Hi I’m having issues with calls, when someone calls I go to answer it and it disconnects then the caller gets a message to say that I’m busy.  When I call back it connects and I can be speaking for a while then it disconnects the call.  I have only had this issue since being with ID mobile.

i purchased a new samsung galaxy flip 5 from id mobile at the begining of january and applied for the trade in but never received the trade in pack my old phone is only valued at £12 but i also claimed the extra £100 and filled in the online form.Ive contacted id mobile via TradeUpHelp@dixonscarphone.com. and they adviced me to put in a new trade in request, but will they still honour the £100 additional promotional offer  a month later

New customer, ported number from another network a week ago. Has been trying to register from the day after porting. When I click register, after entering the ported number, surname and date of birth, nothing happens (screen does not change).Tried using the forgot password link and got the following message repeatedly:“Something wasn't quite right. Can you enter your details again please?”Tried using the forgot username or email link and the same error message as above.Have checked the details entered, they were correct. Would appreciate your help. Thanks in advance

Hi all, is there a way to set up the voicemail with just an ID mobile default message instead of having to record your name?

Hi I forgot to activate my voicemail and pin in the UK before I came abroad and now I can’t access my messages. Is there any way round this so I can pick up my messages? I’m here for another 3 weeks. Thanks in advance 

Hi, I placed an order on the 27th of November. I received an email stating the item in the colour chosen was out of stock. They are waiting on it coming back in. I've not heard anything since. I've tried the live chat but only ever get the bot, who is not helpful at all. Is there a email address I could contact. I'm working 12hr shifts and don't have time to phone. Trying live chat on my brakes but only getting the bot. 

Completed pac request online, confirmed in invoiceThen received transaction code for switching email. Link says it's been used Then received a new SIM cardWill the switch just happen on my current SIM card or do I need to put the new SIM card in ???Totally confused. Switch is today. Tried logging into to my account but it will only accept my new id  number not my switching one. So I can't set this up either.So confusing ????Thank you  

I got my sim and phone delivered today for a Samsung galaxy s23. I have not been with ID mobile before so no need to activate it.  My phone is not registering the sim. The instructions say that the sim has to have the gold metal plate facing up. However, it does not fit in that way, and slides facing up. I can put it into the sim card holder properly with the gold metal plate facing down, however, it days that this would mean it would be put in incorrectly.  I'm wondering if I need a new sim, or if the sim is broken, or if the wrong sim card has been delivered. I know I am using the correct sim type (nano) as that's what the phone is made for.  

Hello.How much does it cost to receive texts while roaming in Japan?.The roaming page for  Japan lists the prices to texting to the UK and texting to Japan, but there is no mention of the cost of receiving texts.Thanks

I recently signed up with id mobile as I was interested in their deal and in the email I got sent it said no annual price increase.  After I signed up I then got another email saying that I would in fact have the monthly price increased each April.  I was a little bit shocked so I contacted id on the chat and they did indeed confirm that I would get an annual increase. As I was in the cooling off period I immediately canceled as I felt I had been mis sold.  My question is why do they sell it as no annual increase but when it comes down to it, this is false. Maybe I have the wrong end of the stick? 

Hello,  I'd like to purchase a phone contract with ID mobile however my PAC code is not working at the checkout. I don't want to proceed with the purchase if my number isn't set up. My previous provider gave the 9-digit PAC today so it's not expired. I've noticed this is a common issue across the ID mobile community. Can anybody explain why please? How can I fix it? 

I am living overseas but have been paying my ID mobile month bill to keep the number in use. I have unable my online banking app due to using a new phone. The bill was not paid. I now have access to the banking app and it looks like the direct debit is still in tact. I have tried to log in to my account to speak with someone or pay the missed bill upfront, however, my email address, date of birth and phone number are not being recognised. I only knew there was an issue with the bill due to a postal letter that I asked my parents to open. I have had no email or phone contact from ID mobile and it seems impossible to get in contact with support. I have reached out on the instragram page aswell. I just want to pay the bill. I cannot make a call outside. I have 3-4 bars signal. As soon as I dial a number, the call is ended and I get “not registered on network”

I recently got a new phone in August last year and wanted to use the apple tv trial offer but haven’t tried to do so until now but when clicking the link I get an error saying the offer is no longer active. Can I still get this offer somehow?

Hi,I only make voice calls these days when calling a service or bank etc. recently when making these calls, I’ve noticed one of two problems:a voice delay of 3-5seconds. This happens in both sides of the conversation and has made it very difficult to discuss mortgage details with my lender the first few words that I say are chopped of. When this occurs, the first few words of everything I say is chopped off so the person on the other end of the call cannot hear what I’m saying. For example, I say: hello it’s Ryan here. They may just hear: here.    other times, it is perfectly fine with no issues whatsoever.i have tried my sim in my wife’s phone and made a call with no issues.i use my phone to make Facebook messenger or WhatsApp calls often, and have never experienced this.im wondering if a replacement sim (with the same number) could be ordered to see if that solves the issue? it’s worth mentioning also, I use an iPhone 13, which is 18months along, but is kept well. I too have registered an Offcom monitoring form. My monthly regular payment has been increased and I need to establish why by viewing my monthly bill. Whilst on, I also mentioned the farce with the activation of the Chatbot and worse, the lack of access to real customer advisors!

Hi,Has anyone else been getting calls from random people claiming that they had a missed call from your number?Last week i had a call from someone near manchester claming that i called them and today i have had another call from an Asian lady claiming that she had a missed call from my number.Im guessing a scammer is using my number on their VOIP to call people. I recently returned from India having installed an ESIM into my phone which I was unable to use, and also having used a hotspot from an Indian phone to access the internet.My ID mobile SIM stayed in my phone at all times but was not used.As soon as I got back to the UK I turned my phone on and I was told I didn't have a sim card in my phone although my ID mobile SIM had been there all along.  I took the SIM card out, cleaned it, no luck.  I put it in another phone and it's absolutely fine. It's nothing to wrong with the SIM card. It's the pixel pro 7 not recognizing it's got a SIM card in it.. I went on the web and I see this is a problem with pixel pro 7s and I'm not the only person to have this issue and I want to get this fixed because it's very annoying. Can anybody out there help?  I think there's a fault with my phone and ID mobile should give me a new one.
