Hello, I’m just wondering if anyone else has this problem, when i go to view my bill it’s all messed up and I can’t read it, why is this?  

still cant make or receive calls on my sons phone even though they said it was fixed. we have turned phone off and on but still no joy. can send text messages and thats it! its a joke. 

I am struggling to get proof of purchase for new upgrade to claim headphonesCan anyone help.Thanks

I recently joined ID mobile. I have travelled to Andorra but been charged£48 additional charge. I did not have roaming on only internet and can’t view my bill as it’s not in English. I need this to be in English. Also, when I go to live chat it just uses chat bot and don’t get anywhere

I would like to cancel my contract. I am within the 14 day cooling off period. I would also like to keep my original number that I brought over to you from my previous provider.The signal is absolutely appalling. I don't get 4g or 5g in my house AT ALL. I don't even get regular reception. It's impossible to use.Can someone please contact me about this before the cooling off period has ended as your customer service & live chat are just as has hard to get hold of as signal. Very disappointed. 

Hi, i have recently joined id with a 5gb data allowance. The dashboard on the app is telling me i only have 2.4gb and i have used over 80% of it. Is there a reason it would have been reduced to 2.4gb instead of the 5gb that i signed up to a month ago??

I have used the PAC code and can receive texts on my original number but  I can’t send any.  My phone is recognising a different number in the phone settings, another one in messages. Neither of them are correct 

Android phone, Galaxy A52.When trying to send a text message I’m getting “Can't send message with ID error 0” It’s happening with a new contact I just created and also with an old existing contact. Texting still works ok with some other contacts. It seems to be a bit random which ones work and which ones don’t.Is there a way to fix this please?

Just looking for my mother-in-law,her upgrades due now , why oh why are you ripping off loyal customers. New deal for redmi note 12pro + 23.99.yet upgrade 26.99 for the same deal .7 of are family are with id . But not foruch longer . Shocking treatment of loyal customers.

Hi there, My direct debit has been set up but I haven’t received any emails about my new sim being sent. I’m waiting on the SIM in order to get a PAC code and cancel my old contract. Any help would be greatly appreciated!Paying for two direct debits wasn’t in my plan! 

Installed airalo on pixel 7. Now only shows airalo as sim1 and SIM 2. I'm not receiving any calls or texts from UK or id mobile. I'm in Vietnam at moment. I cannot make calls either? Any help please ?

Why is it I cannot use my voicemail without setting up a personal greeting, but once i’ve done that i’m stuck with it? Before I set up voicemail you’d call my phone and have the default voicemail read out my number, however any messages wouldn’t save for me to listen to, now i’ve setup voicemail i’ve had to provide my name and a personalised voicemail- I do not want this, i require  the original voicemail I had. For professional reasons I need the default voicemail, I cannot do with having my own voice as the voicemail as it sounds very unprofessional and too many people get confused by it- I’ve yet to find a way to return to default and reading previous posts it seems impossible. Has anyone found a solution or are you really stuck with my own sickening voice as the voicemail sounding extremely unprofessional and informal. Unfortunately it’s looking like I’m going to have to leave ID and move to another network all over a stupid voicemail option just days after joining. Such a shame an

I’ve switched over to the ID early but I’ve already set up a pac transfer….can you move my new number across early?? As Three seem to like charging me early for the next month. Is there a number I can call to actually speak to someone?

On my January and February to date invoices the minutes and texts allowances both correctly show as unlimited, but my data allowance is shown as zero MB. The standard monthly data allowance should be showing as 12,228 MB. 

I’m looking for a 2nd sim only plan, if I go through my account I can get 25gb for £7 per month as an exclusive deal for existing customers. If I go to the ID mobile website new customers get 30gb for £7. Both on 24 month contracts, by exclusive deal, do ID mean poorer deal?

I cancelled my IDMOBILE sim after about 18 hours without even making a single call or sending a text, I had not even ported my number yet as after being dumped at 6pm I was contacted and subsequently ignored the next day for about another 5 hours whilst still setting up!!!I had a email 3 days before the sim even arrived saying my account was active???how is that even legal???why have I been billed £2.47 for a service I never used???

Mobile signal non existent again today. Come on ID, what's going on? This issue needs acknowledging, resolving and compensating ASAP

My mother purchased a new contract from you the other. The SIM card provided cannot be seen by the phone at all still says no SIM in the top corner. I also have a id mobile so have put it in my phone and same problem the phone cannot see. It she had got another id mobile SIM card how does she transfer her contract number to the new ID SIM card when it hasn't been activated yet is this possible??? 

I am coming to the end of my contracts with iD but there does not  seem to be details of my second account on mine. Chat bot/person is not loading so I cannot speak to them through their own channels. What would be the best way to proceed?

I am hoping this is a glitch given the the network was down over the weekend..I received my 25gig sim on Friday and activated late Friday. I put the sim into my 5G Huawei router and connected just 1 device..after maybe 20 OOKLA speed tests I get a text on Sunday night from ID - YOU HAVE NO MORE DATA !!!WHAT.Surely that isnt possible ???Is there a way to get or see a detailed reporting of my data used?Something is fishy here. 25gig gone in 3 days using Ookla Speedtest..I cant beleive it.

I had my phone stolen and requested it be blacklisted, however after numerous messages and being passed from pillar to post no one can help. ID mobile have said the device is not connected to the phone however I have only ever used an ID Mobile SIM card in the phone. Where do I go next?!
