Hi I sent my PAC couple of days  before my actual SIM card arrived and when I inserted it today my number has not changed? It’s the new one from ID and I really want my old one ? Can I resend the PAC or how does it work like I just want my old phone number 😭

Hello. I recently travelled to Turkey and have been charged for calls that I never made or received. The calls were recorded on my handset by wasn't received. I am being charged for calls/ texts I never made or received. Kindly advise. Thanks,Gideon Aduasare  

I’m on a SIM only plan but looking to “upgrade” my phone an on checking over the weekend, all the phones I'd like aren't there and after doing a bit of googling understand the reasons why… but I think I'm suffering the same issue as this previous post as my credit score is “excellent” :  Frustratingly i can see deals elsewhere that are on IDmobile but understand that an internal transfer sint possible 🙄Is there anything i can do other than move aware from IDmobile?

I have set up a sim only account for my son in the same email address that I use for my ID account, can I change the email for the sim only as I cannot access the account? Thanks

 I’m unable to receive sms code from WhatsApp. What do I do?

I’m living abroad for a while but still coming to the UK at the least once a year, sometimes more.I want to keep my ID Mobile account so that when I come back to the UK I can just put the sim in my phone, go on the ID app and I’ll be good to go. I’m currently on a monthly plan (SIM Only) £6 per month. I am hoping there might be a Traditional PAYG sim I can downgrade to where I can keep my number, I won’t pay anything the months I’m not using it, but pay as I use when I am in town. Ideally with no minimum usage requirement as I don’t know how long I’ll be out of town each time.Or alternatively can I park my number or pause and then reactivate when I visit?Thanks!

My husband bought the phone for me. I want to change the main id logged in for this mobile. How do i do that?

I can’t remember my password to login, click to change my password, but nothing works. Any ideas?? Turned phone off, re started app not sure what else to do

Hi All,I’ve been with IDMobile for quite a few years now on a 30 day sim only package.  Its been great and I’d like to stay but, the upgrade deals just aren’t good enough so I’ll probably go elsewhere.Could I go to another provider with Sim only and then come back in a month or so to IDmobile as a new customer, or is there some catch preventing this ?Thanks

I Cannot download bills, says need storage permission but there is no option in the app settings to allow storage.  

The monthly contract T&Cs say "Each April, your monthly plan charge will increase”  . How would this affect a new contract taken out on say 1st April? I.e Would the first bill have an immediate price increase against the original contract price? Or would the first ‘April price increase’ apply in the following year? Or another way of asking: when should I take out a contract to avoid the price increase for the longest possible time? 

I transferred from Virgin to ID Mobile 2 weeks ago, arranging for my old number to be transferred too. I have been sent a welcome pack, advance notice of first invoice, given all my bank details and told my phone would be connected on 24/2/23.I have no phone connection stil at 2/3/23, and clearly no means of contacting ID who, from other things I’ve read on this notice board, simply don’t make any arrangements to be contacted directly.  I’m not even sure how I can cancel my so-called contract, other than of course cancelling my direct debit arrangement.Does ID take any new customers seriously once they have got their bank details?  I need the mobile for hospital arrangements and the usual stuff, but am now without any connection for two weeks.  And hours spent trying to contact ID and get a tailor-made response.Dr K.W. 

Hi all. I had excellent network coverage the first week I joined ID (5G practically everywhere), now I am on 3G or one bar of 4G in Nottingham city centre. Not being able to browse the internet or use apps in a city centre is unacceptable. Has anybody else experienced this? It was fine last week!

Hi, I work in Canary Wharf and over the last few weeks there’s been almost zero network coverage.  The network status says “We're working on improving the network in this area at the moment”, but when is the network going to be actaully usable?  I can understand issues in the countryside, but in the middle of London, what’s going on?  If this doesn’t improve soon I’ll be switching providers.

Network issue; can’t even use data for browsing I have taken contract iPhone with ID mobile and there is no network for the sim everywhere. Still struggling more of the time to use data for browsing and some other times for calling as well. They says it’s 4G but am getting 2G. I can’t even cancel my contract because it’s been a month I purchased. So please anyone can tell me what to do.

Last year Feb, March 2023 I was getting unlimited data in France, is unlimited still unlimited or do they throttle it to 30gb.

I am looking to buy a mobile contract from ID Mobile but I do not want to risk buying the phone in almost March, only to have the tariff go up with CPI inflation just 1 month later, I would prefer to wait until May to be safe. I’ve had to scour the internet to find one ID Mobile ‘helper’ confirm that the cut-off date is 1st February for the increase, that is to say if I buy a phone now (24 February) it will only be subject to the inflation increase in April 2025 rather than the one this year. But if this cut-off date isn’t mentioned anywhere in the Contract or Terms and conditions, why should I risk signing it? 

I ordered ID sim contract by apply my pac code so that i can keep my old number. My ID sim arrived but my old number hasnt come onto the sim, ive been trying soo hard to contact ID but unabke to. Online chat or phone line nothings working feeling soo put off because i cant talk to some one to resolve this matter

How do I cancel my id contract for free to transfer to a social tarrif provider?  I keep going round in circles on id’s website.
