I try with my acount but not success to transfer my old no. To ID

I got a new iPhone and it’s been lagging. They updated it for me in the Currys store and it freezing when taking pictures, uploading status’ on apps and general use. What is going on, it’s a new phone???

My monthly charge is reduced to £5 per month. My recent bill was £5.23. How is this even possible 

This seems like a bad design issue.I registered for an ID Community account and (it seems) didn’t verify the email address.Today I came to answer a question on the community and got the error code that I do not have permission to post to ID Community.  Fair enough, but absolutely nothing hinted at why that might be.I contacted ID Mobile Live Chat who said that the Community is nothing to do with them and suggested I ask the question to the Community, which of course I could not do.  Stuck - Catch-22In the end I have registered a new email address, verified it and can now post (hence this message).  But it seems that there should at least be an option to re-send the verification email.Or, when the “You do not have permission to post to ID Community” messages throws up, to  have a few suggestions about why that might be.It also seems that I cannot now delete the old account (using the previous e-mail).  I can login to the Community with it, but it has no other options, because the e-mail

I have just attempted to switch to ID today, transferring my existing phone number via a PAC code. Upon attempting to set up my account, I've realized that the account has been incorrectly associated with a different phone number instead of the one I transferred using the PAC code. Consequently, I am unable to receive the security code sent via text message.Given the above, I am unable to access my account, and, more importantly, I am not receiving any service on my transferred number. I kindly request your immediate assistance to rectify this issue. Specifically, I need the account to be correctly associated with my transferred phone number so that I can receive the necessary security code and complete my account setup.Please advise on the steps I need to take or provide an update once the issue has been resolved. I have an ID account, Both my son and daughter have ID accounts (Set up by my wife).My wife has recently tried to sign up to a ID contract for herself, which was cancelled by ID (apparently due to failing a credit check).My wife has a perfect credit score (according to experian) has done nothing to impact it since managing to sign up on our children’s behalf.The Credit agency you use for checks cant tell her why she was refused and the ID support person she was in touch with  couldn’t tell her why (each blame the other for the decision).If this continues, then she will almost certainly end having to  go elsewhere as ID are not being very helpful.Please could someone look into this?Thank youRegardsMichael

So it's upgrade time, However I'm unable to upgrade to the Magic 6 Pro it's just not available on my Upgrades every single other phone is. Does anyone know if this is because of no stock with the phone currently being pre order for stock arriving the 8th March ? Live chat couldn't answer the question as to why annoyingly. 

HiSince this morning 13th July 2022 I've been unable to make telephone calls from my mobile, unable to send texts and unable to access the data network. When I make a call it says "you cannot make any calls as you've exceeded your capped limit" I have an unlimited bundle, with unlimited calls texts and data which doesn't expire till the 28th of the month. I cant call any numbers I've tried landlines and multiple mobiles. I have important calls to make today, id appreciate some help as soon as possible please.

Hi I tried the chat bots, agents etc for more than 2 hours with no solid answer. I purchased 2 sim only contracts , and gave the pac code when doing so. I received both sims and ready to transfer and retain old number from ee and Vodaphone. The question is how do I know which SIM card is for which phone contract. Anyone ? Help please 

I have a PAC from I'd which expires in two days. Can I'd please send me a new one with 28 days as the network I am moving to will not except my  existing PAC with only two days on it.Thank you 

Hi, I upgraded my sim only to a £7 a month deal on 1st Feb. I then had a message in app saying I could upgrade again on 1st March, and found a better deal for £5 a month, so went for that. However the order has been cancelled for internal security reasons. Given Feb was only 29’days, is there an issue upgrading again so soon, and if so, how long should I wait before trying again? Thanks.

I set for my number to be transferred over this morning between 8-10am and now at 3:30 i still haven’t received the SMS message to say it’s transferred and it still has the original iD mobile number which I don’t want? How long can it take? 

Hi, i’ve just got my new phone from ID and my number has been ported from Tesco Mobile (although it was still functioning fine on my other phone?).Anyway, now i’m trying to create an account on the ID Mobile app but it doesn’t recognise my ported number. I entered the number that ID have given me and that worked, the only problem is that, that number is de-activated due to the port. I’ve had people try to text and call it and it’s out of service, so i have no way of creating my ID account. Any ideas? Do i just need to wait? Plan was purchased almost a week ago and i entered the PAC code when purchasing. thanks

I have had an account opened up in my name and charged 39.99 every month for over 6 months.I received a refund from my bank for monies taken.I contacted yourselves a few times to be told that it was fradulent and would be sorted at your end.I have waited well over 5 weeks for my accounts to be sorted with CREDIT AGENCIES to remove all the activity for ID MOBILE.Equifax contacted ID MOBILE on my behalf to confirm the fraudulent activity with ID MOBILE to get this removed from my CREDIT FILE they were told there was no fraudulent activity and it will NOT be removed from my CREDIT FILE.How can you tell them its not FRAUDULENT when you know for a fact that it IS INDEED FRAUD.KRListy13

can i take my phone to a currys shop to change to idmobile sim

I have followed the instructions re: to keep my number, I have gone into my phone settings to change to my old number but it won’t save it.. keeps changing back to my new sim number.. so callers think I’m engaged?

I cannot see caller ID so don't  know who's calling. This is not a phone issue, so must be something related to ID. Can anyone help?

Hello,in the past 2 days I can’t call my mom who lives outside the UK. Every time I call her it just says “your service does not allow access to this number” and the call gets immediately terminated after. I’ve never had this issue before. I checked and can see that I still have £75 worth of extra usage limit left on my account.what is causing this issues and is there something that I can do to solve it? Thanks! Arian

How do i change my billing date from 28th to the 1st of the month?Just joined not had a bill yet.
