Am looking at taking a handset+tariff contract with ID Mobile (through the Carphone Warehouse) and wanted to know that if I sign it today (10 Feb) am I still liable for my first increase along CPI in April 2024 or April 2025?Have seen conflicting reports from different retailers.

Myself and my husband (also on ID) have no signal and unable to access the Internet. We have to be connected to WiFi. Is there ongoing issues? If so how long will this last? We live in G75 area in Glasgow. Needing customer service support.

Anyone having issues?? Mine is saying not registered to network not had this before? 

I experienced the entire fiasco as everyone else and was relieved to see we were reconnected without issue yesterday, Sunday. However, it's Monday and now that I have to work, we are facing an issue again. Is anyone else re-experiencing this today? And when will it be resolved without recurrence? 

Hi I have 3 iD numbers and monthly deals - they were all registered under my email address but I can only see the first number I bought. Is there a way to view all of the numbers in the same dashboard? Thanks

No network since 4pm last night. My network coverage has no fault.  reset phone, switch phone on/off, swooped SIM from 1 to 2. Tried different phone. Bill up to date. Any advice ?

I have had no data service for the last 24 hours

I already ask this question and was told i would be ok to do it again for a new number. BUT i’m getting this message! This is for my second new number that is my main one. All information is 100% correct! “We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again.If you have already used this PAC code and submitted it when purchasing a handset or SIM, don't worry - your switch is underway. We'll send you a text as soon as your number has been transferred to us.”

I desperately need to find incoming call logs to help with a fraud investigation with my Bank and the police.  How do we get incoming call logs.  I only see outgoing. If not possible through normal procedures is it possible with official legal requests from a solicitor and police report etc?( I do not have the logs on my phone - it was hacked and the icloud backup has no logs).

Mobile ID app works very slowly and does not connect.

living in london, I’m a mum and need to be connected for school safety and travel issues!! i know LOTS of people have written about this BUT i just cannot open the ID mobile app and no way to contact this company!! why is there no number to call ????what will happen tomorrow no data or signal again ?? 

I ported my number last week and can make/receive calls with no problem, however my texts aren’t working (so I can’t receive verification codes for any apps!!!) and I urgently need to access my online banking.  I have tried to turn iMessage on and off, and restart the phone to no avail.  can anyone advise? Many thanks.

Disgraceful company, 16 months of poor or not signal, I was reluctant to cancel my contract to avoid early penalties but now is unacceptable keep this situation (I work receiving calls and text with contracts details) I was 45min today trying to contact ID and after many attempts finally got someone. I ask my PAC number to be able to switch to a more reliable network BUT they refuse to give me details. I understand this is a personal number and I'd request they should provide this. Any advise please? 

I have still not been sent my voucher, account was opened on 4th June! Emailed uk-idmobile@awin.com on 19th September and they have still not resolved this. I have emailed multiple times and not got anywhere. Does anyone have details of someone I can actually speak to, so that I can get what is owed to me. I would not have moved to idmobile had it not been for this offer.
