m new user. Every time I’m sending sms it reporting message not delivered but it is actually received on the other side. I tried to reset the network settings and restart the phone. It helps for one day and the problem came back. Can anyone help me with this please? It’s really annoying 

Whenever I try to make a call is says "This service is unavailable from the number you're calling from." It then recommends calling customer assistance on my mobile phone, but I can't actually get in direct contact with customer assistance and I’ve not seen anything online that directly addresses this point. Please advise?

Can anyone tell me why I have international roaming charges when I have turned off roaming on my iPhone before travelling abroad.

I’ve joined ID mobile, I had my SIM card arrive but the sim wasn’t working, it did say that new members don’t need to activate the SIM card you can just use it, but this wasn’t working so I got in touch and they have sent me a new SIM card which I now need to activate but I don’t know my new number for ID because the last sim didn’t register so I could find out, and this sim won’t let me activate it without the number, how do I find out? 

I've had no mobile data for nearly a week Any ideas why? Tried all of the normal suggestions of what to do to resolve it. No luck 😤 

Joined I'd mobile from EE, and it's awful.  Home, data never works, doesn't matter wherever I go data never works, can't access my bank, can't check the location of the kid on family link. Genuinely never used a service this bad, anyone why ideas..…Using a Pixel 8.

I switched to ID mobile a few weeks ago and wanted to keep my old number (with o2). I used my PAC code etc to change number and after a few days this switched over. Today I have not had signal and my texts have since been sending from the number assigned by ID mobile with my new sim, instead of the number I switched to. When I go into settings it says the ID mobile number as primary and my other number as ‘used a “primary”’ then when I try to click it says ‘Mobile plan no longer available’ and my number in my phone etc has changed back to the one assigned by ID mobile.  I’ve tried restarting my phone etc and do not want to do a factory reset and I needed the number last time to log back into my Apple ID, obviously I will no longe have access to this if I reset and do not have the old sim? Please help! 

I haven’t used my sim and I have cancelled contract yet your still trying to bill me 

I recently tried to upgrade my sim only plan from monthly to 12 month contract and i am already regretting the decision. I used to get 45-50 mbps internet speed on my monthly plan. However when i upgraded to better and expensive 12 month contract, my speed reduced to 2-10 mbps.  I had a conversation with an agent on chat why recommended creating a new access point which i did but nothing happened. I asked him to evert back to old plan and even after that my speed is reduced. I just dont understand why they  dropped the speed when i upgraded but somehow they dont have an answer. they kept asking for restarting, using flight mode etc and said its the signals in area. So the same home i had speed of 45-50 mbps and within 24 hour after upgrading the same area seems to have  poor signals. I really wonder if their technical team thinks they can make others fool with such statements.  I am already thinking to leave and go with some other provider who is a bit more transparent with the package

I've been with Id Mobile for quite a while and 4g coverage was strong both indoors and out. Recently though the coverage has been very poor. Most of the time one bar, occasionally two but quite often nothing. Definitely thinking of leaving. 

With the copper network switch off by the end of 2025 and limited outdoor 4g in my area I wonder if we will be given a boost for our coverage? Our 5g is only available in our nearest town of Kingsbridge just 3 miles away and our 4g is pulled into the house via an outdoor aerial this gives us pretty weak wifi calling and streaming. Would be nice to know there is a plan for us rural types living at the bottom of a valley!

I have an account with ID Mobile.  I know my account number and, of course my tel.no. and email address.  But I’m not able to log-in. Could you advise please? 

I was charged by this number for 2 months. How do I file a complaint and refund? How to stop this scam?

I have only been with iD Mobile for a couple of months (I switched from BT Mobile) & never needed to send a text to a French mobile before. I have a French friend visiting who sent me a text when he had exited the channel tunnel. When I tried to reply I got the error “Not Delivered”. I tried to send a text several times over the course of two hours but all failed. When he arrived we did some testing. Texts fail but I am able to phone him. I have International switched on & sufficient account bill cap. I was able to send texts to my friend when I was with BT Mobile.It looks like this is a widespread iD Mobile problem as my wife has been with iD Mobile for over a year has the same problem. She can call a French mobile but cannot send a text. I see that there have been other customers with the same problem who didn’t seem to get resolved. I had a chat with iD Mobile yesterday without any resolution. Hello  I've just transferred my number over from Vodafone and when I send texts the number that came with the phone shows. I have an Android phone, a Pixel 8. Can anyone tell me how to correct this issue? Thank you in advance.

Hi. In my household I have two ID mobile, both are port-in and I cant send text messages to some numbers (my son and my wife) and not receiving OTP from examples Whatsapp.I talk on chat with them and told me to check setting of my phone and all what I saw here in ID Community without any results!After all this they put me to get replace sims for both of my phones, and after activation of new sims, I still have the same problem.What can I do more? Ps. I try my sim on s22ultra, s23ultra, s24Ultra and s10plus none of this working to send messages to that numbers which I have the problem. 

I have changed to you and finally after 72 hours you have transferred my old number. The problem is now I cannot update iMessage or FaceTime with my number it still shows the temporary one

Hi - I have just used a PAC code to retain my old phone number when switching from EE to a SIM only deal with ID mobile.Since the switch - calls and text messages from iphones are working, but messages from any other device are not working. I am not receiving messages from websites like gov.uk when it sends a security code. When I go into the phone:Settings > Messages > (iMessage is on) Send & Receive > it shows the number that ID Mobile provided instead of my old, permanent number that is now back in use following the PAC code switch. Can anyone help please? Thank you  

Hi is there any blocks of any type of number texting me as I cannot receive texts from my credit card company so I cannot use my banking. 

I have had a look and I can't find what I'm looking for.My question is, I know when roaming in France I can call Spain for example. But what kind of numbers are included when calling Spain? Only personal landlines and mobiles? What about non-geographic numbers, e.g. 900 numbers in Spain.Thanks,David

Hi ya, I have a trip to Morocco, how much does ID mobile charge for data usage in that country? 

Can someone help? Recently switched to ID mobile. Took my number with me. Voicemail works when I decline a call, it works when I am on another call, it works when I have the on airplane mode (regularly whilst in meetings) BUT if I miss a call it goes to a strange beeping tone. The caller can’t leave a message. I have tried everything I can think of. Turned on voicemail on the app. Back on again. Reset Network settings, data roaming off, call forwarding off, call waiting off, back on, but the problem still exists. Goes to voicemail for everything OTHER than missed calls. Help most appreciated! 

I referred my husband on the refer a friend scheme for curry vouchers my husband has payed out twice for his bill and neither of us have yet received the curry gift vouchers can any help with this please.
